After 6 months they still have not delivered on everything that I was promised…read more Hector, the proprietor, comes across very friendly; he will yes you to death, but is not to be trusted. He will give you dates that mean obsoletely nothing and find any conceivable excuse for anything. Work that was to be done in a month or so, took four months and still not finished. My mistake was that I paid him in full (cash) before everything was finished. At this point I have given up; that is why I'm writing this review. I would have given them one star but the work is OK but not worth the troubles.

I would keep contact limited, and definitely have a full contract at hand signed before the start of work. They're known to just add things on without fully explaining or halting work because they continuously ask for more money. That being said , once our couches were received they looked beautiful. However, the headache that came with dealing with this company is something I wouldn't want to deal with. Just have all your ducks in an order if you chose to deal with them. * make sure you have your own receipts as well as the ones they give you, they accept cash, and personal checks.

These people are a joke and after seeing some previous order error emails by my office predecessors…read moreI should have known better than to order some indoor plastic adhesive building/intercom/mailbox/front door nameplates from them. I placed an order via email and a sales person wrote back saying my order was received - zero price quote, eta, questions. Weeks later I emailed to follow-up after no communication and they reply back with a nearly $500 bill. I sent it to our property manager and he knows a company who will do the exact plates we need for like $60-90. Since there was no communication I cancelled the order. A week later we received a box of nameplates - the sizes, material and fonts were correct, but ONLY 1 CORRECT NAME. ONE. The other nameplates were all RANDOM names and apartments that we DID NOT order. Thank goodness I had the order cancelled or we would have paid nearly $500 for a completely incorrect order that took a long time. The sales person also never responded to provide samples or even ask why I was cancelling my order so overall customer service was also disappointing. Will never use these guys and to be honest, the only reason I'm reviewing is because they had the audacity to email me a survey asking for feedback so I decided to share here to hopefully help folks out. Don't make the same mistake we made.

Val was prompt to reply for my request for a quote, very thorough in requesting information about my specific hot tub, performed a thorough walk through of the site and provided specific information of what the job would entail: items needed for the project, their costs and number of hours required to finish the project. The overall quote for labor and materials was the most reasonable and transparent we received. They were polite, thorough and paid extra attention to the aesthetic details (attaching the cable under the deck and burying the cable in the landscaping). We already plan to use them for future projects!

I was in need of someone who could install a ceiling fan in my bedroom and Valeriy, the owner of…read morethe business, contacted me thorough my posting on Yelp. After meeting Valeriy, I was glad to learn he is man of many talents. I was having a plumbing problem that needed repair and Valeriy was able to fix it too. Besides being someone who is able to fix many problems, Valeriy is a genuinely nice person who is reliable and is very easy to communicate with and always returns texts or phone calls promptly. As far as pricing for his work, he is extremely fair. The plumbing problem he was able to fix was far below the other quotes I had gotten from other plumbers. I cannot say enough nice things about Valeriy, but anyone who uses his company will not be disappointed in his work. I hope this review will help you decide to give Valeriy a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
