A few things:…read more - they are not the cheapest, so probably not your choice for doing a small banner or something very simple. - they are good for large and complicated jobs that I had to do for my clients (light boxes, lit led letters, multiple signs etc) - they are an actual shop. In other words I have visited them multiple times. They have a large facility on first floor and office upstairs. They are not outsourcing your work. - you CAN negotiate. This is brooklyn after all :) and you can negotiate in Brooklyn. - speed - well they are not the fastest, because they are busy and in a typical Brooklyn style customer service - they will sometimes tell you that ;) Having said all that - the jobs that they did were always of very high quality of workmanship and in the 5 or so years I have been retaining their services they did not let me down and have any of my clients complain about the quality (complain about speed :) yes that happened, but at the end they were happy).
