I contacted RA drafting after a long brutal 6 month attempt to resolve a violation issue on a…read moreproperty. Raf responded quickly. From the beginning he was not like other architects I spoke with. He was sincere, down to earth and reasonable. I gained more information on one phone call than I did in 6 months with various architects, expeditors and city officials, who frankly had me running in circles. Raf went to work right away and was able to have the violation dismissed, a dream come true. The best part about it was that once we finished working with Raf, the violation took weeks to be removed off the city record and website as we looked daily. Finally, out of the blue it came up dismissed and Raf reached out to let me know it was. He has been following up on the violation much like I was, something he did not have to do as his job was done. This review isn't enough to give Raf the credit he deserves for going out of his way beyond. In a business that is full of sharks it's nice to know there is a good honest person working for the people. God bless this man. I HIGHLY recommend using RAF drafting as a first choice! Looking forward to working with him again!

Why would he answer? He already took my money, and all he's thinking is who he's going to scam next. If you have to use him, make sure you sign a contract and make sure you have an attorney on a retainer.
