Don't be swayed by them, who talk a good game because the dollars are pocketed to their advantage. I'm not a complainer but how many times do you have to state issues/concerns especially when everything was so blatant and spoken of at least once. It should've been recorded and corrected without further discussions, however not in my case, so I was aggravated that issues were not taken care of in a manner which I felt comfortable with by Accela Public Adjuster. Look, I get it that they (contractors etc.) all work together to get paid. No way ever would I recommend Accela Pubic Adjusting to anyone who may be in a situation where they really need help.

It was very impressive to see how fast the wheels were turning to repair our home. Anthony took care of everything, he dealt with the insurance company and ensured that my husband and I had temporary housing. He retained the contractors, cleaners, Tech Company, movers etc. and was responsible for the entire restoration. The contractors, which Anthony hired, were very professional and they completed the project, working in unison with the insurance company. As an adjuster he gets you the money from the insurance company that will cover your losses. But as a person of relaying information to you from the insurance company, he is a disaster . Had a fit in the Kitchen in Jan. 1021. Has a lot of smoke damage in which most of the contents of the house were emptied into a pod in the driveway. The pod needed a permit in which it was Larry's job as a Public Adjuster to advise the home owner to apply for a permit with the town. Larry M. did not do this. Blamed everyone for not acquiring the permit. Subsaquintly I was issued a summons on the pod which I fortunately had dismissed. The real resulting problem came right after this. I had to start repairing and replacing damaged items from the fire. With most of my belongings in the pod, it would have been a simple task. Had to replace carpeting with hard wood floors and to paint the entire house. The Insurance company adjuster told Larry M. that, because there were no permits issued on the pod, that the contents either had to be removed and placed into storage, or removed and placed into two rooms of my house. That is not how this wend down. I was told by Larry M. I had to get permits for the work to be completed on the house, which is a big lie, because there was no structural damage, and no plumbing or electrical work. Larry M. also stated to me that the contents had to be placed back into the house. I had no choice with the information relayed to me by Larry M. but to put the contents back into the 2 rooms. NEVER let Larry M. relay information to you. Get it directly from the horses mouth. This cost me months in which I could not start repairs. Now the contents has to be taken out by a contracted mover and placed into storage. The insurance company knows the truth as to what transpired and is paying for the removal and storage while the repairs are being done. Pictures of wall to wall boxes and furniture should be visible. I DO NOT recommend Larry M. to anyone attempting to hire a public adjuster from Anton Adjusting.

Brian walked us through our policy and explained to us in details what is covered and how to approach the insurance company. We discovered that we were under insured and to rebuild our restaurant, we need double what our policy would pay out. Fortunately, with Brian's help, we managed to squeeze an additional 50% more from insurance; which reduces the amount by thousands of dollars to rebuild! Brian also offered to help analyze the insurance coverage for our other stores so we will not be caught under insured again - for Free. What great service!!
