This should be everyone's first call after an incident. I spoke with Brian Evans after my home caught fire and it was the best thing i did. He responded with immediacy every time I called and was able to make sense of the situation for me when i was at my most distressed. He looked into my policy and ultimately decided that Easter Public Adjusters would not be able to add enough value to warrant their services. So to review, the public adjuster was always immediately available to offer information and comfort even though the insurance policy i had didnt provide enough room for negotiation. Eastern Public is great! Brian is really generous with his time and he is extremely knowledgeable. I wish I called Eastern Public before I even began the insurance claim process. I filed an insurance claim on my own without realizing what a difficult and opaque process it would be. I found Eastern Public through a Google search after I got fed up dealing with the insurance company. I wish I had called Brian long before I had thought to file a claim. He was thorough, smart, and sounded highly educated as opposed to most of the adjusters that I called (they sounded like meatheads). This entire process of filing an insurance claim for property damage has been heartbreaking, overwhelming, difficult, and I frankly did not understand how things worked. Brain knew what I was supposed to do and even if my policy even afforded me a claim. He saved me a lot of time and money and DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME. He thought that although there was a claim, it would cost more in legal fees to prepare for the examination (in my circumstance) than it would be to just move on. He is an honest guy.
