From the beginning he was not like other architects I spoke with. He was sincere, down to earth and reasonable. I gained more information on one phone call than I did in 6 months with various architects, expeditors and city officials, who frankly had me running in circles. Raf went to work right away and was able to have the violation dismissed, a dream come true. The best part about it was that once we finished working with Raf, the violation took weeks to be removed off the city record and website as we looked daily. Finally, out of the blue it came up dismissed and Raf reached out to let me know it was. He has been following up on the violation much like I was, something he did not have to do as his job was done. This review isn't enough to give Raf the credit he deserves for going out of his way beyond. Then he will keep getting you for money until he runs you dry. If you go ask him for the work you paid him for, he will yell and scream: he has a very short temper and extremely volatile. They do not return your calls or requests and questions. No communication, rude staff, they tell you they will call you back, they never do.
