Over the years, no matter who we have come in to contact with from eMazzanti each and every individual has been phenomenal. In the beginning when we first started using their services our team had a lot of questions. Everything was knew and many of us were not tech savvy in the slightest. We had an IT tech on site almost an entire day making sure everything was running smooth and explaining step by step what was going on and how to handle it. They would not leave the premises except possibly once just to get some food or coffee. A few of the techs at one point or another provided their personal numbers in case of emergencies. Emergencies did happen and even on their day off they have answered. This was before my team became knowledgeable and comfortable on the protocol on who to reach out to depending on situation. The point is they went above and beyond any customer service you can ever receive. Now about 3 years later and they are still just as dedicated. My business is in Times Square in NYC. It is imperative to have everything up and running ASAP in such an active area. This team has jumped on a train from New Jersey and showed up in every possible emergency. Regardless of weather, holidays, weekends, days or nights they have been there. Not only have they shown up no matter the circumstances but they have done so with a smile on their face. It's such a pain free experience as it can be with some companies when trying to get customer assistance in any area of business. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, dedicated and readily available. You can't go wrong with choosing eMazzanti for any of the services they provide. I can't express enough my satisfaction with this company. Amazing job and a big thank you for all that you do eMazzanti team. :)

Being a Plumbing & Heating contractor, I am sure my system is not nearly as intricate as most of their clients but that does not take away from the care and concern that is delivered when I have a problem. Like any business owner, lost time is lost money. When I came in this morning, my server and email was down. After trying the basic troubleshooting that I knew, I sent Microtask a message and, as always, they came through with flying colors. Within no time, I had a phone call and the problem was resolved quickly and easily. Even as the problem surfaced, I never worried as Microtask has proven that when they are needed, they are the best in the business. Paul - Kew Forest Plumbing & Heating Inc.

I spoke with Dennis (the owner) over the phone. He told me to bring it in, which I did at the start of this week (June 1st 2020). Upon meeting Dennis, he looked up the issue I was having. He saw that there were many small transistor parts to be replaced. Dennis gave me two prices; one for his service time (about two hours) and one for parts. At the same time he did ask me if I really wanted to spend the money (about $250 to repair). While he did not think it would pay, I told him to proceed, that I was not looking to buy a new model nor take a chance on someone else's used radio. Before he went any further, Dennis asked me if I really wanted to proceed at the anticipated cost. I told him to do so, understanding fully his cost breakdown at the time we spoke. I admire Dennis' honesty with me. I have known about B&R in my neighborhood for many years, and I was happy to find B&R still in business. FYI, another repair shop I called wanted money upfront just to look at it, regardless of whether or not I chose to proceed. This vendor was not even certain they had parts to repair it. Dennis read what was needed (from a document relating to the issue). After telling me it'd be a week to repair, Dennis called me the very next day to say that he had it ready for me! Thank you B&R!

Elsayed (owner) and his team moved me from NYC to Boston and they will be moving my parents as well. The team was very polite, courteous, reliable and hard-working. They handled my furniture with great care and kept me regularly updated en route to Boston. They provided me with a very fair quote and there were absolutely no hidden fees, which I really appreciated (I have been burned in the past from other moving companies). What impressed me in particular was that my parents had a very fixed date in which they could move, which coincided with something they had. I explained to the owner that it would not be possible for my parents to move a different weekend. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my parents and provided extra incentives to his employees to make this date work for everyone. The owner treats his clients and his employees with kindness and this is really such a lovely business.
