We just tried Bolly Twist for the first time-it was delicious!! Did not disappointed!! The atmosphere was great, very clean, very nice. The service was excellent-we truly enjoyed it!!!

    My delicious calamari appetizer!

Found this gem when strolling around while my car was being serviced. What a fabulous find! The atmosphere is really charming , very clean and calming. I was greeted by the owner who also waited on me. He really provided an excellent overview and education of the various dishes. I tried the black lentil soup- which was so extraordinary! The depth of flavor was amazing. I had the Bombay Calamari appetizer- a nice balance of spice and heat. For dessert had a taste of the rice pudding- smooth, creamy and delicious! I am looking forward to returning. Would love to try a goat dish!

Been meaning to check this out ever since I came across their great reviews.... and now I know why they are rated so well. Good food and great management/ownership involvement. I like seeing that. The food is pretty good too. With Indian food it has been my experience that it's either pretty bad, or it's pretty good. Bolly Twist is definitely pretty good in my opinion. What I liked most: The ownership engagement with customers. What I liked least: while it wasn't worthy of making a big deal out if it, I do belive a cleaning of the place is what kept me from doing 5 stars. It could use a refreshening up.

    Chicken Saag

My first time here and I was thoroughly delighted! The foods are presented hot, taste incredible and only the freshest ingredients are used. The owner served me a complimentary soup which was tasty. I ordered the Vegetable Samosa, the chicken Saag and Garlic Naan. Samosas are hard to get wrong but for me, the key is the sauces served with them. These were traditional and very flavorful. Rice presented perfectly which only served to highlight the Chicken Saag. The flavors here were wonderful and I cannot wait to eat my leftovers. The portions are generous and overall, this was a very pleasant surprise. I shall definitely return. Garlic Naan was a little thick for my preference but the flavors were very nice. The restaurant has a pleasant decorative appearance and was very clean. I would definitely suggest to try this place out!

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The service is impeccable. Very attentive, they remember their customers. I was introduced to this establishment by a friend and since then, I have brought no less than 10 new folks in to introduce them to Indian food. Most had never tried it. Lots of delicious, freshly made, customized for heat, and vegan/vegetarian options available. Nicely decorated, and the ambiance is one of peaceful and elegant dining in a storefront setting. We will be back again and again, with new folks and repeat guests.

SCW and I have been dining at Bolly Twist for a while now. Suffice it to say Bolly Twist is our favorite Indian restaurant on the treasure coast. The menu is great with a variety of dishes for both carnivores and vegetarians and vegans. The service here is outstanding. The interior is clean and spacious, lots of indoor and some outdoor seating available. I really enjoy their unsweetened ice tea. The Gobi Manchurian is always delicious and flavorful without being greasy. Every dish I've tried here is delicious. If you like spice, let them know. They will deliver. They have a lunch special as well for both meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. It's delicious and very generous portions. Do yourself a favor and dine in or carry out at Bolly Twist.

Our Indian choice for a restaurant. Very welcoming. Always clean. Food is generous and delicious. We get a little treat right after we sit down. My friend had Mango Curry Shrimp and I had the Tikka Masala Shrimp. Such generous portions (for two, I think) that we each took the other half and had another meal for the next day. The Mango Lassi is addictive, smooth, and refreshing. We keep returning.

You can order food all the way at the back of the store. They also have ready to eat food and sides in the refrigerator section. I grabbed a big slab of spanakopita for $10 (delicious once I threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes at home), hummus (also delicious - it was very smooth), and stuffed grape leaves/dolmas. I also ordered a double shot of ginger juice (which seemed more like a single shot in a tiny sauce container for $5), chicken shawarma platter and chicken Greek salad. For almost $17, the chicken shawarma was a bit disappointing in terms of portion size - it came with two sides, which we did French Fries and grilled veggies. Taste wise it was it was decent but I didn't get full from it. I went on a weekday afternoon and they had a steady stream of customers but only one guy manning everything so service was not the fastest. The kibbe was very crispy and firm, the baklava was sweet and flaky, and the lamb shawarma was the highlight--absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it; it tasted incredibly fresh. The Turkish coffee was a bit of a letdown. I usually enjoy black coffee, but maybe I just haven't acquired the taste for it. The service was great--the server was friendly and always had a smile! The restaurant itself looks a bit run-down from the outside, but the inside is relatively clean. It's nothing fancy, but it's a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. I'll definitely be coming back for the lamb shawarma and baklava, and I'd love to check out more Lebanese snacks and goodies!

I ordered the yummy Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken, which was rich and creamy. My friends ordered the Mixed Biryani rice, Bhuna Goat and Lamb dishes. I forgot to take photos of some of the entrees since it was so delicious! I'd have to say that I'm very picky when it comes to Lamb and Goat, but it was so well seasoned that there was no gamey aftertaste. Believe me, it was that good! I also had the Mango Lassi drink which was fresh and on point but slightly thick, The best dessert I've had in a while was their Rasmalai, it's made with milk, sugar and saffron with a hint of rosewater. It was the perfect freshness and sweetness. This was definitely a surprise find and the employees are genuinely kind. I usually ate here at least twice a month or more for six years. And brought guests constantly . The food was always well prepared and at a reasonable price. The owner was always very friendly. BUT I will never again go back to Sofra after my experience last night. Last night I went with a couple of people that I had raved about this restaurant to. The owner, who certainly must've recognized me from the countless times I've eaten there in five years, barely grunted at me and the vibes I got from him were not very welcoming. He seemed really angry about something and was taking it out on his customers. There was only one other table that had customers and this was a Friday night. I found that really odd because other restaurants surrounding Sofra had lots of people sitting outside eating at their restaurants I ordered a falafel plate and others at our table ordered the İskender and another entrée. I practically passed out when I got the bill because I guess I didn't check the prices when I was ordering. The falafel plate, which was basically a spoonful of salad, a spoonful of rice, a few hard burned falafel, soup and a dribbling of tahini was $33. This is obscene. When this restaurant first opened they were charging for the same plate $15 and then they went to $25 after a few years which I thought was pretty high for the food we were getting but $33 is just plain greedy. I won't even do a review on the other two entrées because my party could barely eat them. I now see why there was nobody, literally nobody in this restaurant on a Friday night. And the owner, what happened to him? he used to be such a friendly guy and now he is just an angry man. The waitress never went back to check on us and refill our water after taking our order. Despite only two tables with customers in this restaurant. I read some of the reviews where owner says he hates the fucking country so why doesn't he just leave? There's plenty of really good Mediterranean restaurants that are not going to charge this kind of money for Mediterranean food. Even if the felafel was the best falafel I've ever eaten in my entire life - $33 is crazy. And it was not very good felafel - in fact all the food is mediocre. Where it once was amazing. So my suggestion to the owner is to lower his prices, improve the quality of his food and improve his attitude

A perfect day to try it. We first went into the hookah bar on one side of the market , but it was a bit too smokey for me. So we went into the market through which on the left there is a room with tables and chairs for the restaurant to dine in. We had a lovely conversation with a gentleman who was just finishing his lunch. He told us he comes here everyday. After describing his favorite meal choice, that's what we decided to order. We ordered first a medium pot of chai/tea. The owner, Assad (sp?), told us later when we asked that they add mint, dried mint, and sage to the pot. The tea was so aromatic and warming. We each had several glass cups -- with added sugar. To share, we had their mixed grill. There were 3 skewers -- one chicken, one beef, and one kofta kebab (ground meat). The meats were served over rice with a bit of salad on the side. Small containers of salad dressing and tehina were on the plate, too. I added some sumac (my favorite lemony spice) to everything. The food was very good and we left not a crumb. We were surprised to learn that the gentleman we'd previously chatted with paid for our dessert before he left! We got kunefah (kenefe/knaffe) -- my husband's favorite. It was nice and cheesy in the middle. And then as we were leaving, the owner gifted us a traditional special Ramadan "sweet" pastry. We were too full to try it there, so we brought it home for later. He said it has walnuts inside. We look forward to returning here for more middle eastern delights. It's casual, low key, cooked to order, and welcoming.
