It was 54.00 for that price, the sandwiches better be huge and the soups better be huge they weren't.... after eating the chicken, Shawarma and the soup I had to stop for food and hour later I was still hungry.... while I was waiting for the food to be cooked two teenage girls came walking in looked at the menu said the prices were too high and left. The only was nice enough to fix my delivery order that never arrived to my house when I was vacationing . I went in and he give me some free sweets from their bakery section the most delicious baklava. I went home and devoured my entire Shawarma wrap that night . I totally recommend anyone go in this place maybe and not try delivery like I did. But when you go inside try to meet the owner if you can, he's super kind and authentic . Maybe get a beer and find a good option from the vast menu of delicious authentic Mediterranean food. Swift Grill was a more than pleasant surprise. Having read about it in TCPalm we decided to give it a try. As vegetarians to find Middle Eastern food with fresh ingredients and the ability to build our own mean was joyous. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious and we will be back often. A very varied menu - Lebanese, Romanian and Greek. The hummus is some of best I've ever had and I'm a connoisseur. I have had the beef/lamb schwarma platter twice and the platter is large and delicious. I have yet to try the other items but I will. The only reason I gave the review 4 stars instead of five was the service. There were only two other people in restaurant which is not large and my waitress disappeared after serving me. No checking to make sure everything ok or if I needed ice tea replenished. But the quality of the good is more important in this case because the good is not that expensive for the price. They charged me not for the duo, it was $6 more. They also charged me for a double drink instead of single, and my kids lamb burger , I asked for cheddar instead of feta, so they charged me for provolone cheese. They swap a cheese for another cheese then charge extra. Nickle and diming me. I told the waiter everything went well until it took 45 minutes to pay the check and the overcharging. We found a table we wanted & sat down, there were menus at the table to look over. The servers were nowhere to be around. We decided on what we were going to eat/ drink. This nice young man came over to us 5 minutes later & asked how long we were waiting and apologized for the wait. He took our order, 12 minutes later we had to track him down for our drinks (there was only one other table at this time, the couple at the counter left). The food came out shortly after & looked amazing! The portion sizes were good, however, I had an omelet with peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and bacon. For all those ingredients it really didn't have much flavor. My toast came out dry and I asked for grape or strawberry jelly & was given apple yuck... the sweet tea was on point. We've seen this place right on US1 in Fort Pierce and have been trying to come check it out. Although it looks small from the outside, it is very spacious and airy on the inside. The outside is all painted black. It also has big white letters on the top. We thought the name of the place was Al Pastor but apparently it is Swift Grill. As you walk in you will notice a sushi bar?! The cashier is off to the right, and that's where you place your order. I would say the food is Mediterranean. Think Halal Guys but in a much nicer decor and you can get your meat (chicken or beef/lamb) as tacos too. Food was ok. A bit pricey for what it was. Fries and drinks are extra. You could save a dollar or two by getting ur meal as a combo (fries or rice and a drink) but if you're getting a bowl that already comes with rice, then I don't know that I would get the combo.
