Even when our roofers had a scheduling mix-up and were still on-site during the tree removal, Luis and his team handled the situation seamlessly and worked around the inconvenience without any issues. They arrived at 7am and efficiently removed five large trees (around 25-30 feet tall), finishing just after 10am. The whole process was smooth, quick, and well-coordinated. Unfortunately our tree succumbed to the dreaded South American Palm Weaveil and had to be taken down completely and once again they did an amazing job and at a fraction of the cost. There was even a small mishap in which a wayward palm chunk flew down the hill and did some damage to a shed door, but they were quick to report it, and replace it as if nothing had happened. The experience taught me not to trust the company and pay the guy until all the jobs are done. Basically I will avoid those companies that are not honest and abuse the client's trust.
