I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets. Drains were not draining. They came and ran cameras down the line and used a location sensor. I…read morecould not see anything in the camera images at all, but whatever. They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.
