They were able to build what we were asking for even though we weren't experienced in upgrades. Don's updates and communication are easy to understand and accurate. Don was very flexible to my needs. I didn't have a single issue with the build, scheduling, and job completion. Don is a very solid and capable project manager. I was really pleased with his thoroughness and his ability to adapt to certain situations specific to my build. Nelson makes daily site visits. He has a great eye for small details and can pick a room apart. His crew is quick to respond to issues he spots during the build. Nelson is an honest and sincere business man. Nelson listened to what we wanted and put the vision together. Our vision and his execution created a space in our home that we still look at in disbelief. We really love our new kitchen. Having had a few conversations with Nelson put me at ease with the situation we were in. Simply put, this is a man I can trust and would definitely use again on future builds. The workmanship and attention to detail extends down to his crew. Everyone was friendly and on time every day. I don't think my family can thank Nelson and his crew at IAS enough. Thanks for giving us a beautiful space for us to get together and enjoy. Thanks again, Victor

After that he went with us to pick out materials and served as a sounding board and guide for our partially formed ideas. In the end it was exactly what we wanted. Were were so happy we moved right into remodeling the kitchen. I had very strong ideas of what I wanted and Idan worked with us to make a it reality, even with quirky requests like faux beams. Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.
