I don't know what's going on at this Bojangles. In the past, whenever I've ordered food here, seevice was mostly quick and always friendly. If there was going to be a wait then they always let me know. Both drive-thru and inside gave stellar service. WHAT HAPPENED??? It has been awhile since I've been here. I walked in tonight and was the only person in line. 2 people were at the register. One walked away when I got there while the other stood there putting fresly cooked chicken into the trays verrrryy sloooooowly, one piece at a time, completely ignoring me. Another employee looked over at me and I thought oh good, she sees me and will take my order. Nope. Just turned away. I noticed 2 other people waiting for their food - wonder how long it took to get their orders ready? They're probably still there waiting. I left after 15 minutes and shouted "Thanks for the great service!" Never again. Lousiest service, or lack of service, ever. read more

The people that work here are disgustingly RUDE. They are very very unprofessional. They act as if they are absolutely hate their jobs and simply don't understand why people are there wanting to eat. They all look miserable no one smiles. We have a large family or 8. We are fully aware and prepared to spend a large amount when we decided to eat at a restaurant. Today on Father's day. We decided to go through the drive through to place an order. My husband asked for 10 chicken biscuits. Before he can finish the women yells at him and says. "Naw you should have called that order in we cant take that order!". He say oh I didn't know you all did that. It's not advertised. Then she leaves him on red. So he pulls up and when he gets to the windows he tells her that what she did and said was very rude and un professional. He told her that she didn't have to talk to him that way and that it had nothing to do with him. She then rudely walks away. He then says ok are you all going to take my order? She never came back. And so he drove away. Most restaurants would have simply taken the order and told us it will take approximately 5 or 10 minutes. Can you please pull up and park?. And WE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT!! This isn't are first rodeo. However, Bonjangles rejected us all together. They didn't want our money at all. They need to hire people that love people to work there. Not people who simply want a check. As stated previously my family is large and we spend alot money to eat. They dropped the ball at this location. We will not be back. If your planning to eat here. Be prepared to get hit with attitude and unprofessionalism. read more

I don't know why so many people are talking shit about this chain. I've never had a bad experience at Bojangles. Like many other reviews about chain restaurants, this one could probably apply to all, but the one I visit most often is on Lawrenceville HWY near Rockbridge RD. If you're like me, you may like breakfast food, but for one reason or another often don't eat breakfast. Bojangles can help with you with this dilemma as it serves its full menu from open to close. I will admit that despite some rather reactionary social views the proprietors of the company hold, Chick-fil-A may, in my opinion, serves ones of the best chicken biscuits, but Bojangles isn't far behind. The country Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit is delicious. I've also had the Country Ham biscuit which is delicious though it probably could use an extra helping of ham. If you order the combo, you get the "Bo-toato rounds", fried, little pieces of hash brown basically (I recommend adding a dash of salt as they can be quite plain otherwise) and a drink. All this for around $5.50, which is a fairly good deal for a tasty meal that will fill you up. In conclusion, you can find a pretty good bang for your buck and some tasty food at this place. I'd recommend giving it a try. Pros: Delicious chicken biscuits. Cons: No specific cons that wouldn't apply to any other fast food restaurant. Verdict: Recommended. read more

I've gone to this Bojangles a LOT since they opened. Pros: I usually go early in the morning, and I've almost always gotten my order quickly. The Biscuits are really good. I like the crispiness of the Cajun filet biscuit, and the country ham is also really tasty, especially on a cheddar bo biscuit. Cons: I can't stand their coffee. I always end up getting coffee from the Racetrac next door. I have NEVER gotten a PAYMENT receipt from the drive through. They give you the ticket with what you ordered on it, but nothing stating how you paid. How is this even a thing? Even when I've asked for one, they look at me like I'm stupid or something. Here's a hint: it is impossible to prepare a payment receipt before I hand you my payment. I dislike the potato rounds. They are usually soggy, too greasy, and I'd prefer if they were smaller, but in greater quantity. These things upset my stomach from the grease. read more

This location is really hit or miss. The couple times I've been here, the service has been slow more often then not. They seem to get overwhelmed easily which happens often. To add insult to injury, my sausage tasted burned today. read more

Can't say fast, ordered at the drive through and it took almost 20 minutes to get my order; I almost left. Get to the window the cashier ask me for my order a second time so that means the order didn't get put in the first time, so I waited a few more minutes after getting to the window. Not sure what is going on but the service has been gradually getting worse. Not worth the wait and won't wait if it happens again, there's other places to eat that doesn't take as long to get the food. read more

I had never been to a restaurant that employed so many slow employees especially working in the drive thru! Wow. They're also a franchise which means that whatever I wanted to order from the online menu was not even available. Very upsetting but maybe one day i'll give it the benefit of the doubt and visit again... Good luck. read more

We've gone to this location a number of times, and our experience has been similar to that of other reviewers: we keep going back because of the usual quality of the Bojangle's product and because this location is right around the corner. But the service, as others have noted, is consistently disappointing. Last Sunday was a new low. We ordered chicken and sides at the drive-thru window. We were told they were out of chicken, and it would be a 15-min wait while they fried some more. A fried chicken place out of fried chicken? Really? How does this happen? The woman at the drive-thru window got snippy when I expressed the view that 15 minutes wasn't very fast for "fast food." "We fry chicken every 15 minutes," we were told. So, when someone sees that you're running low on your primary product, rather than getting ready to replenish the stock, you wait until the clock says it's time? I can tolerate a degree of rudeness. I can tolerate some level of incompetence. But the combination of rudeness and incompetence not even the promise of quality product (when available) can make up for. read more

Horrible service although the food was good. Overheard 2 customers got into a fight with a cashier and cashier told them they can eat somewhere else. Never going back. read more

Dear Bojangles, I really like your crispy chicken . It's always hot and juicy, and it reheats well. Biscuits are great . Nice and buttery and once again, always hot. But your service sucks. It's always sluggish and slow. And average at best. Drive thru is ridiculous! And my order being right is hit or miss. One time my order was given to someone els e entirely! I'm sitting there waiting, playing on my phone not really paying attention, till I see its been 10 minutes! More recently in the drive thru I'm told you are out of thighs and it'll be 16 minute! Ended up with a breast and 3 legs. My solution, not yours! How are you out of chicken at prime dinner time hour?! And then last week I order an extra biscuit in the slow drive thru again! Wasn't in the bag and had to knock on the door to let you know. As slow as you are, every order should be perfect ! But even with your faults, I still like you and will continue to frequent your establishment! read more

Just got an egg biscuit. I was so pleased!! It was hot fresh plenty of egg. Perfect on this rainy day.

The food was alright, I've had better chicken. But I'm pretty sure I won't be back every time I've been here the service is always slow. I know they have to cook it but waiting around 15 minutes for one thing is too slow. read more

Every order here has been perfect at the drive through. You can't go wrong with a sausage biscuit and ham biscuit. Get yourself a giant Patio Red a Cherry to drink in a styrofoam cup and you'll be a happy camper. The Bo'Berry biscuits are always hot here too and the employees always say something nice. I only wish it were open longer hours and were in Decatur instead of Tucker. read more

I had got 3 Cajun fillet biscuits and they all were not cooked all the way! They also forgot to give me my sweet tea. Waited 15 minutes and they also didn't give me my jelly! read more

Good food: love the egg & cheese biscuits. Not an everyday spot, but at least once a week or once a month I gotta have a biscuit!

Unbelievably long waits!!! Non-caring, bad attitude customer service! Unacceptable!!! Will not be returning to this location!

I come here often. There is one thing that's consistent. The weekend staff always fails to provide prompt or adequate service. They are more concerned with drive-thru. Must be the timer above the service window judges their success. Maybe they need one for walk in service. Please don't ask for warm Bo-rounds after your food has sat behind the counter for more than 7 minutes. The shift leader will reply back with a bad attitude. Wait, is it not me who's paying their salary? I'm almost sure the RM/DM's don't work on weekends, but corporate needs to monitor this location to improve customer service. read more
