This is the only Taco Bell location that I go to. It's been a long time since I visited the restaurant at all. I live under a mile away from the other location off of Columbia Dr the reviews look worse than the old reviews here. This location health score is 100 that says a lot! My favorite thing from Taco Bell is the Taco Supremes I had the plain ones previously now they have Loco Dorito Taco Supreme I had to try it 3 with a mango brisk tea and I had to get mild sauce and I tried the cinnabon 2 pack delicious! The manager is very unprofessional and lacks proper management skill. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. He stood at the front of the store after clearing the drive thru and spoke to 3 off the clock employees without even acknowledging that my order was being prepared. I am so very super upset! I came to this Taco Bell with my mom and we both wanted cups of water with our order and we wanted to sit in the lobby. However, our cashier informed us they were out of "water cups" and told us we could buy bottles of water for $1.89 instead of offering us a different sized cup for water. I immediately declined because I didn't want to pay nearly $2 for one bottle of water. We told her we were going to take the food to go instead, since we couldn't get any water. As we waited for our food, I saw a stack of cups on the counter near the register. I walked up to the counter and politely asked "are these the water cups?" A female wearing a drive thru headset replied in a quick, loud and harshful tone "NO!!" I thought to myself "what was the attitude for?" ...but I said nothing as I walked away, even though I was really thirsty. I actually thought about grabbing 2 of those cups to get my mom and me some water, but I didn't. The lady with the headset quickly recalls our order out loud, drops our food bag onto the counter and yells "thank you very much!" AS SHE IS WALKING AWAY FROM THE COUNTER!! She recalled our order so quickly that it all sounded like one long sentence and my mom and I didn't understand her at all. I actually had to yell to catch her "what was that last order??" She came back and repeated it a little slower but still walked away in the same fashion. I'm irate at this point, but chose to stay calm because of my mom. There was a third female standing behind the counter when the one with the headset did this. I kindly asked her for mild sauce. She gave me a blank stare, but one of the other customers pointed me in the direction to get my own sauce. I'm really mad I had to get decent customer service FROM A CUSTOMER!!!! We got to my house to eat (because there is plenty of drinking water there) and I found not only was there a mere spoonful of beef in my "Crunchwrap Supreme", but the large tortilla chip in the center that was supposed to give it a good crunch was completely soggy! I couldn't even eat it! My mom said her chalupas had no meat either! I don't normally eat Taco Bell but I decided I wanted to try the Quasalupa. You always have hopes for good things when it's advertised on tv. Not always true. I got 2 hard shell tacos also. The quasalupa and the taco looked the same but quasalupa was bigger and greasy. Both were missing on the crunch. And they had the same ingredients. It looked like sour cream was added to the quasalupa. They tasted about the same too. Nothing special. One reason I don't eat here is most things taste the same. I ordered a steak cantina bowl from this location. As me and my son was sharing my bowl, halfway through it I felt like I was chewing gum. Something wasn't right, so I pulled the hard chewy piece out of my mouth and I saw it was a big chunk of plastic. I checked my receipt to see if I ordered a side of plastic and it wasn't the case. Turns out it's the package for nacho cheese hence the nacho cheese still in the plastic. The cantina bowl does not come with Nacho cheese. Let me start off by saying I love some Taco Bell, but my experience at this particular one was ehhh. I was in the drive through for almost 30+ mins. When we finally got to the window she repeated the order back to me. I said "correct". Hands us the food and I drove off. Before I left the parking lot I checked the bag and it was a completely different order. I parked, went inside and told them they messed my order up, come to find out they didn't even make my order so I had to continue to wait. I travel around the Atlanta area a lot and when I find one I like I tend to frequent that location. Like the one in Swanee - I paid for double meat - and they actually gave me DOUBLE MEAT! The reason I'm excited, is because some dont put ANY meat in them no matter how much you pay - like the one at 5201 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain GA - the WORST offender of them all in my opinion. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone there, even if I pay for double meat, there's non to be found! Exaggeration? Go see for yourself. Once I got into an argument with the manager and he acted like he has these conversations every day... somehow I believe he does. Avoid this location if you don't like being ripped off. So bad I walked out without completing an order. First, I was told to wait to place my order (nobody else there, just me and the one person behind me in line). Then they tried to charge me $10.80 for a chalupa combo with chicken. I routinely get this combo elsewhere for $8. If I wanted to spend $11 on mexican, I'd go get Carne asada or Pollo Ranchero from my favorite local joint, get good, hospitable service, and enough food to take for lunch the next day.
