The employees are often disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. What is most concerning is that customers appear to be pulled forward and parked simply to improve the drive-thru timer metrics, making it look as though orders are being completed quickly when customers are actually waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally, I don't understand why basic breakfast items like chicken biscuits and steak biscuits were not ready first thing in the morning. The manager on duty on July 1st was one of the most unprofessional managers I have encountered. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece chicken supreme meal. Kameron was very personable and kind. He asked me how my day was going and answered my question regarding if they still sold Boberry biscuits because I didn't see it on the menu. He told me they did and offered to include it to my order but I declined. My food was good. The only thing I did not like was the Peach Honey Pepper dipping sauce that my friend got with their meal. I am a nonconfrontational customer and I try to be very nice. If that's you, be prepared to not meet that energy from Mgmt at Bojangles. I place my order on their app online and drive to pick it up. I roll up to the drive thru and say, "Hi I placed my order online". A very loud and curt, WALK INTO STORE boomed from the drive thru electric board. That voice didn't let me finish my sentence so I try to repeat it and I get the same response only louder. I walk in. The front of the house is COMPLETELY empty. No chicken waiting to be served, no side dishes, no cashier, no napkins, no condiments, just almost abandoned. I wait. An employee walks over and I show them my order on my phone. (I guess that's the only way they know you ordered online). They don't have any chicken for my order so... it's a 10 minute wait. I ordered online from home and then drove here and that took at least 10 minutes, but I politely say, I'll wait... but can I wait in my car and come thru the drive thru in 10 minutes... NO. So, rather than wait alone in the lobby, I wait in my car and walk back in 10 minutes. I get my order, scratch than somebody's order, and I thank them and leave. The food was as much of a let down as the service. I guess go for the breakfast biscuits but they say that the mood of the chef is reflected in the food. I went on a lazy afternoon after rushing around in the morning. It was my first time coming to Bojangles and it didn't disappoint! I am from Southern California so my taste for food is with variety. I asked my wife if she wanted anything and she said no. I ordered a 4 piece with the bo-tato rounds and a bo berry biscuit. I went through the drive thru so I didn't get to dine in. The food was tasty with some spice. I loved it! My wife did too! She said next time she will order something because it was really good. My experience was great for a first impression. I know that drive-thrus are hit and miss, but this was a pleasant experience for me. I want to come back to Georgia and enjoy Bojangles again soon. Review based on the bird dog. Ok, so I am not usually the one eating quick service food, but I was starving and this was right next to the gas station. The sign said "Bird Dog 2 for $5". What's a bird dog?? So I looked it up and it sounded amazing so I had to try it. Guess what?!? Delicious!!! You get this soft bun with a super crispy chicken tender in it. Not pleased at all i went here for breakfast this morning after my dr appointment an got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich combo ( bacon biscuit ) with a ice tea an hash browns . The sandwiches was horrible hard bread , burnt bacon and kinda tasted old , the hash browns were so good i guess cause it was hot and ready it was the medium size ones probably got a good 5/6 of them in the box so that was not bad the sweet tea or fantastic ice tea was watery. The wait time in the drive thru was not to bad it was maybe 4 cars ahead of me and they were moving fast, no tea decor i guess because i was not inside it was fast food logos are always present. The bojangles on Lawrenceville highway in tucker ga is absolutely my favorite bojangles- the staff is amazing- La La and keith make my job much easier as a doordasher , they should get paid a higher rate due to the constant barrage of orders and the efficient way in which they handle it. Stopped in for a quick lunch, but had hoped to make breakfast hours. The store had not received their latest shipment, so they were out of a LOT of items. Bojangles is definitely better than other chicken chains. Service did seem a little slow, but didn't appear to be a staffing issue. More of an issue getting orders out of the kitchen. read more

While this location can use a remodel, the customer service is phenomenal. I like a grilled chicken/egg/cheese biscuit. They will cook one specially for me (with some wait time as grilled chicken patties are not usually available for breakfast). To the owners and management of this Bojangles. You need to do some serious rethinking of how to take care of your customers. I come to this location once or twice a week. Yesterday I walked out after standing in the Lobby with others for about 15 minutes and no one took my order. Your poor employees were getting yelled at by the other customers and so I left. Maybe find some ways to speed things up. Training. Here today at the drive thru I have wasted another 15 mins and still no order taken. Your breakfast is fantastic which is why I return but I think I'll take a month off and see how things go next time. Update. It took 25 min. I finally got to the window to order and a manager came over. She had the usual excuse about issues but 3 days in a week. Bojangles is a go to when it comes to fast food breakfast... the best biscuits (sausage, chicken, ham, etc.). However, I have been a bit disappointed with certain lunch menu items, in particular the chicken sandwich. I have tried it at several locations in the area and it is always either dry, fried to hard and not freshly cooked. It has the potential to be a great sandwich but is not there yet. Now, my sides never seem to to disappoint with the macaroni and cheese and the French fries seasoned to perfection. But I would really like more from the entree. I will continue to visit but more likely next time opt for tenders or another chicken meal. read more

Only one in drive through and first thing, the microphone was either broke or not being used properly, took several minutes to answer after saying hello to confirm they were even open. Wanted to try the new "bird dog" but they didn't have any buns, so I ordered an 8-piece regular and received a spicy chicken mixed in without asking for spicy. I love Bojangles fried chicken. And, the special sauce is so delicious that I'm only sorry I discovered it a short time ago. I always got barbecue or one of the other ones. I got some chicken today at this Bojangles on Lawrenceville highway it's the one I always go to. The chicken was delicious. Always is. We went through the drive through window at about 4:30 to 5 o'clock. I'm being specific because I want the young man who was at the window to get recognition for being so courteous so professional and cordial. Very hospitable. I come here often and have never had an issue with service. I'm actually usually impressed that the employees are a bit better at presenting a welcoming environment than a LOT of other places around here. I usually take the time to smile and sincerely greet service industry workers, so that might make a difference. The quality and freshness of the food at this location has always been on point, and it's always clean when I've gone in. The drive thru can get ridiculous, though. My husband and I check health inspection ratings for every establishment we visit before eating, and have turned around immediately for scores higher than a 73! How does this even happen when the previous inspection (where they received an 81) revealed a list of items that needed to be corrected before their next inspection? I grew up in NC where Bojangles restaurants are as plentiful as Waffle Houses in Atlanta and they prided themselves on good service, great, fresh food and clean health records. Food: I have eaten here on many occassions and the food is always fresh and tasty, no complaints here. Cost: Cost is on par with other chicken joints Dining Area: Tables are always dirty, when I 'eat-in' there are always empty tables but all of them are always dirty so I end up choosing the cleanest table I can find, which is still dirty. Seats and tables are typical fast food style. Parking: Parking lot is setup really wierd. When I first drove to this Bojangles I almost turned into the 'exit only' drive, the only entrance is the one that you must drive through RaceTrac's lot to access. Other than that, there seems to be enough parking, I haven't had any issues getting a spot. Service: EXTREMELY SLOWww. It's bad when you have people waiting 30-35 minutes for their orders. I usually don't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes (which is way too long!), but the other day people were waiting 22 minutes (me) and one lady said she had been waiting for 35 minutes! Even if the lady is exaggerating, my 22 minute wait was ridiculous! Summary: Good food, BUT the tables are always dirty (and they JUST opened!) and service is extremely slow. I will not return and I will tell everyone to avoid this particular Bojangles' UPDATE: Place is still always dirty, but on a recent visit to give them a second chance the staff dropped the hot sauce packets on the floor, then had the audacity to pick them up and try to give it to me. I have fond memories of Bojangles, traveling to North Carolina as a child to visit family. As with a lot of fast food, it doesn't taste quite as good now as when I was 10. Bojangles is ok for the occasional visit though. Biscuits are pretty good, and always brown on top. I find the breakfast much more enjoyable than other meals there, but the fried chicken is ok. Service can be a smidge slow sometimes, but that can be expected at most places now and again. This location isn't too far off the highway, so it's convenient if you are traveling on the east side Perimeter. Try the seasoned fries, that may be the nonbreakfast highlight. read more

I just so happen to pass by this Bojangles and was thinking I have heard from some people people that they have great biscuits. These people were right they do have great biscuits!
