Waited 30 minutes inside for our food. We got 2 burritos 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits a plain biscuit 2 small bo-rounds and a small fry. People came in after us and got their food within minutes of ordering. So once my dad had waited 20 minutes inside went up to ask what was taking 20 minutes. They decided to inform me that the lady taking the orders is by herself, as if I hadn't seen her doing everyone's order before us. And I pointed out that she had no problem doing the order that was made after us . Then one of the girls in the back told me I didn't need to be rude (which I wasn't I just asked what was taking so long for our order) that we placed at 8:25 and didn't get it til after 29 minutes later. Close this store down it cannot be managed. I make the mistake of going back hoping the quality and service has improved. Today I ordered went to the Window to pay and no one even acknowledged I was at the window for 15 minutes and cars were piling up in the line. I ordered a 2 piece dark meat with mac n cheese and potatoes along with 2 family sides for my husband who had dental surgery today. I got the family sides and a box with 2 chicken thighs over cooked and a dry biscuit. the parking lot was empty so I know they were not busy inside. What is it going to take to pull this store together? This is the first time I've dined in this location. I have only been through the drive thru a couple times and have not had good experiences. However, my granddaughter wanted to go here so I gave in. The restaurant is dirty. Even the glass case with the food is a mess either French fries everywhere. There were several tables that were dirty and lots of employees there, but little work was being done. They were standing around cutting up instead. The food was pretty good except the fries had been seasoned SO much that I could only eat a few. And I LOVE salt. Not a place I recommend unless whoever manages this place gets some employees who actually care about their work ethic. read more

Door dash order IS NEVER RIGHT!!!! Always missing something, don't know why I keep trying

Has the potential to be the best but is the absolute worst bc of the staff. Way too inconsistent. Rarely will everything be good. Tea is never right, also cant count the times im been given bad soda, food not fresh and if it is fresh preprare to be there 45 min to an hour. Lots of attitude bc theyre frustrated so they take it out on you. Like you cant be wrong and mean, i understand people make mistakes but theybalways make you feel bad for saying something. I often just smile bc im not letting them ruin my morning. Forced to come occasionally bc my husband. We love bojangles just not this location. read more

The automated ordering system just lost a customer for good. I don't care how good the food is. It will not let me select the side I want, and is full of incessant upsells that gets in the way of ordering. The manager that this location doesn't care at all about customer service or the store producing quality food. When I called I asked her to tell her employees to simply double read the orders and lessen their mistakes in my one order both of my fries were wrong. One was missing and one was the wrong size and one of my biscuits was missing a piece of cheese this manager was completely nonchalant and only half listening. This is one of the best Bojangles I've eaten at in awhile. I am driving back on a trip today from Charlotte to Raleigh and stopped to get lunch just now. The service was prompt and the food was incredible. My chicken was perfectly cooked and the biscuit was fluffy and most of all the fries were seasoned to perfection, I feel like I usually have to ask them to season it again at other locations but not this one. This place was horrible. A few days ago, I ordered ahead for curbside pickup using the app and when I got there, the app showed my order was completed. I indicated I arrived and waited 10 minutes. While waiting the manager came outside and smoked a cigarette. Three other employees came out and they all stood there having a good ole time. After they went back inside, I pulled around to the drive thru window and told them I was waiting on my order. The girl told me "they're getting it right now," and had me pull to the door. I can see the employees standing around goofing off. The drive thru guy openly sat in the dining room with his cell phone until an old couple walked into the restaurant. After another ten minutes, the food finally came out. I waited 25 minutes for chicken and there were literally no customers. When I got home, the order was wrong. 25 minutes for the wrong chicken. How can you mess up an 8 piece chicken (dark)? There's a KFC around the corner and a Zaxby's down the street. Go there instead and avoid this place at all cost. My 8-year old niece gave the Mac and Cheese a 2 out of 5 stars. She said at dinner, "the best thing about dinner was the rice that grandma made." It was plain white rice. read more

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Thomasville... Everytime I go I am hopeful it will be better than the previous time. I only get 15mins on my break, so my options are usually slim and I'm limited to whichever place has the shortest line. I went through the drive thru this morning, we ordered at the speaker and got the total. We get to the window and the total was half as much as they said at the speaker. We order again at the window to ensure we get the right one this time. We pay, and wait for them to finish it. They still got the order completely wrong even after we ordered a second time. I ran out of time and had to head back to work without anything I ordered. This has happened more than once, at this point it feels like they just take my money and don't care about the customers in the slightest. I'm done.... YUM!! Wanted to sample some nc fast fod before heading back home and settled on Bojangles on the way to the airport. Good choice. That spicy chicken on a biscuit is good stuff! I have honestly never had a biscuit in my life that I enjoyed. I find them to be think and pasty. Oh not this biscuit. It was light and buttery deliciousness. And the chicken was a little spicy without being overpowering. I also enjoyed the fries, they had a little kick to them. I would also like to add that this tasty meal (along with drink) was 2.99!! This would never happen In New England. One last positive comment is that the portion size here is reasonable.
