This Taco Bell has been under construction for quite some time and has now finally reopened. The new building is beautiful! They changed the parking lot as well which seems to have made space for more parking. I only went through the drive-thru so I can't speak for cleanliness or any indoor aspects. The drive thru line was quite long. That's to be expected after a long wait for the reopen. The person taking my order was okay but not as pleasant as she could've been. A little short in her speech. I'm sure the number of people coming through non stop is overwhelming, so I give grace. A lady named Tonya was at the window working beside the lady taking orders for the drive thru. She was very pleasant and cheerful. She smiled genuinely and that simple gesture made the exchange a positive one. The food was great! Cleaning needs to be done better. Restrooms being lock is very unwelcoming. The old Taco Bell before remodeling was fast and probably the best in the triad. Drive through line barely moves. The profits had to show the difference from before and after. Idk who making the decisions but they should go back to what worked before. Staff is non verbal and rude. read more

I went there today at 1250 pm, I placed a fairly SMALL ORDER, and I was paying cash so after 16 minutes someone took my payment then another 15 minutes passes when someone said they are NOW making my order, there was ONE person ahead of inside when I placed the order and 3 cars in the drive through and it took them 31 minutes TO START MY ORDER, then another 15 minutes to make it, and then on top of it, IT SAT on the counter another 2 minutes before someone brought it too me, ONE thing for sure TACO BELL in thomasville can NEVER BE ACCUSED of being FAST FOOD, so sad read more

Terrible Taco Bell location. Originally got in line for the drive thru and when it wasn't moving I decided to come inside to just order two plain tacos. Now inside and there's no register, only kiosks to order. It's not really that busy, but the workers are barely moving. They don't care that there's a ridiculous wait at all. So here I am still waiting on my 2 plain tacos and watching the workers doing nothing. *edit: this has gotten so much worse. Was just told by the employee that they don't prioritize inside orders because the Taco Bell doesn't track those numbers. So they only care about drive thrus. Then, the 15 people waiting inside for their food all listened to the employee tell others employees she wants to go home because her stomach hurts from needing to poop. Food was good. But having to wait 18 minutes in dining room for 2 soft tacos and a drink cup ridiculous. Went inside to order. Everything is ordered on kiosk stations which is good. But the wait is terrible, they're focused on drive-thru orders and talking. Finally got my food and had to stand there and ask for my drink cup. She handed me one that was on the counter before I walked in, then the guy who just cleaned the bathrooms was playing with the cup and tossing it in the air and it fell on the floor a few times while I was standing there waiting on my food. So I refused the cup and the lady got an attitude with me. I definitely won't be back. Probably not even worth the one star. Employees barely working. We decided to go inside because the drive thru line was long. After ordering inside we're told that they have to prioritize the DT because those are the "numbers that matter." Waited over 10 minutes for two tacos. One girl working kept complaining about needing to poop, her stomach hurting, and wanting to go home. I really thought after this Taco Bell went under new construction; things would be different. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The workers are very rude and could care less about things. They only have one speed and that is their own pace. Just save your money and go somewhere else or fix them at home. Also, the drive thru is TERRIBLE! Taco Bell. I don't have any complaints today. Food was on point and I was hungry. However this review is to the 2 ladies who came in and clearly they are not originally from the US but lived here long enough to know how things work. They complained about no register? Ok. No cups at a drop of a hat. It comes with your meal. Patience. The tables were not cleaned due to several people just walking out so I'm sure they weren't focused on that as of yet. What's the point of placing a mobile order if they don't even touch it until you get there? If I wanted to wait 15 minutes I would have ordered at the kiosk. Oh wait, I couldn't because the doors were locked and no one could get inside to order. Luckily I got a refund after calling corporate since I wasn't able to get my food. Hard to believe that they could make this restaurant worse than it was, but they did. Very little seating and really unwelcoming dining area. Bathrooms are locked, and no one available to get a code. I not sure what Taco Bell as a company is thinking but apparently they don't care about customer service at all. I am a door dasher in North Carolina and literally had to wait 30 minutes for my customer order to come in and then there was a customer that was trying to use the bathroom but it was locked and you used ask a worker to use a code this is stupidity in my opinion need to do better read more

Road trip through here and saw Taco Bell. Thought it was a safe enough bet since this is one of my go-to fast food spots. Don't go here lol don't try it. If you like Taco Bell and enjoy their food items, don't go to this location. The lady at drive thru didn't understand my order because for some reason all my food tasted old and was cold in some areas. I've tried to reach out to customer service through the website but to no avail. Had to get food elsewhere and make my trip way longer because the food from this location was not edible at all. I was starving but I felt even worse after trying the food. Cheese was cold and not melted when it was supposed to be, beans were cold and FORMED, didn't get straws for 2 drinks ordered, old tasting ingredients. No modifications, nothing crazy. Got this order from so many other locations and never had this issue. I tried to get a refund for my order through customer service online because it was terrible but no emails in my inbox or spam folders. Now I'm making sure information is widely available about this location because this is ridiculous. They have no high chairs at all. The general manager answered as if he had been asked this a thousand times and has not done anything to solve the problem. I'm very used to places not having changing tables (which of course they didn't) but have never been to a place with no high chairs. Luckily we had our portable one in the car because we were on a road trip but the poor family next to us had to hold their baby the whole time. read more

stopped by to grab some food while running errands in the area. the drive thru line was out of the parking lot and wrapped around to the light so we opted to go inside. inside there is no one to take your order, it's all done on the kiosk and there is no way to modify certain items as you'd be able to with a real person taking the order. the staff were VERY RUDE, messed up our order, never came back up to the front except to yell out a name, drop the food on the counter & walk away. the restaurant was very hot, tables were sticky and nasty, half the drinks were out, they said they didn't have anything to refill so to pick from what they had, bathroom was disgusting. people were walking out due to the rude behavior of basically all the staff and/or having to use a kiosk to order- not user friendly. Absolutely a disgrace. The fact that a member of EMS comes into your location, expecting to be able to eat, due to the fact that these men & women can go hours upon hours without eating. The staff then has to confirm that they are NOT officers of the law, is completely ridiculous. I honestly hope that every single member of the staff is fired over this. Those men & women put their lives on the line each day/night to keep you safe and you refuse to serve them. I pray that your employees never get injured or someone sticks up the store. I have just ordered a Quesalupa, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, and Rockstar Punched Freeze at this Taco Bell location via the Taco Bell app. When I got there, they had my order made hot, fresh, and ready for me. However, they did forget to make my Rockstar Punched Freeze, which I told the cashier, and she fixed it for me. Great place and friendly service. read more

Literally smallest place ever. Staff slow as ever. Took over 15 minutes to get one burrito and it wasn't even super busy.

I stopped in for breakfast on a Monday morning. The guy at the register was a little too cherrie, and I'm a morning person!! I ordered a cheesy burrito with bacon & a grilled burrito with sausage. Guess what I got? A cheesy burrito with sausage & a grilled burrito with bacon. This shouldn't have surprised me since I ordered coffee with 4 sugars n no cream and got, you guessed it!, 4 creams n no sugar. They fixed that, but when I asked for a refill I was told they don't give refills. They have a soda fountain n tea jugs out front but you have to pay for a second cup of coffee? It's not Starbucks. Coffee was luke warm, I personally like it that way, but I know most don't. The food was over salty & sorely lacking in any real flavor. I've stopped by the drive-thru late at night at this location, people are always friendly but usual screw the order up some how. Generally I am a forgive & forget kind of guy. I like most of the regular menu, so unless the substitute a bean burrito for my chalupa(do they still serve those?) or burrito supreme, I'm good. But, no coffee refills at 9:30am on a Monday? That's really quite unacceptable. read more
