The older ladies always have positive attitudes and add to my mornings. Younger employees are more on the rude side. I enjoy a good experience when I pay my money. Food is good, but id rather travel to the one across from the hospital. read more

My order was delicious and served hot! The drive thru was speedy!! The ladies I saw interacted with at the window were super friendly!!

I frequent Bojangles restaurants in the Carolinas quite a bit, and this location stands out for the exceptional customer service. They are always pleasant to deal with. And the biscuits are always hot and fresh! read more

Bird Dog sandwich. But they must have feces for brains. It is the worst sandwich I've ever tried to eat. The meat was hard as rocks and seems the pickles had been sitting on a table all day. I should have taken a photo to show proof of bad it was. But there won't be a next time. read more

This place is disappointing, not only is the night staff horrible but they don't do anything but stand around trying to do as little as possible, morning shift has it a little bit better, though it's not like it used to be something changed a while ago and I think it was the little Puerto Rican manager, I used to come all the time when she was around and things were so different compared to now, avoid this place at all costs save your money and time and don't go here!!! read more

With a lot of negative reviews I've noticed about this particular bojangles, I'm starting to guess I went on a good day, twice. I was there a few weeks ago, and again a few months ago, and it was literally perfect. I got a 4pc. Fresh, delicious, cooked properly, tea was immaculate. I've never had a bad experience there but maybe it's all about timing. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because a fight broke out between the employees while I was eating which was a little unnerving, but it's all good, I've been to Waffle House so I'm a seasoned veteran when it comes to that stuff. read more

the Bojangles near the big church on 74 has Horrible customer service. Rude, sarcastic telling me one day when they failed to put a straw in my bag that I could take off the lid and drink it that way. It should be closed down. read more

I don't understand how some fast food do really well in bringing food out even though the volume of orders are great but I can't understand why this joint took 45 min to order and another 45 min to get your food despite of the food already in the rack to be placed in a bag. I guess it's the system or maybe the crew are too tired to move faster. read more

Crack head lady taking my order was extremely rude and upset that we ordered 4 sandwiches stating that she was "tired" and didn't want to make that many sandwiches. Run away read more

Did not give us our mashed potatoes and gravey. And then when we got back to a parking spot we don't have napkins spoons or forks. What was we supposed to eat with our figures. read more

Bojangles - a woman with glasses and a red shirt - Chicken Wings Near Me - Shelby, North Carolina

Terrible service every visit. Today was no different. Woman on the drive through speaker had a terrible attitude with no just me but the car in front and behind me. Won't be back to this location. read more

Got the wrong order of food. They had it labeled wrong. Careless and don't pay attention.

Worst service ever!! The lady working the drive-thru is very rude! Avoid this location!!

I give two stars to this location just because I love their food and it was still good. I'm deducting three stars for service. I ordered a couple of biscuits, but no one would make them, even though there were four people standing in the back. Finally, the young girl working the register went back and made them herself. The food is good, but the employees stand around a lot. read more

Very rude drive through service. Tried asking her some questions and she ignored me and gave an attitude. Did not get everything I asked for

Worst Bojangles, i got sick after eating here, went to the bathroom to find out that neither toilets work with one being taking by a guy that was throwing up nonstop... read more

A newer store. Wicked fast drive thru. I only really get breakfast here. Two biscuits and a coffee for less than $3. Size really varies. Sometimes the biscuits are huge, sometimes petite. Good flavor but a little bitterness/acidity (I'm guessing from the lard). Their coffee is super bitter and has quite a bite. Half the time, there's some coffee ground silt at the bottom of the cup. The country ham biscuits are salty greasy goodness as well. Anyway, the staff is very friendly, good service, predictable product. read more

I walked in five minutes before closing not knowing that they close at 10 and they more than happily served me food regardless of the fact that it was closing time. Great restaurant and great employees read more

I love Bojangles' food, so this review has nothing to do with the food. Just stopped to eat on the way to visit family and we ordered a 4 PC supreme (very common item) and the girl checking us out at the register acted like she didn't know what we we're ordering. She said it only came in a 3 piece.... When the 4 piece was CLEARLY outlined on the ordering board behind the register. She finally charged us for two 3 pieces but I told her I wanted 4 tenders so she gave it to us. Then I had really been wanting a sweet tea and Bojangles is always known to always have sweet tea and they did not. Completely empty. When one of the employees went to fill it up apparently she filled it with unsweet tea because when I went to check if it was ready the manager came hurtling at me saying "no no no no" and I just glared at her, waiting for her to continue further, because I don't respond to being communicated with in that manner, and she finally asked me "did you get any tea from there?! " When I answered no, she said to me "she (referring to another employee) put unsweet in there". I just continued to look at her and finally turned around to get a Cheerwine. I'm from the south, so yes I prefer sweet tea to unsweet, but it is NOT a poison and there was no need to get all worked up and loud just to simply tell me that there was unsweet in the wrong container. Like seriously. The customer service here is very poor. Will eat at other Bojangles restaurants again, but not this one. read more

While traveling through Shelby we stopped here for a quick bite. The cashier couldn't ring up our order without help, then the order filler gave me dark meat instead of the white meat I ordered. When I brought it back to the counter she put it back into the pan with the other chicken. I informed the manager. When I finally got my order my sides were cold and neither myself nor my husband got a biscuit. read more
