She is the nicest worker at a fast food establishment that I have encountered. My food was fresh, the order was correct, and it was delicious. This Taco Bell had workers so lazy they made a computer take order and that was incorrect and food made incorrectly. Pure trash

The food, and the service are the WORST I've ever had any Taco Bell location. They are not trained, all of it comes out missing ingredients or missing whole parts of orders. Staff does not care in the slightest. You practically have to shoot a flair off to get attention if you approach the counter. They all act annoyed. I've never had a good experience here in the 5 years I've lived here and they gone through several groups of staff. Managers occasionally clean up and do things right for about a week, then it's back to garbage. Stay far and away. read more

Honestly - this may have been the nicest Taco Bell I've been to. Everyone was really nice. My burrito was amazing and it was so clean inside. Bravo! Had to order myself on a screen which I didn't love but if that means an experience like this one, I'll take it. read more

Fast food is not consistent. But having been here more than once, I have found their regular tacos to be well cooked and seasoned, crunchy with just the right amount of crispy fresh lettuce and cheese. I agree with Julie G. read more

Like some things in life, Taco Bell is a love it or hate it type of food. I like Taco Bell. Always have. Probably always will. That being said, one of the shared experiences I have noticed among Taco Bells , particularly late night drive thru, (because let's be honest, that's when you typically get hungry for Taco Bell) is that something is going to be wrong with your order. It never fails. They'll fix it, they'll fix it, but you always want to make sure you catch it in the parking lot versus once you get home. I've never had that happen at this Taco Bell. They have always got my order exactly right. The service is friendly no matter what time of day I've been there. At some places people get an attitude when you order seven different menu items late on a Tuesday night . Not here. This is a Taco Bell that stands out from other Taco Bells. They also have these cool round seats inside that make me think of the Cantina from Star Wars. I like to sit there eating my tacos and speaking random Rodese phrases to my co-eaters. They can't sell you thing on their own menu because their aren't pictured buttons on the cash register. That's not a joke i'm serious. It happened to me. I tried to order it on their website but kept getting error messages at checkout. So I had to go pick it up only to find out they didn't know how to do basic math. Other times i've been they consistently leave something out or get the order wrong flat-out. The food isn't bad but I never get what I want. Their staff must be the most incompetent people in the fast food business. I will never be back after this one. read more

Since when does Taco Bell in Shelby NC off 74 have a mobile app menu only! I waited in line behind 10 or 12 cars to order 2 steak quesaritos and a drink. When I get to the window she says I'm sorry we don't sell steak quesaritos unless you order them off the app! She refused to sell me one after wasting my time waiting in line all because I didn't order it off the app! That's sorry service at its best! I'll shop elsewhere for fast food! read more

I love going to Taco Bell, and go there at least once a week with the kids. We are always grabbing it to go via the drive thru. For some reason, however, the drive thru can run a bit slow-especially at night. I suppose it really depends who's working it tho. If I go before 4pm, I can usually tell by the upbeat happy voice on the other end, that we will be served quickly and correctly. I don't know her name, but she's definitely a keeper! One thing I will avoid in the future is visiting our Shelby store on Sunday nights. I stopped in this past Sunday, and the clerk immediately broadcasted they were 'out of beans'!! What on earth kinda Taco place can operate without retried beans? I really wanted Nacho bell grande but ended up with a soft taco instead. The clerk told me they would have their truck in the morning, and shared that every Sunday she works, they run out of product. Bummer. I do enjoy Taco Bell....just no more Sunday visits. read more

Set upon a hill, like a beacon in the night! Tacos, get your red hot tacos! Located right off 74 by Sonic's in the old Don's Italian Lot. Only a couple years old - still new and shiny. Drive thru is actually quicker than dining in - go figure!! Yes they have breakfast now, but I've not been brave enough for a waffle taco just yet! The cantina bowl with steak is suprisingly good as are the gorditas. I like that you can order a six pack of tacos - and don't forget the fire sauce! read more

Horrible Service! So, I went to taco bell around 9 pm today. Never really had an issue with them before but something told me to avoid this one. I should have listened to my subconscious because I have never wanted to throw a burrito in someone's face so badly in my life! My order included 3 beefy 5 layer burritos but I forgot to say no sour cream when my order was taken. As soon as I got to the window, I said "I'm so sorry I forgot to say no sour cream on those!", hoping they had not made my order. They had already finished my order and the woman at the drive-thru replied, "they already made it," like that was supposed to solve the problem. I've worked in fast food before so I know how much of an inconvenience it can be when a customer does this. However shit happens, I had already apologized, and made it clear if the order had sour cream they could cancel it. I would have happily hopped my tail over to Mcdonalds instead. The lady closes the window in my face and a guy comes from the back to tell me that no sour cream comes on the burritos (mind you all this energy could have been spent on good customer service and simply remaking my order). I'm already over it at this point so I'm like... cool that's great ...knowing full well what he said is bullcrap, but I'm tired of these miserable people acting like the world is ending because they have to remake an order. I get home and lo' and behold it's sour cream on ALL the burritos. I ended up giving them to the little boys that live next door to us and I end up cooking for me and my BF anyways. I will be avoiding this taco bell from now on if can, and if I do go I will be walking in and checking my order in front of them. OH! and to the rude lady at the window. I hope every red light you pull up to turns red before you get there. I hope you two dollars short on your rent and have to pay a late fee. I hope every pair of shoes you buy pinches your feet. No matter what time of the day I come to this Taco Bell they are ALWAYS slow. I have been in line for 38 minutes and I still have 3 cars ahead of me waiting to get their food!!! This is absurd!
