This used t be a good place to eat. But I notice the last time I ate there they were out of nearly everything and it only 3:00 pm. I should have turned around and left when i walked in the door. Staff members were arguing with each other. When one came to the register to get my order. She stared at me with that "You need to hurry up so I can take another break" look. We have been here a few times before but..... This visit was not that good at all! Service is slow because they do not have many people working, they are hiring if anyone is looking for a job. My Mom always enjoyed the tacos but they were really hard around the edges and real soft (grease logged in center, they were not fresh!) There was not much inside which also made them not too good.( They don't even have Sour Cream!) The fries were cold, the only reason for the 2 stars is because the jalapeno poppers weren't bad, served with Ranch. ( They don't have blue cheese, I would have enjoyed even more) Went and ordered 2 more tacos and said soft , I got 2 more hard. The girl said ,oh I'm sorry we don't have soft!! Why would she not say anything before charging for 2 more hard ones!!! Needless to say because it wasn't good we agreed we would go to TB if we wanted tacos. And they have soft ones too & sour cream! I have been waiting ALL OF MY LIFE to come here!!!! We drove 30 mins from my Godparents to try this deliciousness!! We purchased the famous Cluck Chicken Sandwich, the Loaded Mini Tacos, their Signature Cheeseburgers and Curly fries and Everything was Amazing!! Please locate a restaurant near you because you won't be disappointed!! We arrived late so we weren't able to go inside but the customer service was great and welcoming. Well I would like to start by saying I have been going to the jack for many years and had all kinds of good and bad experiences. This is the straw that broke the camels back so to speak We were over charged when we realized it we asked the cashier to correct it she then closed the window on us and disappeared then can only assume the manager but she didn't say anything when I said thank you she didn't even acknowledge our presence then opens the window hands us our food and I asked for a receipt she then closes the window and says o my God how do I get there f@#$n receipt and then gives us purpose old receipt I say thank you ( again ) and was awnserd by OK ( this is not the kind of person that needs to be in management my children did not need to hear that I will think again before my children well join me for pick up ) read more

Love the taste of the burgers and one of my favorite places for a fast food burger. BUT, staff is just so non responsive. Didn't even get a hello, can I help you? My double bacon cheeseburger was tasty but the wife's chicken sandwich was perfect except for the main ingredient. The piece of chicken was a sliver of nothingness. The food is always pretty good here, but the service here is always an adventure. When we ordered using the app this weekend and pulled up to the window, they kept asking us if we were Door Dash. Then when they did seem to understand that our order was an individual person's, they couldn't figure out what we had. We pretty much got what we ordered, but the staff was still super confused. This location obviously needs much better training. And the Jack in the Box app is clearly not seamless like some other places' apps we use. read more

I haven't been to Jack in the Box in at least 4 years so I decided to eat lunch here with my daughter on Saturday. She really seemed to like it as this was her first time and the amount of options impressed her (she is 4, so the pictures of Jack on the wall were also kind of a big deal). The food was good for fast food and I've always kind of liked their tacos. The place was queen and the service was fast and friendly despite the restaurant being rather busy. I was a little disappointed that the Freestyle drink machine seemed to be missing multiple options and thus the drinks the restaurant was proudly advertising (some Jack in the Box special soda and the Strawberry Dr. Pepper) were unavailable. Overall, if you're looking for chain fast food with quite a few options I'm sure Jack in the Box is as good (if not better) than other options. read more

Horrible service and food. Last time I was here was 9 months ago and I really enjoyed it. Today was my first time back and I ordered the Bacon ultimate cheeseburger and all I got was a sloppy mess. The burger was so greasy the bun was sliding off. The condiments was put on so sloppy and just everywhere. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes- trapped- because no one would take the persons order 2 cars in front of us. We finally we able to escape the line and drove to The Cookout. By the time we got our food and drove back by the Jack in the Box the car that was in front of us was still at the window waiting for their order. I wrote a complaint into Corporate because this is not the first time this has happened. If you go in the later hours this has been my experience with the service. I appreciate the owner of the franchise reaching out to me but offering me to be taken care of the next time I come in just isn't worth my time anymore. I went there a few weeks ago on a week night around 7:45 p.m. The place was empty except for one car in the drive thru. I sat behind this car for over 15 minutes. I could hear a person in the restaurant chatting with the people in the car so they weren't sitting there waiting to place an order. When I finally got to the window I was given my drink and then had to wait about 10 minutes longer for my food. While I was waiting for the food an employee at the window asked me if I needed anything else. I told him I was waiting for the food I'd already paid for! He was very rude and my food, when I finally got it, was cold. Normally I wouldn't wait this long in a drive thru line but another car had pulled in behind me and I couldn't leave. I did contact corporate management and they seemed very concerned about this problem so hopefully it will improve. The food and service at this location used to be excellent. Hopefully some changes in the management at this store will be made before it closes down. read more

The food was really pretty good. But...we were the only customers in line. One woman was busy fixing orders of people sitting at their table. The drive-thru girl slowly shuffled around like she was SO bored. No one was in drive-thru. The working woman asked her to take our order (after we had stood there for quite awhile). This seemed to not please drive-thru girl at all. She sighed, leaned up against the register and never said a word. She acted like she was pouting and just glared at us like she despised us being there. It was very uncomfortable and just as I was about to tell her to forget about it, someone else came up and took our order. Hopefully the management will put drive-thru girl out of her misery and get rid of her, because she's obviously miserable and doesn't want to be there. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger, the condiments where slipped on the old burger patty that had the consistency of rubber. I like this location for the staff. Everyone is soooo nice, especially to little kids (like mine). The ladies at the drive thru are always in such a good mood (as opposed to most McDonalds). Someone finally helped them but never came up front. We left. As we were getting in our truck, another customer came out saying he had the same experience and after they finally came and took his order, he waited twenty minutes on A BURGER AND DRINK! He said the only other customer said the same thing. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Sad when you can't even rate the food because it never got that far.
