To be honest, I think that I had eaten at a Bojangles only once before but my sister-in-law enjoys them periodically when she is traveling. 6/1 about 2:30 I bought a 12-pc. to-go meal. Sides and tea were good, beans a little dry. But the chicken was a dried-out holdover so tough we could hardly chew it. My husband said it was tasteless chicken jerky. Watching the bottom line is ok, but this was a waste of money and very embarrassing since we were taking it out to eat with out-of-town guests. If that was my first Bo meal I would never go back for another. We have had some great food from this restaurant, so this was a real disappointment. We don't have Bojangles' where I live, so anytime we go south, I always make it a point to stop here (somehow always end-up at this location each time). The place is okay, the team can do a better job stepping away from the counter to clean the floors, wipe tables and fill the condiment/utensil area. But the food is great quality and tastes great. The biggest complaint I heard was that the chicken was a bit spicy and their portions are a bit off. Wife got the 4-tender meal and was still hungry after. Daughter got the chicken SANDWICH....which was really big, so the wife ate the rest. I got the 2-pc thigh/leg combo with 2 sides and a biscuit. Really enjoyed this meal. Not sure I'll win the debate to visit again here, when there's a Chick fil A 2 spots down, but I'll surely try! read more

The facility is nice, appears to be newer. The staff was pleasant, but new and in training. They forgot our drinks, a whole meal, a couple other items. No points lost for that though. We all were new once. I get it's fast food, but when I pay $12 for a 5 piece supreme 3/5 pieces should not be chunks of bread the size of my thumb. All good appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Send it back you say? No thanks. We couldn't get a complete order to begin with. We always have such a great experience!! We wish Bojangles was in Ohio as we would frequent them a lot. Like a lot a lot. We only get to experience this goodness twice a year. We eat here twice a year. Once on the way to vacation and once on the way home and quite honestly it's not enough. We always go to the one in Princeton WV and they are always so friendly and our food is always hot and fresh. We are counting down the days we can experience this goodness again on the way home. The chicken is fire and the sides are soooo good too. Ok I'm getting hungry just typing this. Bojangles please come to Ohio so we ca order you all the time plzzzz. Bojangles plz come to Ohio!!!!! We decided to stop by this Bojangles in Princeton, WV. Upon entering the restaurant in post-covid times, we were glad to see all employees busy cleaning the tables and floors. Coming from a state where dining in is not allowed, we were surprised to see people dining in, but all seemed well. The employees were very friendly and respectful. Honestly, it threw me back with how nice they were. These are the types of employees I would love to tip, but there isnt a tip jar. As usual, the chicken from Bojangles is better than most fried chicken places, including KFC and Popeyes. They also had a flavor of Mountain Dew which I havent seen before, called Southern Shock, which I accidentally asked the employee for a "Southern Punch". This was my first time dining at Bojangles'. I ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit and a Mountain Dew. The food was very tasty. My family really enjoyed it. I can't wait to try the other menu items. I wish we had a Bojangles' in Cleveland. I'll definitely stop by again if I see a Bojangles'. read more

First time I had been this way in awhile..I used to work at a local bojangles many years ago as a mgr and they took them out of our area. Saw this one and in the area and stopped in...had a to pull off and wait for our food but it was worth it. The supremes and fries where super fresh and hot..the food even impressed my son who is a Popeyes fan..I even had a Bo berry biscuit and it was fresh baked as well...service was very fast and friendly. When it comes to a organized staff operating at peak efficiency all while offering friendly customer service. This location went above my expectations compared to a majority of KFC or  Popeye's who usually serve me an incomplete order are consistently out of stock, their food lacks in quality & some of the staff would act like they'd rather be at home.      Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I was unable to dine in as usual like I do on every road trip stopping by a Bojangles location. I didn't let Covid-19 stop me from enjoying this location, so I happily decided & stopped by to drive thru this location  ordering myself my usual 5 piece with 3 sides biscuits & sweet potato pie. The girl at the drive-thru spoke with clarity & a friendly tone eagerly ready for my order. When I drove up to the window everything i've ordered was included along with a Cheerwine. I was ecstatic about my meal as my chicken was seasoned and cooked to their high quality standards. Their mashed potatoes are excellent with their homemade gravy & made to perfection, dirty rice is to die for with the blend of seasoning & moist texture. Bo's biscuits are something to rave about as they're made from scratch buttery browned to perfection crust exterior with a soft delicious interior which makes this my #1 biscuit out of every Drive-Thru biscuit out there. Service in the drive through is usually very slow. I typically pass this place up unless other restaurants are just way too crowded.

This restaurant is fairly new. So it really confuses me that neither the male or female bathroom has a changing table. However, they have high chairs. Kinda backwards. Also seemed like multiple new people were working and trying to figure it out. My wife ordered a salad and they failed to give her a real fork. There was no sweet tea in the lobby. It took me asking them to bring some tea to the lobby before they refilled the container. However, they do have vases on almost every table with fresh flowers. They really need to work on themselves. read more

I love Bojangles to begin with, but this location gave me something above and beyond: possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had. It took what might have been a regular fast food stop to something really special. I was traveling from NC to IA with my mother. We decided to stop here for lunch, since IA is sadly bereft of Bojangles. We had my puppy in the car. First off, we ran into the manager in the parking lot, and she immediately asked after my puppy and made small talk, and said there was a beagle around here somewhere that had recently given birth and they were looking to find it so they could take it to the shelter. She and another employee had pieces of chicken and were out in the cold trying to lure it in so it could warm up and eat something before being taken to safety. When we made it inside after letting my puppy walk around a bit, the manager was on register. She was from NC as well, and when she heard I was going to be in IA for the rest of my Ph.D. program, she offered to comp me a Boberry biscuit, since she knew it'd be a long time before I got to have one of those again. The staff gave me green beans instead of the fries I ordered, and when I went back up to get fries, the guy was really apologetic -- more so than he needed to be, and was really friendly about getting the fries, joking around, that kind of thing, and the manager also handled it very well. I got the sense that the staff are all very respectful of the customer and of each other. It seemed like everyone working there was really cool and relaxed and determined to make sure every customer had a good experience and left happy. And of course, the food was delicious. The fries had just the right amount of seasoning. I find most Bo's either have not enough or so much it's inedible. This place had the fry-to-seasoning ratio down to a science. When we finished and headed out, the manager and staff member were both out there again, dutifully searching for the lost dog. Surprisingly good experience. I wish this Bojangles could just be clipped out of WV and transported to IA so I could go there every week. read more

Friendly service with decent food. This was only my second trip to bojangles and the customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency here was great. I enjoyed my cajun filet but it isn't something to rave about. The kids liked their biscuits and the chicken tenders here are pretty good. I was just impressed with the politeness and efficiency of service. This place was also very clean, but it pretty new as well. Hopefully they keep it up. read more

Wow! I wanted to complement this Bojangles for their pro-military stance. I stopped by for lunch dressed in civilian clothes. As I pulled out my wallet to pay, the representative noticed I had a military ID. Without hesitating he promptly knocked off a large portion of the bill. Location is ok. I sure miss the Bojangles of North Carolina! The biscuits at this location were, well, I make them better at home. Cheese was not melted and egg was something I'd eat in the hospital. I miss the yummy gooey biscuit that I'd only wish to get years ago. People were very nice and the restaurant was well kept. Just sad about my bacon egg and cheese on the crumbled biscuit.
