If I could give them zero stars I would. Traveling through on I95 and stopped at this Bojangles at 7:30am to use the bathroom and enjoy some breakfast. Upon arrival at the restaurant all the doors were locked for the dine in so I couldn't use the bathroom. Upon asking they did let me in to use the bathroom but I was greeted by a lady with the worst attitude. I was told "we don't have to open the dining room if there's not enough staff". Sorry but that excuse during Covid is long gone. One star for service and just plain manners ! I severely hurt my back last night and I have a doctor's appointment at 10:15. I come in limping and holding the wall. Worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Mixed up order twice water all over floor at drink station, no lids, sandwich was far from crispy. Trash cans overflowing. Took 15 minutes to get order right and food was ready just confusion in the kitchen. We ordered 2 sandwiches only. Kitchen staff was continuously yelling for more sides and fries. Food was hot and made quickly without mistakes, but we had difficulty understanding the young lady taking our order (perhaps time for a new speaker?) and we had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Usually, if I'm asked to repeat myself, I tend to slow down and enunciate, but she just repeated herself in the exact same way, so the process for taking our order took longer than it could have. Once we got up to the window, I saw that she wasn't wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable given the mandates in place as well as the most recent statement by Bojangles. I couldn't see if anyone else wasn't wearing a mask, so I can't speak on that, but either Bojangles isn't being truthful about their requirements or management isn't enforcing the rules. Also, all Bojangles need to give more icing on their bo-berry biscuits. The amount they give is just piddly. read more
