Typical Chick-fil-A location with great service and awesome outdoor patio. Drive thru moves very fast as does inside ordering. We ordered inside and brought our food outside on the patio to eat because we had our dog. Nuggets were perfect as always and fries were lightly salted the way we like them. The sweet tea - yum! We get the grilled Nuggets for our dog. The only negative about this location was that they were very stingy with the sauces. They told me it was only 2 per meal now and that was company policy. She allowed me 4. I reminded her I got 2 nuggets and 1 grilled nugget and she gave me 2 more sauces. When you get large fries with your nuggets 2 sauces per person isn't enough! I loveeeee chick-fil-a. After over indulging at the beach, we decided to get chick-fil-a salads on our way home from the beach. I ordered curbside delivery and even special ordered my salad. Everyone on Team CFA was following the mandated covering & surpassed being on point. The outside employees aka young super stars (YSS) were navigating the bumper to bumper, dual lanes while taking orders on their hand held devices. & if they needed assistance they were a headset away from someone to answer a question or come lend a hand. Extra kudos to the YSS for standing in the hot weather, beaming from ear to ear with positive salutations & A+ customer service. & I have yet to make it to the Pick Up window. Once we pulled around there were two more excited YSS following the necessary precautions. Additionally, using plastic containers to transport bags of food to the vehicles. Last but not least, the happy go lucky YSS at the register who ends our drive thru experience perfectly. (10/1/2022) we were on a road trip back home and needed a pit stop. It took us a bit to find the place, got lost, saw the drive-thru line, dozens deep, and decided to park in the lot across the street and just walk in. That plus, bathrooms, which is why you stop in the first place. The double-laned drive-thru had plenty of staff directing traffic and taking orders, seemed pretty orderly and civilized. First off, I love Chick-fil-A. That being said, the location in Lumberton NC is missing the mark. I have been visiting this location while I stay in town for work. I have ordered the Southwest salad and asked for Buffalo sause instead of dressing. In addition, I ordered grilled nuggets to add to the salad separately. In each visit I have not been given an extra buffalo sause for the salad, only one for the salad and nuggets. This last visit they gave me regular nuggets rather than the grilled. My frustration grew when I realized they forgot my straw. Chick-fil-A is amazing. I am frustrated that I have not gotten the service that has satisfied my for so many years for so many different locations. Can someone help these guys out. When there's a lot of cars, an employee walks car to car to take your payment method for faster service. Calorie info is on the menu for diet-conscious patrons. I stopped in the drive-thru on 6-18-2022 en route to VA. Consistently good. I had my usual: Chick-fil-a deluxe with American cheese, large fries, and large lemonade (no ice). Both the large orders had upcharges. The service met my expectations. Quick and efficient. Getting into this place is a bit tricky but I've figured it out after making this stop several times over the years. The food was good and hot. Fries were plentiful. The lemonade was great!! I've been a regular customer in the past but am currently not sure about the future. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to but I've found that this location has a bad habit of not providing the sauces I ask for when placing my orders. If I trust them and do not check it before leaving, 50% of the time, the sauce I requested is not included. I called to complain, and they put a kid pretending to be the manager on the line. He apologized and stated that this happens on a regular basis and implied that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure their order is correct, not theirs. If you visit this Lumberton location's drive-thru, I suggest that you do not pull off before checking to see if your order is correct. read more

I rack up points on my Chick-fil-A app. So I decide I want to get myself a spicy deluxe 660 points I believe. So the girl takes my order. I ordered myself a drink and a fry. Ok, she tells me up to the box and she will tell you your total. Ok cool, drive up and there is where I encountered the monster. She tells me my total of $8.87. So I tell her hey I used my points to get my sandwich. I am looking at my app trying to show it to her and she is just standing there staring at me saying nothing. I was like do u need to scan it again or something ??? She was like yea. So she scans it and then she goes oh it didn't work it didn't take it off. It's $8.87. Okay so can you find out why it's not working ??? Or what. So I say here is my card u are rude B and she is just staring at me and hands my receipt. Her name was "taylor" and I get the to food and I tell the lady handing me my food that she was rude and I ask her about my points and she was like do u want to come inside. No I don't. If "Taylor" would've addressed it back There you wouldn't have to ask me that. And my app is reflecting that it took my points. Does it expire ?? I'll wait until I get home to go to the Chick-fil-A where I live. Because y'all need to move her from the box and put her inside with her nasty attitude. At work we order out for lunch and it's always large orders and do so at other restaurant every week Monday- Friday and almost never have bad experiences but with this Chick Fil A we always get the wrong orders and the orders we do get are not correct. As an out of towner, I received the classic Southern hospitality. This was possibly the busiest Chick-fil-A location I've been, but the sweet service never wavered. I ordered the usual nuggets, waffle fries and sweet tea. The sauces were behind the counter and had to ask the servers. Nothing different from Southern California locations, except the cool Southern accents. I mobile app my order thinking I would get it faster service. By being near I95, they are busy but most of the time no one even ask or speaks to you. And don't ask for thinks like no ice or different sauce. They walk right pass you like they don't even see you. I have a good friend that has 3 Chick-fil-a and it is quick but great service and they make sure they let you know that they see you. If there was a different Chick-fil-a in Lumberton NC where I work; I would go to the other one. In Fayetteville, the Raeford Chick-fil-a is the bomb; like my friend's Chick-fil-a in Burlington and Elon.
