Yummy! Tons of menu options, including $9.99 lunch weekday special. Tofu noodle soup was good. The drunken noodles also super good. A happy pit stop on a long drive! Seat yourself, server comes to you, pay at the counter after. There is a parking lot. read more

Great Thai food! I especially enjoy their noodle dishes and their Thai curries. They also have great lunch specials. For great food and friendly service, this is one of the best local places. read more

Unfortunately the Food want even close to what I expected. I got pad Thai and friend got Panang curry. Neither was good, and didn't remotely taste like the Thai I'm used to and wanting. Will not return. Staff were nice, but just subpar food imho. read more

All I can say is WOW! Stopped here while passing through searching Yelp for a place to have lunch....What a great value...$9.99 for a lunch entree, salad, spring roll and 2 fried wontons...Service was great, food was awesome in a nice comfortable atmosphere!! Please don't hesitate to try this great Thai restaurant read more

Good Thai food in a very casual diner atmosphere. The tofu is well prepared. I like the red curry tofu with steamed rice.

The food is Amaziiiiing ! We lived in Lumberton 3 years however we really started going to thai chilli in our last year . First two years, every time we tried they were closed. They have this weird timing and are closed saturday and sunday which is really when we eat out. So, we kind of lost interest. But finally , we got to try them on a friday and let me tell you once you eat here , you know its totally awesome! Coming from Chicago , where you have amazing thai restaurants everywhere , I could tell good thai food was rarity in south having tried many thai restaurants in myrtle beach , fayetteville etc. Only to find the best one in my own town, 2 mins away form my home ! Our regulars here were , Pad see ew , drunken noodles , Basil Fried rice , Curry Fried rice and Panang curry . The food is delicious and these guys can really crank up the heat. read more

This has to be one of our favorite places to eat. Everything is always freshly made and delicious.

This is the real thing... owner/ chef is from Thailand and it shows. We stopped in today on our way to Florida. Excellent lunch.

We love this restaurant highly recommended to the community & travels committing along I-95 @ & Hwy 74. There is no long lines, service is great, no long waiting period on pick ups, well worth the stop!! People come on the menu is awesome they have a large variety of food. read more

This is kind of a weird little Thai restaurant. For one thing, they were playing Christian rock, which perhaps explains why they're never open on Sunday (usually the time I'd be driving by here). For another, their website makes statements like "Traditional Thai food is the highest quality of all Asian food" which-don't get me wrong I like my Thai food-kind of raises some eyebrows. On the positive side, they are vegetarian/vegan friendly and will make dishes to suit your needs. I probably should have pushed more, as my vegetarian Pad Thai came with a slightly off hint of egg but no tofu. It was a bit of a one-note sweet sauce, but the spiciness I asked for was pretty powerful. My guess is if I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have ordered something more interesting and asked for no egg. As someone who's tried to find vegetarian food in a lot of small Carolina towns, I'm glad they're here in Lumberton taking care of people's needs. read more

Another Lumberton gem. I came here for dinner with my friend because of our shared love of Thai food. We're both in the area temporarily for work and decided to venture here. The decor is very simple and not a place to go if ambiance is the goal. But it's clean and the perfect place for a good casual bite. My friend had been here before but this was my first time. So I went with her suggestions for dishes. We ordered a Thai Tea, an order of spring rolls, shrimp pad see ew, and chicken pad see ew. She said the Thai Tea was delicious. I'm normally a fan but decided to save my calories for the food and opted for a water instead. Shortly after the drinks arrived, our spring rolls came out. They were piping hot and the filling was fresh and well seasoned. The wrapper was perfectly crisp and not greasy at all. The pad see ew was delicious. The flavors were spot on and the protein was cooked well. The only criticism I have is that the noodles were slightly overcooked but not so much so that the dish was inedible or unenjoyable. I will definitely eat here again during my time here. read more

Absolutely delish. Every time. Tried something new tonight and it didn't disappoint! The drunken noodles, red curry chicken, shrimp fried rice, all are delish! read more

Fresh prepared food!! Made to order... Large servings ....no spice to very hot! Something for everyone....family friendly! Very clean !! Friendly staff!! Excellent choice! Highly recommend read more

Great food! Off the chart great food. Don't be fooled by the size of the place. It was so good I had lunch AND dinner there on the same day. Service was fast and very helpfyl read more

Ordered chicken noodle soup takeout from this place while travelling and was pleasantly surprised. It initially caught my eye because I'm feeling under the weather and wanted something easy on the stomach, but the broth was so good I left nothing behind! The ginger and garlic combination in the soup was also very soothing for a sore throat. Thanks for helping me feel a little better :) read more

I was exploring the area and wanted a vegan option for dinner. I came across Thai Chili through Yelp, and decided to check it out. They have a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. I got Vegetarian Pad See Ew with tofu, which did not disappoint. It was hearty and delicious. I got the Yellow Curry with tofu to-go which was absolutely amazing! Definitely authentic. read more

Pretty good food. It was pricy! The service was ok and thus is why they get 3 stars.

I was passing through on a road trip, looking for a dog friendly place to lunch. This place is convenient off of I-95. Staff was welcoming and brought out a umbrella so we could eat at the outdoor tables in the shade. Our party ordered wontons, drunken noodles with beef, and tofu pad thai. Overall for a small town in the South this Thai restaurant impressed. The staff was very helpful and toddler and dog friendly. The Thai chili hot sauce that we ordered on the side was fresh chopped chili peppers, not dried flakes. It really packed a punch. Fresh Thai basil is growing on the patio. It was nice to learn that the owners grow their own chilis and spices! Would definitely come back again when passing through the area! read more

my favorite restaurant in lumberton. great food and staff is always friendly. I love their spice levels.

It could be better. Thought this was gonna be the same place that they have in Texas with the same name. Kinda disappointed in the food tbh

Ambiance is perfect. Thai decorations, great waitress, excellent service. Pad woo sen, and fried rice were excellent. Food was very colorful and tasty. Best oriental experience ever. Highly recommended. read more

Do not believe the positive reviews! We were fooled! This was the worst "Thai" food I've ever had. I can't even insult Thailand by calling that Thai food. It was saturated in sauce, no vegetables at all in the pad Thai, no flavor, garlic chicken was floating in sauce and looked like nothing I would even feed my dogs. Spring roll tasteless and foul. The salad dressing smelled horrible I should have known from that moment to leave and not eat anything from there. Wonton soup was sour and the meat did not look cooked. The rice was not fried let alone done cooked it was wet and soggy and the pineapples were not fresh it was definitely from a can and sour. Please do not eat here and waste your money until they get a suitable chef that can actually prepare Thai food. We have never left so much food on a table untouched. I've never been so sad and disappointed after eating Thai food. Please get a new chef they do not value what they present to their patrons. Only positive is the cleanliness. In response to the owners reply: I did bring it to the waitress' attention that the food was not good and I did not want a to go box for any of the food and she said nothing in response. She did not ask what was wrong ever during the duration of the meal or after the meal. And note the sign on the wall that I took a pic of regarding the refund/complaint policy so I already knew you would not address my issues and it was clearly seen that they were not taken seriously. Thanks read more

Only problem is that the food is so good I want to order 5 different dishes at the same time. Service is also very good, and fast, would definitely recommend! read more

Spring rolls were delicious. My bf loved the house cashew that came with all the different kinds of meat. I wish they had a veggie version of the cashew dish because the sauce tasted divine. I got the drunken noodles with tofu which I thought were ok but I would've killed for a veggie cashew dish. Also the mango sticky rice was so good. Perfectly ripe mango. Not too sweet. Love. read more

Short Story: One of the few good restaurants in Lumberton, NC! Long Story: I came down here for vacation on my way to Myrtle Beach. I found this place on yelp and decided to try them out. The portions are large and the prices are great! The best of both worlds. Now, I am from San Francisco where Thai restaurants are plenty. But it would be unfair to compare SF Thai restaurants to Lumberton, NC. So, I am giving this place 4 stars. If I compared it to SF, it would be 3. The service was great though the decor and ambiance was quite bland. Most of the 4 walls there were quite bare...lol! verdict: If I am in town, I would go back. read more

W A R N I N G!!! Read Before Ordering. We loved and felt that we could become extremely addicted to the Thai Chicken Wings. The spices were above average and not bashful with the heat, which we loved. I even was offered a spice tray which was NOT necessary:-). This was a very clean and well organized restaurant with an A rating by board of health!!!. It was perfect for a quick bite while traveling. Flavors were all very balanced & a pleasant surprise. The no frills dining room was pleasant and authentic but somewhat lacked a cozy or romantic ambience if you are on a first date. I doubt that is what they are trying to execute anyway. They also have an interesting "Food Serving" concept that you are greeted by a pleasant Caucasian gentleman (family?), served by an owner who is Thai??? Seems to be family run. Don't wait for your guest check- you pay up at the register and place your tip in the jar. We enjoyed visit! read more

The service was excellent and the food was great. We eat Thai food out quite frequently and the food here was as delicious. The only small drawback was they don't have a liquor license yet and we like Thai beer with our spicy food. We were just passing through in our travels, but we recommend this place and would go back. I had the pineapple fried rice and the shrimp rolls. My husband had one of the lunch specials - I can't remember the name but it was all good. read more

Come quick, because this place is not Staybridge as it is for a long time. They have an outstanding deal for lunch, just $6.99 for pre- course and an entree. This is unheard of. I fully enjoyed every minute of the food. Very tasty, the portion was just right. Saved to my next visit!!! read more

Amazing! Don't miss out of this place. Red curry? PHENOMENAL!! Best Thai in town no doubt!

Went with a group of people. We ordered a starter and our meals. All came out at different times. They serve it as it is ready. This includes the starter which came out after most of us had our meal. Probably about 10 minutes from first dish to last reached the table. Had the Pad Thai. Fair. Others in the group seemed to enjoy their dishes. Otherwise, staff is friendly and attentive even after it started to get busy. Stopped by many times to refill glasses. read more

really good. HUGE portions. reasonable prices. I got the cream cheese wontons and pad see ew. Both were delicious- the fish sauce that came with the wontons was awesome! My co-worker go the red curry and it looked amazing and came in a HUGE container- I definitely give this place an extra kudos for not being skimpy about portion sizes! I definitely want to try their Chinese options as well as the noodle soups next time! read more

My ultimate favorites are the green curry (chicken), chicken pud prig, and of course the spring rolls! Very good flavor and medium spice isn't bad if you pair each bite with rice. It makes the food more interesting. The bamboo shoots are so good! I have recommended this place to family and friends. The staff takes pride in their food and addresses any concerns.
