Saw this restaurant being talked about in a food group so went to give it a try. The Chinese food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the honey chicken with fried rice and a homemade sweet tea. The staff was really friendly and si received a complimentary sweet tea on behalf of the lady working the register since this was my first time. I will most definitely be going back, it was worth the 15 mins drive. read more

Their food is fantastic but a little expensive for Chinese takeout. They're also closed on Sundays and Mondays, which can be inconvenient.

I have lived 2 miles away from them for over 10 years and have eaten here 2-3 times. Each time I was horribly disappointed. The first time I went I thought they were doing remodeling because it was dilapidated inside. The food was gross and tasted like old oil. The second time and third times I wanted to give them another shot however I was really disappointed that nothing had changed. The inside was still dirty and looked like it needed to be cleaned and remodeled very badly. The food still gross and tasting old. Our family loves this place! We order dinner from here about 3-4x a month. The teriyaki steak and boneless pork ribs are THE BEST!!! They know us by name and get our order right every time! The staff is super friendly and always has our food hot and ready on time! It's the only "Chinese" restaurant we order from. read more

My husband placed an order online which showed a menu and prices. I went to pick up my food and my total was $45 for 3 items. I wasn't certain what he had ordered because I only requested Chinese vegetables with shrimp it was good but we also ordered shrimp/broccoli it was over cooked. I saw the sign that stated a price change but there were menu on the counter with all the old prices. So i requested an itemized breakdown of the new prices. All items were over $5.00 more. I told her that she should remove those menus if the prices are not correct but she commented that her printer wasn't working. I feel this is false advertisement. I called the Phenix in St Pauls to compare prices , there was an increase but only about $2.00 more per item. read more

I don't know who put those positive reports up but they're definitely fake. Just picked up an order to go today right at home when you open the cover of the container the rice stinks like burnt Old sesame oil loaded with nasty dried up ham chunks, The overpriced bone in spareribs had no sauce on them at all and we're completely dried up. Even called to complain they didn't really care. Never again going there, Hope Mills has way better choices for Chinese food than this place. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The establishment is a take out, yet; the General tao's chicken was awesome. The prices are economical. I got a combo-meal and the portion was incredibly large. I was able to feed my wife and daughter. The Crab Rangoons are out of this world. Need to try for sure. read more

I am not sure how this place has such good reviews unless it is the only place in town. First they have a 95 rating which is not great and by looking around I thought about going somewhere else. I got the orange chicken with friend rice. The rice had ham chunks in it. The ham was so overpowering that I tossed the rice out. Got maybe 8 small pieces of chicken and it was not orange chicken. Not spice not orange flavor. Their fried wontons were burnt. The wonton soup was wonderful. I would only go back for the soup. Nothing else. No place to sit and eat inside either. Everything you will ever get from here is amazing. I have been coming here since I was a child and nothing compares to the quality of this food. The crab rangoons are crisp, not chewy, and inside is the perfect amount of cream cheese. The fried rice is perfectly cooked every time. My absolute favorite is the honey chicken wings. You will not find a juicer chicken wing and a more perfect glaze. I also recommend the beef and broccoli, Singapore noodles, and lo mein. However, anything on the menu you will love. read more
