The quality of this restaurant far exceeds the current 3.5 star rating. We ordered a huge to-go order. The waitress was able to take down my order seamlessly over the phone. Upon arriving, the order was very well packed in a box. The waitress reviewed the order with me for accuracy (it was perfect). My entire interaction with the staff was top notch. They are very kind and proud of the service they provide. By the time I got home and opened up the food, it was still piping hot. Everything tasted incredible. Best Chinese food I've found so far! They are always friendly and the food is ready quick.

We went here out of the convenience to my son's basketball practice. When we got home, we noticed the food looked lighter than previous dishes from other Chinese takeout places, but we have it a try. The food was very bland and not good at all; there was absolutely no flavor or spice to the Szechuan chicken and the sesame chicken had no flavor as well. Inside of egg rolls were mushy and salty. Normally I save any leftover food for lunch tomorrow, but this will go in the trash. Never going here again! read more

The meat tasted as if it was sitting out and was contaminated. There was a fowl odor. The owners refused to give me a refund and I brought everything I ordered back, over $30 dollars wasted!!! Never eat here!!! read more

I have been eating here consistently for almost a year. Today I sent my mom to pick up the food and when she got back, we were missing two egg rolls. My mom called to make sure they were ready when she drove all the way back and the OWNER basically called her a liar. My mom then went to her car to double check that they didn't fall out of the bag and they weren't there. I took the phone and asked why he was arguing with her and he tells me "listen, I am the owner I know they were in the bag" they. Were. Not. That was half of our lunch plus he was extremely rude. I will no longer be going here and I will spread the word. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. What an weird thing to argue about. So disappointing. read more

I ordered shrimp chow mein. When I got there they asked me my order again. Then I just hear the chinese man yelling and saying chow mein, said itll be another 10 minutes. Not sure I actually chow mein, it was an angry guys concoction of shrimp soup. read more

Wow. This place blew me away. I went to the arcade bar stop button and saw there was Chinese across the street. I have my fried and true Chinese place close to home but figured I would give it a try. Sooo good. And the place was nice, clean, well lit. My only gripe is that the portion for the small are very small. But the flavor and freshness of the ingredients, Excellent. It's 24 minutes from my house but I'll make that trip for their pepper steak and shrimp with broccoli. read more

This is so far the best Chinese food in the area. Large portions good price. Inside restaurant nicely decorated and Very clean appearance. If your looking for great Chinese and not just meat w/gravy And soggy vegetables . You need to try this . Vegetables cooked but not soggy. Staff very friendly. The woman working the front is rude and has no customer service skills at all. I called and placed an order for the lunch special and when I went to get it she gave me a lunch combination which is bigger and cost more. I told her that's not what I had ordered (I was very nice as I never complain and only make reviews when it's super bad or amazing ) she yelled at me and said that I asked for lunch combination and not the lunch special. Which I know for a fact what I ordered because I only took the amount of money for what I had ordered and knew what I was paying. So she started yelling at me and tried to tell me "no you said this" she literally screamed at me that the man in the Kitchen had to step in. He calmly explained to be the difference in meals and I had told him the same thing , this was not my mistake. I know what I ordered, is it really a big deal. I just want smaller portions. I was and am still so shocked at how she screamed at me. And I would still be going there being that I work local but now I never recommend that place and I had the woman who spoke like that to me. I visit this restaurant twice. The first time I had small house fried rice and steamed dumplings. It was good but the portion of the rice was less than a small, more like a scoop of rice. But I let is passed cause the dumpling were good. Today I decided to get another. I order Sesame chicken lunch special is steam dumplings. The lunch special come with steam or fried rice and a spring roll. The fried was nothing! Just rice in grease no vegetables or meat in the rice. The sesame chicken was good ace crunchy very fresh. What made dislike the lunch special as a whole was the spring roll. It taste like a dollar tree spring roll from the freezer. Very disappointing. Tip only buy the dumplings. read more

I ordered at 6:10pm . My husband went to pick up at 6:50... then they ask him what was his order. Everyone in there called in she didn't take any orders. Told me 25 minutes but didn't cook timid each person came in the restaurant. Then when my husband left at 7:25 I called and ask to speak to a manager or owner and of course. "He not here" and talked over me as I was tromp to ask a question.. Most of the order was not good. Very disappointed. The lady was rude and talked to other people while supposedly taking my order. I have been a customer with this business since it opened. While the food is good the service was never very friendly. But today the cashier was outright rude when she refused to serve us,my husband and me claiming that they were out of fried chicken wings. I had placed the order and paid with cash but didn't get a receipt. When I asked for a receipt she gave me the money back and said: "we are out of chicken wings!" She seemed angry and did not want to talk to me. I said I only asked for a receipt and pointed out that she had just served another customer wings and she merely repeated her statement. I told her that I would file a complaint and left very upset because I didn't understand why she was acting that way. I called the restaurant about 30 min later and they were taking an order for wings no problem. Of cause I didn't place the order. I will never go back to this restaurant again and be treated like this. No food is that good. read more
