Looks Iike it's family owned. Their kids are really cute and help out. I come here if I have to get back to my studies quickly. They seem to always have a customer flow. I try different things but my go to for these kinds of Chinese restaurants are the Chinese chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and duck sauce mmmmmmm! I love New China. I have been going to this location since 2008. Since I graduated from Campbell, I have continued to be a frequent costumer. I go out of my way to have their food because it is the best in the area. The staff is always super friendly and they have fast service! I usually call ahead and it is always ready when I get there. I give this resturant a 4/5 because of not only their flexible and long hours that have saved me many nights of not eating after long studies but also for the amazing food. Everything is made to order and made right away. There is a bit of a wait but there is a guarantee of your food being hot and fresh. Also the portions are really balanced with the entree compared to the rice. I have been to many Chinese resturants and this one has lots of flavor in their any dishes such as Chinese vegetable and pepper steak.
