We order at Panda House on a weekly basis and they are always excellent. The food is delicious, made on time, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and polite, and they are willing to accommodate edits on menu items easily. Panda House is a familiar favorite and we highly recommend it. read more

We wanted to get out for a non-traditional Christmas Eve dinner and try Chinese food so we selected this place, which was not the best decision. The only positives were the food was served hot and the young lady behind the counter provided outstanding, friendly service. We ordered the following appetizers: Shrimp Toast: We took one bite and in the trash it went, seemed extremely greasy and was not appealing at all. Crab Rangoon: These were good, especially dipped in the sweet/sour sauce. Steamed Dumplings: These were also very good dipped in the sauce. Our Dinners: Chicken with Garlic Sauce: Nice portion size and the flavor was a bit different but the chicken was suspect, which was pushed to the side and the rice and veggies seemed fresh. The chicken was a little stiff while other pieces were rubber like consistency. Chicken and Broccoli: Same as above, did not eat the chicken but the rice and broccoli were decent. General Tso Chicken: Very nice flavor but had a good bit of breading on it and it had some bite from the spices which was nice, this dinner seemed okay. Spare Ribs: The rice was fine but very strange flavor on the meat, it was questionable to say the least. Needless to say after 1 piece it was trashed. The seating was fine for a small takeout place, clean tables. Several folks came in for takeout orders. The pricing was normal for Chinese Food. I ordered an appetizer plate to sample the food and I was very disappointed and disgusted!. The food was overcooked, dry and tough. Overall it was a waste of my hard earned dollars. I would not recommend this place and I don't see that I will ever go back! read more

My boyfriend and I literally live about a minute and a half from a Chinese place in Benson. We have had a few issues over the years with them but it's always been too convenient when we want some Chinese food. Well, today we decided to try a different place and I am SO glad we did because it was absolutely delicious. The place is definitely not the fanciest, but hey, neither are we. All it took was a wonderful attitude from a lady at the counter and some wonderful food for us to realize that we will no longer be eating right up the road when we want Chinese, we'll be driving to Dunn. read more

I looked at the last review before I decided to place an order, and i am so glad we did, our food was delicious and I simply had to write a review myself, I also live in Benson and I will not continue to go to China Eight here in Benson either because of the rudeness of the female manager, however, Panda House was so polite and sweet, everything we ordered was spot on, flavors, textures, portions. I am so happy we have a new happy spot to get chinese without the horrible attitude of China Eight. read more

I haven't found any local Chinese takeout restaurants I enjoyed until now! The lady at the front was patient. I ordered a special request and she was quite pleasant and clarified just to ensure it was accurate, which I greatly appreciated. Although they were busy the manager was bringing the takeout orders to the tables to the customers which really showed me great customer service and my food was delicious!
