    Tender Meal
    Camarra B.

I was a bit skeptical due to the mix reviews, but I'm glad I tried it for myself and I recommend everyone else to do the same. Luckily when I went the drive-thru lines weren't outrageous, the wait time was short, and my order taker was nice. When I went, I had a tender meal which comes with your choice of sides (mine was fries) and a biscuit with a drink ( I chose their famous sweet tea). To me the tenders, fries and biscuit were all delicious. The tenders were crispy, big, and just so good as well as the fries and biscuit. I usually don't care for biscuits when it comes to fast food restaurants, but theirs is something different. Their famous sweet tea on the other hand, wasn't too special or unique. But if you love sweet tea, then it may be perfect for you. Overall, my experience was great.

The way the lines were all the way to Uptown Dallas from Lancaster, is ridiculous. I'm definitely exaggerating, but the lines were pretty steep to the point they had the police out there to direct traffic. Personally never feel like there's no food that good worth sitting 2 hours in line for food. Per usual, it was overly hyped and people simply just want what other people want / have. Just to be able to be apart . My patience wouldn't allow me to sit in line. So I chose to leave, wait until things calmed down. So a little over a month and my kids requested chicken strips so I figured we try it . I wasn't sold but they were good , my kids didn't like them at all and felt like the fries were overly seasoned. Would I eat there again ? Sure , would this be the first thing that came to mind if/when wanting chicken ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! And for me it's because I simply prefer places that has the option of being able to get both chicken strips and chicken that still has the bones in it(thigh, legs, Breast, wings), This particular location only has strips/tenders., Service was fast and friendly.

I finally tried this place out and.... It was just... ok. Not terrible. Not great. Let me begin by saying that the line for this place was wrapped around the building, past the taco cabana building, and then overflowing into the service road. So I was expecting DELICIOUS, because why would the line be so long for food that was anything short of 5 stars...? There was a lady standing in the parking lot controlling traffic flow. I waited in line 20 minutes before I even got to her. Once I got to her she told me that it would be faster if I parked and ordered inside because the drive through line is slower than dine in service. I took her advice and went inside... but... it was NOT faster. Once I ordered I waited another 30 minutes for my meal because they kept running out of chicken. Overall I was there just under an hour for an 8 piece chicken strip family meal. Food - Chicken has a little spice on it. Everyone liked it except my toddler; which is understandable. The sides were great! We ordered fries and macaroni and cheese. Kids loved that. FYI- don't expect the food shown online to be available in store. This location serves chicken strips ONLY, no bone in chicken. I was a little disappointed about that.

1 star for the surprise find 2 stars for the food- it was fresh and hot and tasted better than that Atlanta chicken that comes free with a side of prejudice 1/2 star for the service even though it was friendly!

    Tea unopened and not full.

Wanted to give them another chance but it was disappointing, especially for the price. We probably should have checked the order before we left, but didn't. We didn't get the extra gravy we ordered and paid for. We didn't get the dipping sauce we wanted and the other was just completely missing. Our unopened 1/2 gallon of tea was about 8 ounces too short. We also got heart shaped blueberry muffins instead of regular biscuits for some reason. The attendant was automated and it just didn't go well. Please bring back regular people to take orders!!

I got home and experimented and this was an awesome meal. All the sauces were great and the chicken tenders were so tender and flavorful.

Glorified Raising Canes. They're only selling chicken tenders. No bone-in chicken are being sold with new franchises.

Not the east coast favorite, I remember. The macaroni's soggy, cheese is mush and the chicken tastes like wood.

French fries were cold and didn't taste fresh or fully cooked. Makes me want to take a break from them for a while because the past few times have been a let down.

This had to have been the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life!…read more Stopped by because it was a relatively new location and I had a hankering for some of the food. Placed my order for pickup via the app and I was given 2:13pm as my time when my food would be ready...bear in mind I only ordered a 2pc kids meal. I arrived at 2:08, and parked in the curbside pickup spot and waited. By 2:26 I began to get a little concerned so I called inside. Someone answered the phone and I asked if my order came through successfully to which the young lady responded, "Yes! I saw your curbside order come through, but I don't see you in the parking lot." I waived my hand to show her I was there and get this, I waited an additional 10 minutes and the food still didn't come out. By this time, my grandson is getting upset. I go ahead and pull up to the drive thru and was greeted by a very kind young lady. I told her my dilemma and she radioed into the restaurant what was happening. She thought she was talking to someone, but when she finished telling them what was happening, no one ever responded with a follow up. I went on and drove around and let the lady know why I was there and gave her my phone to show proof of purchase. This young lady proceeds to ask me, "Did you pay for it already"? At this moment, I'm mortified!!! I still kept my cool, because I didn't want a drink or cane's sauce with a secret spit ingredient. After 30 minutes I finally got my food, and I believe I received it because my facial expression let them know I was extremely angry! I've NEVER been treated so poorly in my entire life! I will never, ever go back to this place again!

Unnecessarily long lines and angry impatient people, due to another overly hyped menu item due to…read moresocial media lol.. I think putting "limited time" makes people go crazy , they get to acting as if it's the end of the world or that they're going to die if they don't get their hands on the limited time items, and i absolutely hate that for society. I'm learning that it's easier and less chaotic waiting a couple of weeks to try newly released items even if that means I don't get to try them. My last trip was to try the viral Popeyes pickled options . I ordered The fried pickles , the deep fried pickle chicken sandwich and the pickled lemonade. I absolutely love pickles and most pickled flavor foods and knew that this would be either amazing or not so much lol. The wait time was decent, the service was friendly and the food was definitely made when we ordered ( hot and fresh ). For me these items that I chose to try weren't my favorite, with the fried pickles being my least favorite. They were missing something or something's . Although they were fresh and hot , they were somewhat mushy, the breading didn't stick well to the pickles. Im thinking it may have been the kind of pickles that were used . The pickle flavored fried chicken sandwich had potential and wasn't bad at all, it was dripping a lot of oil/ juice. The pickle flavored lemonade was ok but something I more than likely wouldn't order again . Overall the experience was unique and I'm glad I had the opportunity to try the limited time items . Should this be an item added to the regular menu, for me it's a No . I've come to this particular location a few times and don't recall ever having an interaction that's made me not want to return. I like that this location sits in a parking lot alone off a Main Street , so I usually don't have any issues getting in and out of the parking lot of really long lines. The times I've come which is in the afternoons after work ( between 3pm- 7pm), and majority of the cars are in line versus parked, so it's probably safe to assume that they don't get as much dine in as they do Togo service, or at least not during that dinner rush . I really look forward to trying more of their limited time options as I'm pretty familiar with their regular tasty items . The 3 piece dark spicy with a side of mashed potatoes EXTRA gravy or those Cajun fries will always have a special place in my heart.
