I went with Ahi Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Masago, white rice as a base, Eel sauce, yuzu, tamari, avocado and then nori, Pickled ginger, and lots sprinkles and pieces of other unlimited choices. The poke bowl was more than enough to eat at $15 and I took around 1/3 of it home. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I loved the dish they served me. My husband had the Hibachi Chicken and Fried Rice. (an addl. $3). The portion was enormous. He said his chicken was flavorful and tender. The owners name is Shawn Dubose and she is a sweet lady with culinary experience. The years of cooking is apparent with her Buffalo wings because they are not your typical "FRANKS" Buffalo sauce wings or wings tops wings. These wings took time & thought into coming up with something so different while at the same time grabbing deliciousness by the arms and shaking it up. She also had honey-garlic wings that were oh so yum & packed with excellent flavor. We also got her signature mac & cheese. While you can add protein into it such as brisket, shrimp, Buffalo chicken & a few other things she told me that the original is her best of the best. Ms. Debose did not lie to me because this mac was rich, creamy, cheesy, shells cooked just right & the perfect temp by the time I got home. Try her Kool-aid because it is a punch in the mouth of sweetness and will quench your thirst. Skip KFC, McDonald's & taco bell today and please come show a small business some love because I guarantee that Ms. Debose would be grateful but more importantly your belly and tastebuds will be grateful. I'd definitely ask for my fries to be fried harder next time and if they can add extra seasoning to the cornmeal, I'll request that as well. The tartar sauce was a miss for me because I dont like spicy tartar, and the cakes I got were alright as well. The kool aid was good, but I'd have to try it again, which I will, to give it a higher rating.
