I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender supreme meal and a 2 piece leg and thigh combo and they forgot my fries for both meals

HUGE BOJANGLES ... but tiny chicken. Biggest BJ I've seen! Then I realized it also accommodates truckers/truck parking (makes sense). I loved the fact that it has a lobby/lounge with comfy chairs & a Bible. Must have been past their busy period (after 1pm & the place was dead) but the cashier didn't know the sauces & needed help, yet his coworkers weren't very helpful. They all should have been cleaning & sweeping the floor. Not feeling the vibe, so I just ordered some tenders to go. These chicken tenders were so cute & tiny -they looked like long nuggets. We've never been to a Bojangles before. This was on our route and we ate in with good results. Despite it being very busy, they moved the line along fast, with the choices being available at the pickup counter almost immediately. We had both chicken and egg breakfast sandwiches on fantastic biscuits. We had intended to try Biscuit World, but they were not convenient, so I'm glad we stopped here to satisfy our biscuit craving. read more

we were very surprised at how good everything was at this fast food restaurant. We were expecting it to be like a Bojangles that we knew in Houston, Texas, which was a sit down restaurant, but it wasn't. That being said the food was hot and fresh. I had the egg sausage cheese biscuit and the bo potatoes. The bo potatoes were similar to hashbrowns but had some special spice and they were delicious. Even my husband thought they were pretty good and he never gets excited about food. The coffee was good. The staff were friendly and it was super super busy, but the highlight was how clean the dining room was. There was one person, Ronny, whose responsibility was to take care of the dining room and it was perfect. We talked to him for a while and he was very friendly. We were so impressed that afterwards we talked to the manager and told her how impressed we were. read more

Took forever to get my food. Stood and waited for sweet tea for EVER. Workers walked by and didn't bother to help me even though they weren't doing anything. After they finally acknowledged me, the lady was rude. Fries were COLD. Not just not warm. COLD. Terrible. Good music though. read more

I love Bojangles! Excellent Biscuits and sandwiches and sides. On this day, we stopped for lunch. They had a Pork Chop biscuit and 3 in the crew ordered it as a sandwich (on a bun) instead of a biscuit. I took a bite and it was very delicious, although some kind of topping would have been nice (Lettuce, tomato, etc.). I didn't order it so not my battle. The Cajun Filet Club was a delicious piece of fried chicken with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and it was pretty tasty. The side of mac n cheese is the best for me and the reason I convinced everyone to come here. It's soft and cheesy with big elbow noodles. I add black pepper to mine and I was in bo-heaven. The kids ate theirs, but are more Kraft people than Bo-people. I've had their bo-berry biscuits in the past and they're quite good as well. The line moved smoothly, we got our food quick, the bathrooms were clean, and we were in and out fast. I'd stop again! read more

We just had a great experience at BoJangles in Jonesville, NC because of Ryan. We are traveling from Michigan to South Florida and we came in close to closing time, and everyone was so pleasant. Ryan took our order and helped us decide since it was our first time there. He was such a joy! I wish more places had a Ryan to make life better! God will continue to bless this young man. As I have said before, this is an older store and needs some updating to bring this store into 2020. However, large part of this store's audience is older crowd from Jonesville and like Hardee's, the store design makes no difference to that audience. It has always been clean and it's lobby ready. However, even as large as the lobby is I have seen it full. Which is a good thing considering many fast food stores are trending toward much smaller lobbies with virtually no room to sit down. As far as the food, this is my go to place for fried chicken and has displaced KFC on top of my list. Unfortunately, this company is regionally based otherwise it could easily outpace KFC. I have been going to Bojangles in Jonesville, NC for many years, but since the redheaded manager has been there the quality of there service has went down a lot. When the redheaded manager is working, and you ask for mayonnaise on your biscuit, she only gives you a packet of mayonnaise and how do you put mayonnaise on a sandwich going down the road? And when you insist that put mayonnaise on the biscuit, it looks like she took her little finger and dipped in the mayonnaise and dabbed on the center of the biscuit. I will not be going back to the Bojangles in Jonesville as long as the redhead manager is on duty. I will go to McDonalds first. This lady does not need to be a manager in the food service business. read more

I love bojangles but this one was not good, the service was fast and friendly but when we got our food, 2-4 piece chicken strip boxes it was so salty we couldn't even it eat, the fries were covered in salt, so much it burned our mouths, recommend lighten up on salt read more

As a Bojangles lover, I'd recommend this one be avoided. Upcharges for dipped sauce, no longer offer a Cajun filet combo with fries (as of 8-21-17), "meh" in the staffing department, charge for water. The experience of eating at this location is absolutely nothing like any of the other Bojangles restaurant I've ever patronized...in a bad way. I understand the owner has to turn a profit and somehow makes this business model work for their location...but frequent Bojangles customers would likely leave disappointed. read more

Big disappointment. Food was so so, but I ice tea was really bad. I was not asked for preference and was given sweet tea even though unsweetened tea was available and what I liked. It was too watered down to almost no flavor at all. Service was poor. I asked for two thighs and 2 drum sticks but was given 1 drum stick, 1 wing, 1 breast and 1 thigh instead. The palace was almost empty but the two workers who took order and served food were not friendly and rushing. I will not return and would not recommend anyone to eat there. read more

First time in a Bojangles. Basically every stereotype one might assume was exhibited in this visit. This is fast food for locals. Didn't see and teens behind the counter, just middle age women working to earn a living. Food wasn't bad. I love fried chicken joints that offer a spicy option. My one letdown was that I requested additional gravy with my order and kind of got a weird look and was basically told no. Apparently you cannot always have it your way. Saw online an wanted to give a try. Was in the area and stopped in. We had the 2 and 3 piece dinners with the dirty rice and biscuit. We sat inside and there was lots of room and clean. Big disappointment! Food was good but the manager working on 12/30/14 in the afternoon was RUDE! We placed our order and there was a mix up in one of our items. I took the receipt and opened biscuit back up front and ask the lady if I could keep the biscuit since it was opened and had been handled and I knew they had to throw it away. The manager came up behind her, grabbed it out of my hands, touched the biscuit himself and slammed it in the trash in front of me. I told him that was a shame and he yelled very rudely, "nothing I can do now," and turned around and walked off. They lost 3 customers yesterday and I am sure we wont be the last, as long as this man is the manager in Jonesville. It would help if they had to wear name tags. read more
