While this experience in this particular visit was not good all around which i will detail below, generally i have had good visits in the past. But a number of businesses are experiencing staffing issues so i do take that under consideration. In this visit the counter person seemed confused. After 10 minutes i asked about my food and the person put it together. The soft drink machine did not work so i got tea. Much to my dismay the food was cold so i took it back they replaced the food and it was also cold. For this time of day, this is unacceptable to say the least. I am someone who used to go to KFC every sunday after church with my family and I remember the quality and experience of KFC before they became part of the yum brands family. KFC has, a potentially great product and can be a good experience. My hope is this location gets back to the great food experience KFC has been known for in the past. We had driven over 10 hours and were pretty weary looking for a place to sit down and eat and despite them closing their dining section at 3pm and it was 9 pm, they turned the lights on for us to eat our meal.
