This visit the person preparing my sandwich put a thin slices of meat on the sandwich. Other visits would have 4 to 5. It is the same product just different visits. The large inconsistencies leaves me to wonder wonder what I will get each time. I thought the purpose of a chain was to offer consistency so a customer can have a reasonable expectation. The service also goes from friendly and professional one visit to they hate their job the next. How do you rate that kind of business?
