I seriously had to leave a comment on this place bc it is the absolute worse!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. 1hr and 45 mins later I finally got some chicken. The type of chicken and sides available changed 5-6 times, no lie, from the time I ordered to when I actually got my food. This located takes a while to get the food made, but twice in a row the food here has been absolutely amazing! I live close to the city and they probably don't take as much time to prepare the food. But this Bojangles in particular is amazing. Down to the biscuits. read more

What happened to the light crispy chicken Bojangles started business with? The chicken I got today in Hiram, GA is heavy breaded with some white flour, very hard stuff. This is horrible. My 4 biscuites were on the bottom of the box, so they were all broken up and tasted like baking powder. Will NEVER go there again. Don't believe the commercials. This chicken is the worst. read more

We waited 25 minutes for cold food. We ordered a 2-pc white with fries, chicken supreme combo, and substituted biscuits for bo-berries through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for the food to be hot because I strongly dislike cold chicken and absolutely won't eat cold fries. Cashier told us to pull around and it'll be right out. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went in and the manager (or front cashier; not sure of her role) said she was on her way to us with freshly prepared food. The bags were in her hand so I grabbed it. I should've checked it but I was in a hurry and already frustrated about the long wait. After getting home (less than 6-7 minutes away) I now know that "freshly prepared" means the chicken and fries were cooked at least 3 hours ago. The tenders were hot but not my 2-pc white chicken and fries. Even the bo-berries were cold. The chicken was really light and not the usual golden brown. I will never order drive-thru again at a Bojangles and I am done with this location...for now. I'm very disappointed. They get one star for the Arnold Palmer drinks. The franchise owner should check on this location and offer additional training. They were kind and pleasant but additional training is needed. read more

I took my mama out to lunch at around 3 in the afternoon. When we went in, there was a nice older couple in front of us trying to get anyone to come and serve them. This took a few minutes. The lady waiting to order had said that they had been waiting there for a while prior to us walking in. When it was our turn to order, the employee was quite polite and apologetic about the wait. I don't know where to start. Drive thru was backed up 10 cars. The inside was slow. 3/4 of the tables were filthy and the floor had not been swept. The ice machine had very little ice. I gave it a one because the food and music were good We have four Bojangles in Rome, Ga. all of them would put this one to shame. read more

We had to ask to have our table cleaned and waited 10 minutes for someone to clean in an empty restaurant. After 14 minutes I asked for our order, no response and I asked for a manager. I explained our delay, the manager rolled his eyes, and blew me off. I clapped my hands and said come on, then this 20 year old said "I'm not a dog" and I said I want my money back and we are leaving. Worst experience I have received in Hiram. Pretty good fast food fried chicken and breakfast biscuits. Chicken can be a little inconsistent in its spicy ness.

First of all they all had free flowing long ponytails,if hair comes past your collar by OSHA rules it is to be in a bun. That is very unsanitary. Secondly,it takes 6.5 mins to cook chicken and 3.5 for fries in a commercial fryer. Why did I wait 30 mins in drive thru. I feel the cashier was holding my food cause she conveniently waits to show up instantly with my food when I finally honked my horn. The chicken sucked,no flavor and was dry. If I am paying $6 a meal I expect more than 5 french fries. The sweet tea sucked, mostly all ice; at least when McDonald's gives you mostly ice the tea still tastes good when it melts. I will never return to this restaurant, at least when you pay $6 or more for a meal at zaxbys you get your money's worth and the food has flavor; and you can be sure the ladies will have their hair pulled back like it is supposed to be. read more

Sadly Yelp does not allow you to give a negative star rating...I went to this location today when it was fairly empty so I was a little put off by the fact that I waited so long in the drive thru. I am a positive person so I figured ''hey maybe that means I'll have piping hot food''. Not only did I wait patiently but I also donated to the MDA when asked by the girl at the window. I finally got my food and drove off. When I got home I realized that my side dishes were not in the bag. I called very politely to let the manager know. She put me on hold. When she came back she said ''are you sure''. Woah did this chick really ask me that? LOL. I said yes and then the game of back and forth started. She said well I know she didn't put the coleslaw in the bag but I saw her put the mashed potatoes in there. So I guess this girl thinks I get off on calling fast food places and overexaggerating their mistakes. In addition to her ghetto rude a** attitude she made a point to tell me that she has worked there for a long time and knows how to do her job and that her customers never complain. Somebody give this girl a medal for Fast Food Worker of the Year. Sounds like she could use it and measly little $3 credit that she was too busy to apply back to my card. She argued with me long enough to have redone the transaction 5 times. Silly little Bojangles ''manager''. All I wanted was a refund for my sides that they admittedly left out of my bag but instead I had an over the phone audition for a reality show. This place when it first opened was great. the last 8 months or so it seems to have gone bad. The last few times I have been the food is just old. Over heated crusty biscuits with dried hard cheese and rubbery hard chicken. I will not be going back again. read more

Service was quick, food aired on the colder side of lukewarm, awkward amount of carpet in the middle of the restaurant. Tea was very bad.

They never get my order right-EVER-and it isn't complicated. I want a bacon, egg and cheese on a bo-berry biscuit (as opposed to a regular biscuit). Every time, they read the order back to me correctly and then when I get my order, it's on a regular biscuit. HOW HARD IS IT? My dad always orders double bacon and they charge him for it, but never give it to him. This has happened multiple times. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more
