The total cost was $21. The woman who brought out my order was very friendly, which was a nice touch. While the parking lot was clean, the area felt a bit cramped due to the busy drive-thru line. A minor disappointment was that none of my items included the Monopoly pieces, which seemed to have run out. Overall: A reliable McDonald's experience. The food was great and the staff were kind. Ordered stuff from the mobile order and asked for 4 sauce with each order. When I pulled up To the window was advised that they cannot honor that amount of sauce and it would be .25 cents a sauce. My little Boy loves McDonald's so we have come here often at various times. Lately, every time we come there have been odd people compromising our personal space and almost trying to insinuate themelves into our meal. I'm not trying to be mean and I have no problem with anyone telling me that my child is adorable, but these people have no sense of boundaries and don't even seem to be actual customers but rather just walk around talking to people and using the restroom facilities. It's getting to where I dread taking my son there. And the food is very hit or miss. Sometimes it will be hot and fresh, other times its cold and you can tell it's been sitting there. The night crew is terrible! Their customer service is awful and the night manager is even worse. Patrick is his name and they told me that I would have to wait 12 minutes for their strawberry Cremeans pie. Fine I don't mind because I love them. Then I asked if I could possibly get an extra strawberry creme pie for waiting and he flat out told me no didn't the lady at the window explain to you it would be a 12 minute wait. Went through this drive thru as something that was very convenient for my self and for my family of 5. By the time we got to the drive thru we were rudely greeted by a girl name Tajuanay she was rude and disrespectful. She was having trouble hearing me through the drive thru speaker which is understandable with cars driving by I completely understood. Tajuanay then said " I can't hear you can come up to the second window" Then experience got worst when we started ordering and Tajuanay decided overtime I would order she would answer back " Uh huh" and mind you I am ordering for a family of 5 with kids it takes some time. Yes I admit we were taking a bit longer but no-one in the drive thru behind us was waiting so we weren't in a complete rush. Tajuanay started to become very inpatient and we overheard her say " oh my god" . As we finished our order and it was ready to pay we got to the window and Tajuanay started to get belligerent and saying our order with an attitude. I felt very embarrassed for her as she could've given a better customer experience experience . Unbelievable. My wife and I went there tonight the lady at the cash register was awesome. Ordered our meals and it was all down hill from there, I got a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, it was so hard it would have broken a window, So took it back and they gave me another one, I get back to the table open up my burger box and the hamburgers were only cooked on one side and the meat wrapper was still on the burger!! The customer service at this location is awful, and I will not be returning. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddles, and I received old and crispy bread. i called the manager to see if anything could be done about it, and i was instructed to bring the sandwich's back, in efforts to receive a refund. I must include that I drove to get breakfast at 5:15 in the morning. My advice, is that the owners should make frequent visits to ensure the his/her profit is declining from the bad economy, and not incompetent employees. read more
