You need to stay away from this location. Nobody has a clue what they're doing in this restaurant. It's nasty inside because nothing is been taken care of or cleaned properly and nobody not even the manager has a clue how to do their job correctly. read more

I will be honest, I grew up on McDonalds but things have really changed. Every time I placed an order through the app to which you would think it would speed things up. NOPE. I have to always wait at the parking area for my food. I'm kind of lost but I thought this was fast food. I wouldn't mind it as much if they didn't mess up the order most of the time. I give them some grace because it's a lot better than several months ago. read more

McDonald's - This is a Big Mac, please someone explain why the meat is stuck together ‍ - Fast Food Near Me - Hiram, Georgia

I placed my order for two Big Mac Meals via the app and opted for Curbside Pickup at this McDonald's location. The food quality was excellent--everything was fresh and hot, exactly as expected. The total cost was $21. The woman who brought out my order was very friendly, which was a nice touch. While the parking lot was clean, the area felt a bit cramped due to the busy drive-thru line. A minor disappointment was that none of my items included the Monopoly pieces, which seemed to have run out. Overall: A reliable McDonald's experience. The food was great and the staff were kind. I will return here. read more

This place needs to be pressure washed from the inside out. The play place is disgusting. It doesn't look like anyone takes pride in their job here. Plus there were older boys here the size of grown men playing in the play area and using profanity. read more

I cant even lie im ticked off and i've never put a review on anything. an hour ago, i placed a mobile order. fast forward to the window, the lady working said not ONE word! how do i know when to leave? i said have a good day and got exchanged a weird look in return, then the straws were missing and the 2 sauces for the nuggets wasn't in there. this is mainly due to the drive thru lady. personally they could've hired anyone in the world to just say nothing and not even put straws or sauce in a bag as a drive thru person. focus on the customer service too to get those stars up, tbis is one of many issues ive had going here for a while which they will never see me again read more

Very nice decor one of the nicest McDonalds as far as cleanliness. However the staff always seem to a bit rude, barely acknowledging customers and never say a simple thank you or you're welcome. read more

Horrible wait time. Got out of the extremely long drive-through to go into the restaurant and order because no one was waiting at the counter. It took five minutes to get someone to wait on me. No one in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get a happy meal. read more

I am a local doordasher and this mcdonald's is probably the slowest and has the worst customer service ever. Whoever was the manager yelled at me what the order number is for the pickup. I highly do not recommend you eat here unless you like waiting for ages. read more

Ordered stuff from the mobile order and asked for 4 sauce with each order. When I pulled up To the window was advised that they cannot honor that amount of sauce and it would be .25 cents a sauce. I have plenty of nuggets and fries with not enough sauce to eat and if that is the case why is it the app does not explain it and lets me order that amount of sauce? Also to add in the fact that when I got my Tea it was basically water and had many black particles in it. Got pulled to the front and had to wait 15+ minutes for the food will not be back read more

I just went through for a steak bagel, and it was great as well as amazing costumer service.

Thank you Devin for remaking my meal. The young lady at the window delivering my order could not understand that I didn't want the food she incorrectly handed to the car in front of me. I sat there and watch the car in front of me dig through the bag hand it back, and then she tried to hand me the same bag. I politely asked if it was the same bag and she paused and said no. Not realizing that I was watching all this happen. I then requested a refund and that's when Devin stepped in with a solution. I am disappointed in her, but thankful for Devin. Hopefully it will be better next time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here because my child was under the weather and requested it. This visit reminded me of why I don't go to McDonalds. The drive thru line was long but it had a steady pace. We placed the order with ease as well. The issues started when we got to the pick up window. When I pulled up and said hi the girl at the window stared at me and said NOTHING. She handed me my bag, I said thank you and she said NOTHING. She walked away, I didn't drive off because we needed sauce. I asked for sweet and sour sauce, which she got for me. I said thank you and again she said NOTHING!!!!!! Not a smile, head nod, NOTHING. It was like a robot was serving me. I am all about customer service and this entire experience was horrendous. Then I grabbed a fry before handing my child the bag and everything was cold. It wasn't even worth the stress of trying to fix it. Again, this visit reminded me of why we don't eat McDonalds! Never again. read more

I ordered food yesterday with my friend and when she got there to pick it up they said that my order wasn't there. I have the receipt in my email and my card was charged! She then had to pay for it out of her pocket and when I called up there 3 times! They did not answer. I want my money back or this will get escalated. read more

This is one of the better McDonald's that consistently gets orders correct.

Well let's see how to even begin we waited in a long line for over 15 minutes and then we finally did get to the window it was literally 1033 I said could we still please get breakfast and I was told with aggression anger hostility and just flat out rudeness absolutely not breakfast is over I replied well we've been in line for 15 minutes hoping to get breakfast again she replies with nope breakfast is over so I repeat and say but it's three minutes after 1030 she snaps back and says oh well it's not breakfast anymore so maybe if she wasn't playing with her phone as I saw her doing while I left the line and looked in the window as we drove off all she's doing is playing on her phone so maybe if she concentrated on the job to what she was getting paid for those of us who are waiting in line for an obscene amount of time would've been able to get what we came in for to begin with. read more

Lol it's McDonald's y'all. You know what you gettin. Anyone who reviews fast food places with a 1* is an L7 weiner.

DO NOT TRY TO ORDER MOBILE FROM HERE WITH A TRUCK AND TRAILER. I ordered my son some food on his way home from work and when he got there they wouldn't give him the food or a refund even though he had the confirmation number and receipt. They say it was because he didn't have the app. NO he didn't because I ordered for him while he was driving!!!! Rude and especially during the COVID-19 situation and people working and just want food. read more

I came here very hungry after work at around 11:30 Pm just to get a McChicken with LIGHT mayo and i happened to open the nastiest prepared mc chicken i've eaten at a McDonalds ever. They not only Plastered about 2 scoops of mayo on the bun. The sandwich itself was falling apart and due to so much mayonnaise the Bun was extremely soft and Soggy. i couldn't even eat it. If i had a picture i would have posted it along with my review. read more

McDonald's - Coffee with some sort of soft white fluffy specs. - Fast Food Near Me - Hiram, Georgia

Worst service ever, 40 mins in the drive through for 3 drinks, don't recommend, they suck!!!

Just left the drivethrough and every burger was undercooked. Stay away unless you want your family to get sick.

This location is terrible! The managers and the employees have terrible attitudes EVERY time I go there. They screw up our order most of the time. I'm done with this place. read more

Do not go! Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had! I went with my grand children after skating and first we didn't get our food for like 15 minuets. It want a lot at all. Then my grandsons PLAIN cheese burger came with like jalapeño, pickle or onions ( it was so messy I couldn't tell what they were!) Then we look and it looks like there is a person on heroine! We hurry out and go to the car, he walks in front of our car and throws a punching motion. All I want to say is horrible costumer service, slow, dirty, wrong orders, and very rude. Be aware and very careful in the area. read more

My little Boy loves McDonald's so we have come here often at various times. Lately, every time we come there have been odd people compromising our personal space and almost trying to insinuate themelves into our meal. I'm not trying to be mean and I have no problem with anyone telling me that my child is adorable, but these people have no sense of boundaries and don't even seem to be actual customers but rather just walk around talking to people and using the restroom facilities. It's getting to where I dread taking my son there. And the food is very hit or miss. Sometimes it will be hot and fresh, other times its cold and you can tell it's been sitting there. When fresh, it's great. read more

I avoid this location because i have watched the health score drop over the years I lived nearby.

Excellent service, fast response, great food. Everything was fresh. New remodel inside and out looks incredible.

The night crew is terrible! Their customer service is awful and the night manager is even worse. Patrick is his name and they told me that I would have to wait 12 minutes for their strawberry Cremeans pie. Fine I don't mind because I love them. Then I asked if I could possibly get an extra strawberry creme pie for waiting and he flat out told me no didn't the lady at the window explain to you it would be a 12 minute wait. You're absolutely right she did but apparently customer service means nothing to them and then he proceeded to argue with me about wanting a refund. I will never go back there again read more

Went through this drive thru as something that was very convenient for my self and for my family of 5. By the time we got to the drive thru we were rudely greeted by a girl name Tajuanay she was rude and disrespectful. She was having trouble hearing me through the drive thru speaker which is understandable with cars driving by I completely understood. Tajuanay then said " I can't hear you can come up to the second window" Then experience got worst when we started ordering and Tajuanay decided overtime I would order she would answer back " Uh huh" and mind you I am ordering for a family of 5 with kids it takes some time. Yes I admit we were taking a bit longer but no-one in the drive thru behind us was waiting so we weren't in a complete rush. Tajuanay started to become very inpatient and we overheard her say " oh my god" . As we finished our order and it was ready to pay we got to the window and Tajuanay started to get belligerent and saying our order with an attitude. I felt very embarrassed for her as she could've given a better customer experience experience . I hope in the future that she presents herself with better mannerism and gets the correct training in any customer service job she might apply for in the future. read more

Unbelievable. My wife and I went there tonight the lady at the cash register was awesome. Ordered our meals and it was all down hill from there, I got a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, it was so hard it would have broken a window, So took it back and they gave me another one, I get back to the table open up my burger box and the hamburgers were only cooked on one side and the meat wrapper was still on the burger!! I took it back and now I am pissed the manager offered to give something and I told her no way she gave me back my money and we left. I never complain about anything but this was unacceptable Hiram deserves better, I will never eat there again. No Stars!!! read more

The customer service at this location is awful, and I will not be returning. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddles, and I received old and crispy bread. i called the manager to see if anything could be done about it, and i was instructed to bring the sandwich's back, in efforts to receive a refund. I must include that I drove to get breakfast at 5:15 in the morning. My advice, is that the owners should make frequent visits to ensure the his/her profit is declining from the bad economy, and not incompetent employees. read more
