I want to point out poor customer service. The location is on Lake Rd in Hiram, GA. I ordered breakfast this morning through the Bojangles app. Not realizing that they don't offer drive-thru pickup for online orders, I sent through the drive-thru. I was informed that I would have to come inside to pickup my mobile order. When I went inside, she literally had my food ready and handed it to me....poor customer service and limited app usability. read more

Back in December we were on our way to work and decided to place an online order for Bojangles. It's been years since either of us had eaten there, so we gave it a go. When we arrived, we were very rudely told they were closed and not serving food. Because I placed an online order I had to go through the app to get a refund. I filled out the inquiry and called. I was assured I'd be refunded. I have yet to receive any communication or a refund. Fast forward, we decided to try again, but at the Marietta location. I put in the order from the app, tried to. Got an error message so I drove to the drive through and placed the order. Paid. Left. First off, the biscuits were under cooked and were gummy. The chicken was rubbery. And to top it off, I got charged for both the online and app order. I have done the inquiry again. Hoping I will be contacted so I can get a refund. read more

This restaurant needs to be investigated. The woman's washroom smells like an old turtle tank and there was a toilet clogged with 100lbs of tissue and God knows what else but it was making the entire bathroom smell AWFUL!!! To top it off, no soap, where are the employees getting soap from? That was enough to make me not want to eat there, but I did and it was about as appetizing at the bathroom. I waited a long time at the drive-through for someone to take my order. When I was told to pull around, no one came to collect my money at the window. Ok...how hard is it to make the food. I love Bojangles Cajun biscuits but every time I come to this location, once a month, I end up waiting a long time. This time it was 38 minutes in line at the drive-thru and that's quick compared to other days. I'm not talking of too many cars since I was 6th in line to the window this last time and to top it off the inside dining is closed. Just a drive-thru in operation and it takes 30+ minutes to get a biscuit meal. Can't blame it on any big orders either. Even after I got to the window it took about 5 minutes to get my food. The food is good but you better set aside 30-45 minutes to get it. Bojangles, you can do better than that! read more

I was not surprised to read the reviews here as my experiences have been similar. Doesn't this business have an owner who wants to make money? Fire everyone and start over. The staff moves like molasses in the winter. No one cares. And I love the food but it's not worth the long wait and other issues that arise like getting the order wrong after the long wait. The only time I'll try them if there is no one at all in the drive through and I have fifteen minutes to spare. read more

Waited 20 mins in drive thru line because there is a concrete slab so they ensure you can't leave. Finally got up to get my food and they said it would be an extra 10 minutes because they needs to cook more. They handed me a flat soda. I asked for a new one. Which was also flat. It had been a long time since I had been to this establishment and after giving them a poor review previously, I wanted to try them again. Wishing I hadn't because it was a total waste of $30. I bought the tailgate option with 8 pieces of chicken, two sides, and a half gallon of lemonade. The damn chicken was RAW, and I mean BLOOD RAW, and cold and the skin was damp and limp, not crispy at all. The dirty rice was OLD and resembled dirty mashed potatoes and gobs of dough instead of rice. The cajun beans family size was filled about one fourth full of beans and then a lot of juice on top filling to maybe a total of halfway full in the container, totally unacceptable. The lemonade was good and that warranted the one star. I left a review for them to please all me on their BojanglesListens website, which is a total farce. Nobody ever contacted me. Worst Bojangles ever. I'm completely done with this location. Bojangles was my first job as a teen so I know the place pretty well. Here's the core problem with this location. They're LAZY. They basically cook a ton of food at one time, which often leaves food either undercooked or not cooked properly then set it all out and don't make more until all the food they made is sold. The ONLY way you can get fresh food is to demand it and tell them you'll wait for it (i.e. my favorite Cajun Filet Biscuit or Buffalo Bites). Otherwise be prepared to get food that's been sitting out for hours. My last experience left me with a Cajun Filet biscuit that was the worst. Imagine you biting into the biscuit and the breading sliding off the filet. And that filet is gross. Like greasy, oily, slick gross. And you have to literally use force to tear it apart with your hands. And I'm supposed to eat this? The store is poorly managed and the employees basically stand around and prepare food that's hours old. But... no one in Hiram seems to care to say anything. But it doesn't matter, because after breakfast, most seem to go to the newer Popeyes instead. Do not patronize this location. Management doesn't care about customers and the staff aren't paid enough to care about the quality of your food. read more

This is for the location on Jimmy Lee Smith . I searched and search for the location and didn't see it listed. Perhaps it's Lake Road, but the location is on Jimmy Lee. Sometimes addresses are provided on side streets. On to my review at hand. This location is a hot mess! The chicken was undercooked. Blood running from the thigh part of the chicken. The chicken overall didn't have any flavor. I had to throw it away because of it being under cooked. The fries were terribly heavily seasoned. I didn't eat them because I didn't want to have a stroke in the middle of eating. The only thing that was good in my box was the biscuit. I should know better. I cook dinner at home and find myself out running errands. I think to myself grab something to eat, because I eat every three hours. The weather is so humid it's tough keeping my food cool in my lunch bag. Yes! I put ice in the bag, but it's not a Yeti cooler. I'll have to figure something out. Perhaps the Yeti will be worth it, because fast food isn't. I'll never eat at this location again. I don't like under cooked meat with extremely salty fries. Fast food doesn't have to be under cooked and full of salt. There isn't anything else I can say about this place. I didn't go inside. Therefore, I can't give my opinion on it. The one thing I have always thought is that consumers ( including myself) complain but we find ourselves back eating the same food. I make healthy choices more often than not, but my choices are bad when I'm not at home. Carrying my food with me is what I've always done. As I have mentioned, it's tougher to carry food with me during the summer months. However, the guilt sets in after wasting money on subpar meals. read more
