Went to this Bojangles outside of Knoxville, TN and I wonder if it is just the south or most fast food places outside of the south has no clue about customer service. The chicken was damn good here. Freshly made and piping hot which is how I like it. The size of the pieces were above average and not smallish like other places I have been to like KFC in CA. I love Bojangles so I will never complain about the food and yes, the dirty rice was on point here for sure. Service was stellar with a really friendly staff. It seems like every Bojangles I have been to in VA, TN and NC had super friendly staff, unlike other places where the service is straight garbage. Ambiance was big, bright, clean and nice. Nothing to complain about here. Overall I would recommend this Bojangles and others in the South. Bojangles is still my favorite fried chicken place! read more

1st time going here. I got the rice bowl and potato chips. Both were delicious not badly price. Wife got the fried chicken she loved it. The inside was a little dirty and all but ok I guess. The service was great nice people they took good care of us. read more

Great quick stop ridding around Dandridge the food was hot and good I had the #9 chicken strips with dirty rice and coleslaw very good the wife got the chicken breast with Mac & cheese she must have liked it it's gone. Very good will be looking forward to coming back soon thanks. read more

Okay, it's a Bojangles' so you pretty much know what you're gonna get. Food is reliable and filling (and the sweet tea will be sweet as sugar). We stopped in during a long drive and got takeout. The staff was friendly and joked about my t-shirt (promoting a diner). Service was fast and we found a sanitized table to eat at before heading back to the car. Got exactly what we wanted -- food at a reasonable price -- plus a clean restroom -- to fill us up on our long drive. read more

My husband and I live in Dandridge. We have been four times to pick up a family meal deal. Every time they are out of chicken. We went tonight, and they only had white meat. The manager, Breanna said that they had sold a lot of dark meat and were just out of it at the moment. I would understand this if it had only happened once or twice, but this is the fourth time. We have had to leave and travel to Jefferson City to pick up chicken for our family. This is so sad that a chicken restaurant can not be more prepared. It's a bit and miss here. Most of the time the food is really good. But, there have been times they could have done a lot better. I can't remember the ladies name (taller lady) I think she works mostly in the mornings, her customer service is outstanding. Very nice and polite on the speaker and at the window and the food is always good when she is there. read more

Always clutch! Friendly people. Great food and back on the road. Fresh and fast. I love the Supremes combo and get dirty rice if I'm not driving. The Cajun fries are great for travelling. I put butter on the biscuit but you don't really need to and I probably should stop that read more

I was on a road trip to Charleston, SC and we were looking for a quick breakfast place - McDonald's just wasn't going to cut it. First thing first when arrived we had to use the restroom facilities that were very clean. The service was very friendly. As we were there early, we ordered breakfast (we were pleased to see though that you can order breakfast all day long). The egg and sausage were pretty standard. The biscuits, however, were top notch. My wife isn't a huge fan of biscuits and even she enjoyed hers. Definitely a convenient and satisfactory place to stop on a long road trip. read more

Whole family became sick 6 hours after eating at this location. The food seemed fine and was cooked thoroughly but something wasn't right. This is frustrating because we were feeding our 1 year old as well. Our fault for eating fast food, but just a warning to anyone who can't risk being sick a few hours later. Waste of time stopping here. Foods usually cold, old, and service is poor. Most unfriendly people in the area. If you order a drink never expect a straw, or napkins with your food, or a polite person at the window. read more

Evening shift is rude and unfriendly. At least the chick I dealt with was. And I shouldn't have to wait for chicken to be made at a fast food chicken place when there's nobody there. I highly recommend their biscuits and gravy. They are far better than Cracker Barrel's. Also, a good value for your money.
