My Wife and I visited this Hardee's located in Dandridge TN on Sunday March 9th, 2025 for lunch. We were on a bit of a time limited schedule so we went to the drive thru. We both ordered the Hardee's "Original Bag" which was priced at $5.99 each. I immediately noticed that they were charging $6.99 each and brought it to the attention of the cashier, which I will say was very nice but she couldn't understand why it was charging that either. While discussing it, there was 2 male employees walking by the car on their way to the dumpsters and one of them yelled at us and said "They went up in price" in a very rude and disrespectful manner. By the time we got to the window, those 2 guys had made it back inside and the cashier ask one of them to come to the window. Turns out that he was the General Manager. This guy was beyond hateful in the way he was screaming at us, yelling I told you the price went up. I told him and even showed him that I took a photo of the advertisement screen back at the ordering stand that clearly shows $5.99 each (see attached photo). He told me to meet him back there and he'd show me on the menu board, so I drove back around. He got there before me and was standing pointing at the price menu. This is when I really got a good look at him and realized how nasty and scruffy that he was dressed and looked; looked like a homeless person living under a bridge and hadn't bathed in a month, nasty uniform, not clean shaven, certainly not what should be expected of a General Manager. I pointed out to him the advertisement screen right beside where he was standing that was in conflict and told him that should to be fixed because it was misleading, then he proceeded to yell at me again. I then told him I'd never be back and that's when he lunged at our car as if to act like he was going to attempt to jerk my car door open or do harm to me or my wife; very violent and threating actions. This is certainly NOT the way a General Manger should be acting towards customers. The next day (March 10th, 2025 at 8:51am), I contacted Hardee's corporation via email (Case # 253071), requesting a contact back from a Regional Manager or Corporate representative as I wanted to file a written formal complaint against this guy. I got an email stating "Your concerns have been forwarded to the leadership team for assistance" and was signed by Harrison... Here we are more than a week later and NOTHING from corporate. Since nobody from their "leadership team" has bothered to reach out to me, then it's very obvious that Hardee's corporation doesn't care either or they wouldn't be hiring people like this and they would have shown at least some effort to contact me about this. It's a shame because I visited this store a lot and I do love the Hardee's food, but NEVER AGAIN will I be back here and since corporate don't care either I will NEVER AGAIN shop any other Hardee's. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The employees here are rude to the extreme. The front counter personnel are filthy. Their uniforms were dirty. Makes me wonder about overall cleanliness of their hands and the facility. I prayed over my food, choosing to believe I wouldn't get sick from it. They were out of biscuits!!! We've ate at Hardee's all over the US for over 40 yrs. and this was the worst one we've ever ate at. The outside papers your biscuit is wrapped in was soaked with grease. The biscuits looked and tasted like yesterday's biscuits warmed up cuz they had some leftover from yesterday. The biscuit was tough and hard and dark brown. The egg and cheese on them were gross. We should of checked them out before we got back on the interstate. We just took for granted it was the same Hardee's we always get. Well, we know now it ain't!! So disappointed!!!! read more

Our experience was a very mixed bag. Thankfully, the food was hot, well prepared, and delicious. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, even during a lull in their day, the service was very slow, and the men's bathroom was disgusting. The urinal was overflowing onto the floor for the entire duration of our visit, and the floor throughout the restaurant hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Ordered chicken tenders all star meal and a cheeseburger with bacon. I ended up getting undercooked chicken tenders with greese all in the box bacon that was old and cold and the burger smelled like straight chemicals. Tried 3 different drinks from the fountain and all were flat. Customer service was ok but half the meal was cooked by the supervisor which was sad. I have had food poisoning from Hardee's once before and it took me almost 20 years to eat there again and I feel like someone just tried to poison me. read more
