Came in from New Orleans to stay with family in N. Carolina, for Christmas. Our visit & full day of site seeing was flawless until we decided to stop for fried chicken & biscuits @ BOJANGLE'S. We stepped in and there was not ONE person to greet us for 3-5 minutes. My Sister in law had to almost walk into the working area of the restaurant just to get someone's attention to take our order. The cashier named "Heaven"...YEAH, RIGHT...MORE LIKE "HELL", told her "don't worry...I'll be there in a minute!" HOW RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So, we waited...& waited! By the time she decided to drag herself to the cash register, to take orders, there were approximately, 5 other orders waiting to be taken. I really felt bad for the elderly that was standing & waiting to place their orders. T that time, I starting recording all of the crap that went on, while waiting for our meal. We were going to dine in...but that decision was quickly changed because of the nasty attitudes and nasty resturant. And...it's supposed to be a newly open BOJANGLE'S. We were on the verge of getting a refund because after finally placing our order, we saw that the store was filthy!!! The gentleman that order before us, his order was on the counter & ready...but no one called him to pick up his order! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I'm sure his order was cold by the time he received it. This resturant, while driving in from New Orleans, was on our "To Do" list, to go and experience a wonderful meal. OMG!!! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! The staff at this location needs URGENT RE-TRAINING on HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE A.S.A.P!!! Uuuugh! Never ever again! #EpicFail read more

I feel like this place is a social experiment to see if Bojangles can put together a group of the worst work ethics North Carolina can offer and see how they operate a restaurant. Waiting 30 minutes trapped in the middle of the drive thru lane and pulling up listening to the workers laughing and gossiping really has me hoping this location closes for everyone's sake. read more

I was on foot with my car being serviced nearby so this ended up a positive choice. Arby's has an app like the other fast food chains. Busy at lunchtime today, I was able to find a seat at the hightop table facing the counter area. After connecting to their wifi, I installed the Arby's app and made an order. Super easy and it wasn't more than five minutes later, my name was called. Roast beef sandwich was tasty, cooked the way Arby's does - medium well and sliced very thin. The condiments area had Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce (a creamy horseradish). That went really well with the beef. Instead of fries, I chose the mac & cheese balls. These were hot and delicious. Bummer there's only four in there because I could pop these all day. The restaurant was busy but clean. The same guy taking orders was also out in the dining area spraying and wiping down tables when he didn't have customers at the register. Other people were happy - no one was returning to the counter to correct their orders. A very good experience for sure. [Review 2390 of 2024 - 3851 in North Carolina - 23404 overall]

Coming from Charlotte, I knew I had to make a stop while I was in the area The inside had a good atmosphere, but it was definitely a little small for the big lunch rush. The price is also so worth it compared to most fast food places now. I believe the 4-piece combo was around $13, and you get plenty of food for what you pay. Definitely beats a lot of other fast food prices in my opinion.

I sat at the speaker at least 3 minutes before anyone spoke to me. My order was small (2 chicken fingers and a fry). After ordering I waited another minute or so before an employee approached my car, told me total and I paid. Then I again waited 2-3 more minutes before my food finally arrived. Personally, for that time if day, and only 1 car in front of me and one in other drive through, a 5+ minutes wait kind of made experience less than favorable. As far as the food. The fries were a bit limp. And if I'm honest there wasn't anything that made the chicken fingers stand out. Will I return, eventually and I will dine in next time. Hopefully there will be a better experience.

Around 4:08, an employee saw me waiting but returned behind the counter without checking on my order. By 4:15, nothing had appeared on the shelf, so I went to the register. Nobody was there, and I waited another five minutes before someone finally helped me. My completed order had been sitting behind the register the entire time, where I could see it but could not access it. The employee claimed it had been there for "only five minutes," although the whipped cream on the shakes had already melted and collapsed. The order was also prepared incorrectly. Both children's burgers were missing the tomatoes I selected, no straws or napkins were provided, and my burger was carelessly assembled on a torn, incomplete piece of bun. The restaurant was completely empty, so this was not caused by a rush. I arrived early and waited in the correct place while my food sat behind the counter and deteriorated. Extremely careless service from preparation to pickup.
