So driving up I thought this place was closed, 3:55 on a Friday afternoon and I was the only one in the parking lot other than I'm guessing what were employee cars. The speaker box was SO quiet that I could barely hear anything, so.. didn't start off promising, BUT: The girl who took my order and helped me at the window was so sweet (name wasn't on the ticket so I don't know what it was) while she was getting my food ready there were people in the back cleaning shelves, the service station, etc.. everyone looked happy, I've only been to bojangles once in my life and forgot it existed...I can honestly say because of the quality of food, customer service, and cleanliness of this establishment... I'll definitely return. On my way out of the drive through I saw they were even wiping down the window sills... idk, I don't normally leave reviews for a fast food place, but, I'm just glad I stopped by and had such a nice interaction, thought positive feedback would be nice! read more

This location should have negative stars. Every time food is delivered it's wrong. This morning we received: - 2 orders of fries instead of 2 orders of Bo Rounds - A Sausage Egg & Cheese without the egg and cheese - 2 cokes instead of 1 sweet tea and 1 coffee - 0 ketchups when 3 were requested requested All of which is correctly documented on the receipt provided with our order. I would upload photos to show this if it were an option. We always submit these errors through @DoorDash but nothing ever happens. Even when we've visited this location, they never seem to have any of the same staff members, and we always have to check our order before leaving the drive thru window to correct the staff. It appears this location is owned by @GeorgiaFoods but their website for food reviews isn't updated with this new location to be able to make a review. I've went to this location multiple times and every time I've went or ordered online there was a problem. Most of the time there out of chicken, then there not open there regular hours due to pure laziness, then they charge you for food that they dont have. So personally dont waste your time going to this location its a big a** disappointment and this location should be closed down due to poor everything. We placed an order online, only to wait in line, and wait an excessive amount of time for our food, all while several orders were taken and filled in the drive through. A disappointing representation of the franchise. The floors were dirty with puddles of water on the tiles. A big piece of equipment was sitting in the dining room. So maybe the dirt and water had been tracked in by workers replacing some HVAC equipment perhaps? But still, the barefoot homeless person camped in the dining room was unpleasant. Sunday,6/8/25 about 400pm ordered a 12piece family meal. We were asked to drive to the front where it would be brought out while more chicken could be cooked. 30 min later after multiple cars were served , Being the youngest(79), I went into the store to check on our order, leaving my sister in law(93) and husband (83) in the car. The man at the register with part of his hair in a ponytail explained there were 3 new people in the back learning ,and that may be the hold up. That was not the case. Instead, all the drive through orders after us were filled with chicken meant for our order. While I stood by the counter a tray of biscuits were placed into a 12 piece box and taken to the drive through. I voiced my outrage "that's my order" at which the register guy couldn't stop laughing out loud at the expression on my face! Another tray of biscuits only had 5 left so I had to wait on the next tray. A Spanish guy waiting after me got his family order and left. The older slender cook came out with cookies while I waited and offered me the one left over to taste. My blood sugar was dropping so that really helped. The heavy dude behind the counter did nothing but laugh. Mac and cheese containers were empty but he just watched and did nothing. Another slender long haired man brought a bag of Mac and cheese to dump into the hot pans. He also brought fresh fries and did not add a lot of salt because I asked him to. The dirty rice containers were all filled with 5 scoops of rice that did not fill the container . When my order was finally filled , another tray of biscuits came to finish filling the box so the slender server added a couple of extra biscuits and apologized for the wait. The laughing register attendant continued to laugh and laugh out loud. When we got home there was no butter in the bag for biscuits. I loved the dirty rice. It was very flavorful. The drumstick was good but thighs and breast had pink meat so needed more time in the oven. The young man in the drive through window was very polite charged our card and asked us to pull up front while they cooked more chicken, and that it would be "ten minutes" ........... The wait was pretty long in the drive thru but the employees were friendly. Food was a-ok. In fact the biscuit was lighter & fluffier than usual so I really enjoyed it. The chicken supremes were ok & at the right temperature but overall I think quality of their chicken is not quite as good as it used to be. I have given this location so many chances, but today was it. Went through the drive thru and there was a garbage truck there. It was really loud and I could barely hear the worker over the speaker so I spoke loudly and gave them my order. The worker came back and asked "what drink". I could not hear them so I said regular as I thought she asked size drink. She cMe back on and was extremely rude and nasty. I stated my drink preference and moved forward to pay after she acknowledged it. The girl at the window was not the person who took my order and was very nice. I thanked her and pulled away. I picked up my drink and it was barely half full. I never received my receipt so I could not leave a review for the store. Worst Bojangles I've been to. The credit card reader was down so instead of announcing it when there was a line of customers they waited until you got up to the register. Thankfully we had cash, but we should have just left. They didn't have enough change to give back proper change, the wait time was long even though many people left because of not be able to use a credit card. The fountain drinks didn't work in the front or the back and I was told that I was just out of luck by one of the staff after I had already paid for 2 fountain drinks. I honestly love bojangles, I love the fact that they do all day breakfast. Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit combo with a Large fry with extra seasoning is the way to go. I tend to go here quite often and I only had one bad experience when I was with my friend in which we waiting a very long time to be helped. Overall I have enjoyed the staff that has worked in the drive thru, I have had them spark conversations with me and take a interest in my Husky that I sometimes bring with me. I will be coming back by today actually because writing this review has me craving my usual. Whatever you do ALWAYS check your order upon getting your food at the drive thru window. Don't drive away and then look. Do it right there. Chances are huge that a) your order will be wrong or some part of the meal unacceptable (burned, hard biscuits) b) by checking your purchase after leaving the window you will probably end up circling around again to cue back up into the drive thru line. And then you will have to wait an excruciatingly long time to rectify the situation. Don't expect an apology from the staff when they make blatant mistakes. The customer here is the villain.....always. We ordered an 8 piece all white meat and as my husband pulled away I opened the box to see a thigh and leg. The biscuits were dark brown and as hard as stones. We ended up spending 40 minutes just getting our order right. It wasn't the first time our order was wrong. On our last visit, we were picking up some chicken for a home bound senior. At the last minute we decided to add their new chicken sandwich to our order. We ordered it without pickles. Well of course we got them anyway and the vinegary juice soaked into the bun. Yuck. The bun which was advertised to be buttered and toasted was neither. When preservative filled rolls get old they still have some softness but turn crumbly. This was the case here. We can only guess when the chicken breast was fried as it was cold, dry and bad enough we threw it out after a tiny taste. After reviewing the receipt, we discovered we were way overcharged for our friend's meal. We paid almost $13 for a three piece individual meal when it should have been around $8. The staff doesn't care, quality control is nonexistent, and each experience brings a boatload of unappetizing issues. Never never again. And I did write to management and informed them of our dissatisfaction. Not a peep was heard. Good riddance. read more

Professional Chillers. They must like hanging out because they turn off all the signage an hour and a half before close, including the drive thru sign. And they'll put away all the food 30 minutes to close and your only option for food will be a cold chicken breast. I don't get what's so hard to understand, the kitchen closes at 10. You stick around afterwards, not get ready to walk out the door by 10. I can't imagine what the loser who runs this place must be like to condone this. I give this place one star because they move really slow and take everything as a joke. I pulled into the driveway and wait for a very very long time to be serviced. Then I proceed to pull up to the drive-in window to see if they were open. Nobody was at the drive-through window as well so then I called the business phone number and someone picked up. Oh Bojangles! The biscuits, fries and hash browns are my favorite. The staff at this location are super friendly. They make an effort to speak to you outside of just taking your order. Very efficient with getting the order correct and out in a timely manner. The only negative about my recent visits is the fries weren't fresh at all so they were dry and not very good in flavor. I really enjoyed this place. Went to Beaufort from the Hilton Head area and on the way back I wanted to grab something quick so I stopped in. I'm from LA so I've never heard of this place before. Ordered a small combo with a breast, beans, and a biscuit. For fast food, this place was awesome. The meal was like a little over $5 and got a drink as well. They were super friendly and the establishment was clean. I'm sure to you all that live here, this place may not be a big deal but we need places like this on the West Coast. The staff is children that have no customer service skills and are very rude i asked simply for 3 pieces of chicken plain and i was ridiculed and disrespected and when i asked to have my order read back to me twice they constantly told me to just hurry up and pull around and did not give me a total so i drove off. If the owner is reading this please re evaluate your employees or hire new staff because they are the worst and do not deserve the job the applied for.
