Absolute WORST bonangles I have ever been to! We waited literally 40 minutes to get our food. Was missing an entire biscuit meal! All our food (chicken biscuits and sausage biscuits) looks like they had been sitting under the heat lamp since noon and then squished inside of a biscuit! No eggs or Mac n cheese. Could EASILY put a sign up so people don't spend 30 min waiting to order to be told you don't have what they want! And to top it all of we had hairs in TWO different biscuits!! Any time I am travelling to Virginia, I stop at this location for something to eat and a friendly smile. Whether I treat myself to a sausage biscuit or get an order of wings and a biscuit, the food is always hot and tasty. I am also impressed by the pleasant attitude of everyone. The servers smile and the greetings are warm. With the delicious food and wonderful service, I know I'll keep going back. read more

I miss bojangles after moving up to northern VA. It was a nice pleasant stop for a quick bite to eat. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The biscuits tasted homemade out of the oven. My husband added honey for extra taste. The dirty rice was a small portion for my 'fixin but it deliver flavor. read more

Stopped in on my way back from Florida. It was night time and the building was well lit. Being my first time visiting Bojangles I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Walked into a nearly empty dinning room. There were employees tending to the drive thru customers. The female employee who waited on me was pleasant to a point. Although she wasn't annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted. My meal consisted of a grilled Chicken sandwich with an order of Fries. The fries were hot and very tasty with the perfect amount of crisp and seasoning,they leave the skin's on too. The chicken sandwich however was cold,but equally as good. Dinning room area was mostly clean and well stocked with the necessary items. The bathroom stunk pretty bad and was quite dirty. There was an air refreshener located on the sink,but that didn't help. No paper towels offered,but there was a hand dryer. All in all it was a good visit read more

New-ish Bojangles not too far off I-95. Generally clean, service has been ok the couple of times we stopped. Standard Bojangles fan. I'm actually the one of our group that isn't a fried chicken fan, but if I have to eat it I do prefer Bojangles. The rest of the group was very happy. My only complaint is we travel with dogs. While they have two outdoor tables (thanks) neither have any shade (big bummer). That's the only reason this isn't a 5-star review. Please add two umbrellas to the tables for folks traveling with pups. read more

I visited this Bojangles last month and the service was excellent. Jermaine was personable and professional. He offered suggestions when I wasn't sure what to order and after I was seated, I saw him take an order to a handicapped lady. My chicken was fresh, hot and the biscuits were freshly made. This restaurant is off of 95, it's clean and has wonderful staff. I will definitely return to this restaurant. Kudos again to Jermaine, great job young man! read more

Whenever I'm traveling on 95. I always try to go to Bojangles. I love the food and the service. This one was extra special. We don't know the menu well but our server Trevon was so patient. Came in last week and stopped to use the bathroom prior to getting in line and ordering my food, I was displeased to witness an employee come in, go into a stall and leave without washing her hands, then return back to the line to prep food. Fortunately, it appeared as though the manager was working the register so I was able to discretely inform him and he corrected the issue. Despite clear signage, some retraining may be in order as that was distressing. Food prep was slow, and the last person on the line was struggling to anticipate next steps (having drinks ready, getting condiments etc). Not really sure if I'd return to this location, if I'm driving further south and not super hungry, I'd likely just stop at one in Richmond. Hope service improves. read more

Firstly let me say that my usual response is I love Bojangles. Decided to hit the last Bojangles on our trip back from vacation over Labor Day weekend. When we got there the dining was closed, hand written note on the door, workers were outside smoking. We went to Dunkin Donuts where a lovely woman was tirelessly working by herself since 4am, freshened up, I grabbed a coffee and chatted with her a bit because she was nice, joyful and would be a wonderful manager to work for. We went back to Bojangles to go through the drive thru. After waiting for 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us we were met with a limited availability of items from the menu. So I just got the only chicken sandwich they said was available and a 2 piece for my girlfriend. I don't know when our meal was made, but I have my doubts that it was even that day. First, I don't know what happened in those one star reviews. Maybe it was a one off or prior management, who knows. Here is what I do know: I went to this Bo's today and received exceptional service. I was in town briefly and I decided to pick up some grub. I placed my order, there was a slight adjustment as they were out of an item, the representative, made an adjustment to my order, we shared a few laughs and she told me it would be about 15 minutes. I stepped outside briefly, came back inside after a while and the two young ladies behind the counter proceeded to hand me a Bo's box, flashed their smiles, and wished me well. Here's where it gets good, I get home, crack open the box, not only were they able to produce a few pieces of the item they were out of, they had thrown a few extra pieces of bird in with it. In an era of difficult employees, long wait times, and cold food, these kind and efficient young women made Bojangles look good and should be commended for their efforts. So Bo's, when you read this, make sure you give those ladies on the night shift some kudos, maybe a gift card, or a half day! They deserve it! I don't know if anyone else has ever experienced the tragic feeling of moving from the south where you had Bojangles at your fingertips and then you move north and it's gone well I got so excited when I jumped off of I 95 just north of Richmond because there is a Bojangles to get my chicken box that I got all the time with french fries and a side of macaroni and cheese just to find out that they are out of honey mustard! Needless to say it was a tragedy for me to experience this level of dissatisfaction and if you are a traveler on I-95 that wants Bojangles I would just wait for the next one to appear at work I was somewhere else entirely because it is clear that this location is not prepared to handle travelers from outside their local area read more

About three times a week I go through the Drive through and get some breakfast/lunch on my way in to work. I've had little issues in the morning with getting my order correct but around lunch time it is a disaster! The last three times I've been during lunch my order has been wrong. The employees at my shop Have had the same issue recently which is disappointing considering how frequent we all go there. I will no longer be eating at this location on Lakeridge parkway. I highly recommend to check your order before you leave. No time is bo time. read more
