Usually when I go on break they is a little slow in drive thru but this past Friday I went and the manager that was taking orders in drive thru greet you and soon as you pull up to the screen and then he asked if I need anything to drink cause it was hot and I made a combo with a 6pc nuggets which i didnt know you can do. He went above and beyond and it was 4 cars in front on me and I was out the line within 3 mins that is fast service and I love that. I think the manager name is Terrance. I don't think I've ever been treated worse at a restaurant in my life. I can't give a review on the food because I left before I could finish my order based on the service. I went to order two 4-piece nuggets. I guess the gentleman (or not so gentle) couldn't hear me so he started YELLING into the mic in an incredibly rude tone. I thought maybe I was overreacting, so I kept ordering. I got tot he part where I was going to say which sauce I wanted, but he interrupted be by asking "WHICH. SAUCE." Speaking to me like in a condescending tone before I could even finish. I was so shocked that I just drove off. Great service by an absolutely friendly staff. The food is fresh and served hot( loved my chicken wrap!, but my favorite was the milk shake! The sitting area here has a nice tv and great chairs. Great choice read more

The first time I came here, I gave them grace for their attitude and rudeness. I gave this a location a second try tonight, they again gave us such poor service. Service is super slow, a bunch of middle aged men that pretty much have no idea what they're doing. The first time around they gave us the wrong order, then they gave us our order the second time, only to find out that our order was incomplete. We spent about 20 minutes in a drive-thru. There were only us and one other car in line. They looked more annoyed than anything whenever we said something that was wrong with the order. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We got in late two nights in a row and Wendy's was the only place open. Same African American male working the window with THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service both nights. Could barely hear him through the speaker, was extremely RUDE, and rushed us to place our order. Horrible customer service! Went through the Drive Thru and ordered nuggets and French fries with NO SALT. I get my bag and my boyfriend and I park to check our bags. My nuggets were hard and old. I could tell the warmth came from a heat lamp and not from being fresh out of the fryer because they were dry as hell. My fries were filled with salt. I drove back around and asked the girl at the Drive Thru if they could remake my food and she gave us attitude and said "I guess but y'all have had the bag for a while". Mind you we never left the parking lot! I told her to keep the food and give us a refund. She then goes and lies to her manager as if we wanted to keep the food and get a refund instead of being honest and telling him she lacks basic customer service skills and was too lazy to remake a large fry and 8 nuggets. The manager definitely needs to do a better job when selecting employees because hiring people to work at a fast food establishment with no customer service skills or work ethic is not it. read more

I would give them 4 if they would've gotten my order right. I ordered no pickles no onions. And it came with them. It's a simple read the order and get it right it's not rocket science. Also there weren't any costumers inside or at the drive through so it wasn't like they were in a rush that's what's crazy. It's just a sense of real laziness based on the other reviews they're just lazy workers. The only reason I give them a 3 because the meat was really fresh juicy and really good. So I order a Southwest avocado salad with grilled chicken. I get to the window and sit there for 10 minutes when the "employee " says, "so it's like this, we don't have any grilled chicken, we can give you home style or spicy ". At this point I'm pissed for sitting there for 10 minutes without them even telling me that they were out of grilled chicken!! First off, how in the hell could they be out of chicken!? Was there a huge rush before I got there at 11am!? Long story short, I will never again go to this location. Poor management obviously, piss poor employees. Six PM Sunday June 24th. Staffed well, but still really slow. One soda fountain was completely out of soda. The second freestyle only had about half the choices available. Beverage station pretty empty of supplies. The restaurant ran completely out of napkins while we are there. I just don't get it. The place was well staffed with adults, yet nobody seemed to be responsible, or care. They all moved at a pace that could be measured by a calendar. A lady who appeared to be a manager occupied herself with cleaning the far corner of the dining room I'm guessing she wanted to hide from the issues with waning supplies and the condition of the beverage station. read more

NO NO NO NO!!! This place could be a gold mine, being right off of 95 and with so much building going on in the area, BUT they need to do some training FAST. First, I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru. The young woman taking the order was rude, disrespectful, and overall botched the transaction. Pulling up to the window, I could not see any reason for the delay. Five people (without masks) were standing around in the window area chatting. Again, I was not greeted beyond a demand for payment. And then I was "treated" to the sight of a food runner with his jeans belted around his thighs as he shuffled out to the car ahead of me with their order. 7 minute wait for a baked potato that ended up being partially rotten. Sigh. It was not worth it to go back. Avoid at all costs. read more

Stopped here to grab a quick bite. The line was long, so we expected a wait. However, while we were waiting, I noticed how dirty it was and we left. The trash bins were all overflowing. Every empty table was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. All of the napkin dispensers were empty. If the front of the restaurant was that dirty, I imagine the kitchen area is no better. read more

Quick dinner stop thru the drive thru with a family of 6 (ages 42,37,17,10,6,3). Staff was friendly and polite, and quick on their feet to problem solve an order issue. Parking lot was clean, well lit, and felt safe. It's fast food, but we had no complaints. Will stop by again when traveling thru the area. read more
