I'm sad to write this review as I think this place has so much potential . However, the management are not nice people . They are very greedy . I came to celebrate a friends birthday and they would not allow me to sit down at a table inside to order a drink and a bite to eat unless I would meet a minimum of $75 . I understand they had reservations and were booked , but the place was completely empty at the time and I was trying to sit down, enjoy a drink , and give them business. Good music, weird vibes. They charged us $100 per person (minimum spend) for a table and there isnt much standing room otherwise. The music was good, but not like that really matters because there was no good area to dance. The servers also had a weird, unfriendly mood about them. It just all felt very fake. This guys are not letting me in because we are going to be 4 men and only 3 girls. This doesn't make any type on sense. They are asking two people to spend $500 dollars for us to get in. The place is empty and they just don't want us to let us in. This type of behavior is not aceptable in 2020. I really hope that the owners and managers knows that Penelope (if that is her real name) didn't let 5 guys in because an excuse that didn't make any sense. This used to be a nice place with good music but they became so greedy. There is almost zero investment inside and marketed as bohemian where prices are not. . They do have "made up" policy with different prices daily for different people. I prefer do not sit and space better at least they are consistent with door policies read more

We were between meals and stopped in randomly with no reservation and were asked to pay 75 a person minimum but told them we were just gonna sit at the bar. We did not need to sit at a table and they have like sort of a little bar top area. We enjoyed the vibe so much the food was yummy. Everything was great. Even thou I wanted to experience this place 2x, (for it looks cool on pics & reminds me of Tulum). 1st time couldn't make it (plus they wanted $200 upfront) 2nd time goodness what a mess! Person at door wanted $50 upfront & that was with no seating just to get in! I'm sorry with Dj or no Dj this place is not worth it! Area is shading & they just serve tapas. Imagine a place that has a LOT of potential? Amazing venue, location, design, etc! However, the service can not get any worse! At the door, they treat you like shit! We went there Thursday night Oct 28th, we told the girl at the door that we had no reservation, but we were there to have a drink at the bar! We had some friends that were already in there. She said we could only get in paying $500 to get a bottle! She said we could not get in because we had no reservation, not even go to the bar! We could not reach our friends by phone. We waited 20' outside, and we went to the back bar, a small place where they had live music! The bar was closed, so, no drinks! We asked to go to the main place to get a drink and come back, after 10' they let us go there to get a drink! They had 1 bartender, the place was empty! Maybe 15/20 people! Funny enough, We could not order a drink at the bar! Unbelievable! That's why boho house is empty and most of the reviews here is telling how bad the service is! Guys, wake up, this is Miami! We walked up to this place on a Wednesday night around 6pm, looked to be completely empty. Upon walking up to the hostess she literally put the velvet rope up to block us from coming in which I thought was SUPER rude. Then continued to tell us there was a $75 table charge which didn't include food. So $75 PLUS whatever food you were going to get. There website said nothing about this. Seems to me like she was judging us based on our appearance (we were all dressed cute too). Whatever, they'll go out of business soon along with the rest of these crappy Miami restaurants. read more

I had an amazing experience. Very chill music and great drinks. I very, very, very rarely give one star reviews. You can look at my profile to verify that, and consequently when I do give one star reviews I feel compelled to explain in depth precisely what transpired that left me with such a bad taste in my mouth after dining experience. It was a whole host of things at BOHO House, which I'll explain in depth below. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? Yes. The atmosphere at BOHO House is cool, and is reminiscent in many ways of the open pre-covid bliss that we all once lived in. Cool atmosphere, a DJ, and the clientele is a healthy mix of pretentious extra and down to earth Wynwood cool. To my surprise, the service was surprisingly able to keep up even though the place was packed, and while there were a couple mix ups all in all we got the food we ordered. There was one brief experience that soured things a bit, which was that one of my friends got up to go to the bathroom, and for some reason the bouncer was absolutely certain that he had somehow snuck in even though he'd been dining for at least an hour at that point. The bouncer went off, and even after being told by servers that we'd been there for an hour he was all to unpleasant about the whole thing. A cool vibe is great, but it can be quickly torn down by pretentiousness from fellow customers and servers alike. Star. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? I'd heard, I think in passing, that in order to get a seat at BOHO house we had to spend a minimum of $75 per person. That's not a big deal at a normal restaurant with respectable food, but upon looking at the menu at BOHO House I was absolutely stunned at the options. Tacos, Sliders, Cheese Pizza? This was bar food, and not even good bar food as you'll see, which made the $75 minimum absolutely absurd. No thank you. No Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Every single piece of food, and I ordered just about everything on the menu, was awful, and I mean that seriously. From the dry tacos to the dry sliders to the nachos that I've improved upon wasted at 0300, everything here was worse than Sodexho catered elementary school iterations of these dishes. I was so, so disappointed. No Stars. Star 5: Would you be excited to go back? Absolutely not. No Star. read more

The only bad thing I can say is the waitresses literally shove you on purpose and have a bad attitude. All of them should be fired and replaced and this place would be much better. Terrible service and costumer service! We made a reservation for 6 for 8:30pm. A few hours later (10pm) they moved us to the back patio. Their excuse for moving us was "they had another reservation and we needed to leave the table". We had come for the music (house) and we ended up thrown on the back patio listening to reggaeaton. I CANT UNDERSTAND how after paying over $500 we were moved and asked to basically leave. Food it's mediocre, drink are extremely expensive, service sucks and Managment do not care whatsoever. Very very cool vibe. The DJ was awesome but I don't remember her name. Feels like a little piece of Tulum in Miami. Not many food options but we got the chicken tacos which were very tasty and the hummus is very small but food for a snack. One person wanted to charge me for six people $75 each and the other person wanted to charge me $50 for six people each atmosphere with the music is the best but the place for what they charge is horrible. Made even better with the extra spice our server brought out * Khao soi (10/10): Absolute perfection. A true standout with incredible depth of flavor and texture. The beef was perfectly stewed and seasoned...easily the highlight of the visit * Basil duck (9/10): Fresh, crispy, and paired beautifully with the basil. Super flavorful * Fried rice (5/10): Not my favorite, but still decent overall * Pad Thai (7/10): Tasty and satisfying, just not particularly unique compared to others I've had * Passion fruit sake: Perfect balance between the sake and the sweetness of the passion fruit. Great to split between two The ambiance was fun and energetic, with great music and vibrant lighting that really set the mood. We went on a Saturday night and were initially told it would be about a 40-minute wait. They let us grab beers while we waited, and we ended up being seated in about 20-25 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Service was attentive throughout. Our water was constantly refilled and plates were cleared promptly. Overall, an exceptional and vibrant experience. Already looking forward to coming back!

When we walked in we were greeted by Sarah. And my friend who made the reservations thought she made it for this Monday and it was actually for last Monday. But Sarah said no problem will accommodate you come right in. Our waiter was Chris. I can't say enough about him. He professionalism, his attention and his friendliness. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. (See pics) Everyone of the appetizers were well presented, the taste was delicious and the portions were enough for two. I ordered the lettuce wedge with a crab cake. My friend ordered the ravioli. The ambiance is perfect for date night.

Service was on point and prices are reasonable. Plus, they have live music if you prefer and the restaurant itself looks great. Excellent spot for a date night out imho. 5 stars well deserved!
