I found them to be honest and helpful. They didn't try to sell the mouse package because they didn't see mice.

BOGO went above & beyond with the mice problem at our house. Josh & Damian were knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I'd recommend BOGO to anyone that would like a permanent solution! read more

So cool that they give to FMSC (Feed My Starving Children) & participate there in a meaningful way vigorously at least once a year & give 10% of what we pay & pay that forward. That actually feels fair. In this day and age we are living better than kings & queens from 200 years ago & yet too many go hungry, despite this. With pests... one pest, two pests... whatever mice or voles or bugs.... guaranteed out out out (for two years guaranteed out) & what a marvelous honesty to not be hypocritical & be "good" where it matters & give back to kids that have less than you & me to boot. Cool. Good people with good awareness & doing it with a passion for what bugs us on many levels. read more

Bogo Pest Control - The BOGO truck so shiny on a sunny day. - Pest Control Near Me - Wayzata, Minnesota

The receptionist who answers the phone is really rude and that put off a bad vibe all together for me and made me avoid this company!!

If you are looking for a permanent solution to your pest control issues, not just someone to come out, bait traps, and then charge you an arm and a leg every three months, BOGO is the company to call. I can't recommend them enough. Unlike all the other pest control companies I have hired in the past, BOGO is all about plugging all the holes and pathways into your house - it's a one time type of thing with a guarantee for a year or two. They will come out for no charge, do a very thorough inspection, and then give you a quote. Once they do the work, you pay and you are done - no need for ongoing calls. I was very impressed with their professionalism and skills. ... and BOGO stands for buy one, *give* one - they donate a portion of each invoice to charity. Pretty cool! read more

Yesterday I discovered FIVE wasps nests in my parents garage so we called in the afternoon, they were able to come within 24 hours! Josh came just after lunch and did a check around the house for any other places we hadn't discovered. He was done in less than 20 minutes for a super affordable rate. I highly recommend them. read more

They really hold up to their 2 year guarantee. They urgently come out for any request. I've been very pleased with the performance of their bug program as well. Highly recommend. read more

I had BOGO come out to check out some woodpecker damage. I thought Josh was great. Had lots of suggestions and info. Happy with the service call. If I have another problem then I'll certainly call them back. read more

I would refer this business to my family, that is how impressed I was with Scott's service. I don't think you could find anyone with more integrity trustworthiness. They give you an honest option and don't charge you for things you don't need like many of the Pest Control Service companies that I researched. They are a bit more expensive, but the only Company with a 2 year warranty (others were 3-6 mo). They were quick about coming out - only 2 days notice and showed up on time. Don't look any further. BOGO is where to go! read more

Scott was very personable and professional and took care of the yellowjackets by the very next morning. Have already booked more work for spring and would recommend to everyone. read more

Stop looking for any other pest control options. Bogo is your best option, trust me I looked. Not only was the turn around time from when I asked them to come out really quick, but when they got to my home they were informative, kind, clean and thorough! They are also priced below other company's I researched. Mike and his team really care about your concerns and they do follow up! Not only do I recommend them to strangers on yelp, but also my family and friends. THE BEST! read more

What a scam... they want to service your home every 6 weeks... most companies service every 3 months. If, they did a complete service, and covered the entire home/property, they would not need to service your home so much. Mike Misk was rude and condensending when trying to ask why they need to frequent the property so much. This company did to have an attitude adjustment and put the customers first. read more

Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and fair. Did the job, the day I needed a ground hive taken care of because I had family with kids coming over. Very affordable, and they were just awesome to work with! read more

We've so far used BOGO for mice and carpenter ants- very professional and informative, did a great job, and they aren't pushy about adding additional services which I really appreciate! read more

Scott came to our house to end a persistent mouse problem and did as advertised. He did a thorough inspection of the foundation of our house and found and sealed a number of possible entry points. This included crawling under our deck with a 15 inch clearance and slithering thought the water, mud, and animal droppings to find and seal the last 3 or 4 holes. He then set traps in the basement and came back and checked and emptied them several times until the activity ceased. This was several months ago and we have had no problems since. This was all done for a one-time cost, not a monthly fee as most other companies do. Scott is very knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge of pest control. He's also an expert at hornet control, which he also took care of of for us. I recommend this firm highly. DC, Minnetonka read more

Scott with BOGO came out to help with what I thought was a small Yellow Jacket and some stray carpenter ants. Very glad I did my research ahead of time and picked this company - they were fantastic to work with and got rid of the problem swiftly. Yellow Jackets: Scott with BOGO looked right away and said "wow that's a big nest" judging by the number that were flying in and out of a small opening near the underside of the roof in the back of my house. He asked me if I had been stung or if all was ok (thankfully all good there). At minimum, he said there were THREE THOUSAND in there but could be as much as 5k! Scott treated the area and said that they would all be dead later that evening or the next morning at the latest. The next morning, there was no more activity around the entry-point and I could see a few Yellow Jackets expired on the deck around the area. Carpenter Ants: Earlier when I made my appointment I was seeing 2-3 ants throughout the house each day, and as time went on about a week before my appointment I noticed less and less of these ants throughout the house. I mentioned this over email to Mike with BOGO and said that I was probably going to only seek the Yellow Jacket treatment. While Scott and I were talking about the Yellow Jackets outside he mentioned that it would be a good idea to get the ants handled, even if I wasn't seeing them; they are nocturnal and 2017 was a banner year for them with the wet spring. As we were talking outside he pointed two of them out that were crawling next to my garage. He offered to treat the ants at a reduced price as it was a similar treatment he was already doing for the Yellow Jackets and said this is warrantied for A YEAR - if I even had any more ants in the coming Spring he would come out and re-treat for free. What service! read more

We have had a few mice for years with minimal success trying to stop them from entering the house, We called Bogo and Scott came out and identified a number of possible access points and wrote up a fair proposal to block all possible entrances with industrial quality products and a great warranty, appointment was made and he sealed a handful of obvious openings and possible future openings which can be very small and put 4 interior traps in our basement, Scott said you will probably catch them in the traps for about a month as they now can't get out! Yes we caught 10 in the traps over 4 weeks and they stopped a week ago with no sign of them anymore at least for now, could not be happier, thanks Scott! Highly recommended read more

Friendly, reliable, honest, personable. Every quality you could possibly want in a business. They take the time to listen and educate. Highly recommend calling Bogo Pest Control! I wish I could have this level of service and respect with every service provider I had to call to my house. read more

If you have Carpenter ants, these are the gentleman to call. My initial call involved thorough conversation and questions with a likely cost and diagnosis based on everything I told him. His business partner showed up early/on time and again reviewed all circumstances of why he was there. He was thorough and within three days we saw 'The effects'.... thousands of dead ants. One week later we have no ants to our knowledge. Professional, on time, and didn't try to sell me on a monthly plan... they knew they would get it with one treatment. read more

BOGO saved my sanity! We heard strange noises occasionally in our basement wall, but it wasn't consistent. Scott found a sewer rat, and I was horrified. He also identified where mice could come in, set some bait, replaced our drain pipe (where the sewer rat came in), and did it all in one morning and for a very reasonable rate. We have not even had so much as a stray spider since BOGO was out, and I would recommend them to anyone. It's also nice to know that part of the profits go to charity, so when you hire BOGO you're helping others as well. read more

Scott came out to my home to assess my mouse intrusion issue, and was very knowledgeable and personal. Within an hour it was mitigated. Awesome service!! They are a great business! read more

Scott and Mike were very timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy with trying to sell their services, which I appreciated as well. I had them seal/critter-proof the exterior of my home and that came with a two-year guarantee to be pest-free. I highly recommend this small, local business! read more

I have used Scott's services at BOGO. We had mice and Scott was not only able to catch the mice inside the house, but he was able to figure out where they were getting in and eliminate the problem altogether. I will definitely call him again should we have any pest issues. read more

BPC came out same day - we didn't even ask for that - we know it's summer and they have to be so busy - but they added us to the end of their day schedule, came out late (not late for us - late for them!), and gently convinced some angry wasps to get away and stay away from our house/yard. They also did a walk around and knocked down a few other old paper wasp nests to help prevent reinfestation. Their work is incredible, their prices totally reasonable (we are out in the boondocks), they warranty it, they are professional and awesome. Our first time use and we want them back in Sept to help us prevent the field mice out here from trying to visit us this winter. Plus, they let my husband take a picture of them in all their gear & he was a pretty happy guy. read more

I am VERY happy with Bogo Pest Control. The person who answered my call was very knowledgable about our carpenter ant problem, and so was the person who came out to spray. They explained some things about carpenter ants and it was very helpful! Plus within 24 hours of them spraying the ants were gone!! Or....dead somewhere :) We have not seen an ant since. Yay!! read more

The best pest control company we've worked with! Their customer service is top-notch. Scott walked us through everything he was doing around our house. He was so patient with us and answered all of my, my kids and my mother-in-laws questions. We had a glorious (and scary) bald-faced hornets nest at the edge of our pond. Mike came out in a bee suit and removed it. Took 5 mins. So happy to be bee and bug-free! read more

did you know that just because you live in an older home - doesn't mean you have to live with spiders and centipedes? i roomed with these creatures for the last 5 years until BOGO came and sprayed. not a one in 6 months. ( they also took care of a huge mice problem.) so glad to not have to walk around the house looking on the walls for those horrible centipedes! these guys are friendly and funny and prompt and reasonably priced. read more
