My experience with him was very uncomfortable as he got aggressive towards me and some lady that was helping him, to the point where he started screaming in the lot and scared my elderly tenant to the point of crying. I had to go with another company to resolve the issue and even they were aware of his temper issues. When I filed a complaint with the BBB he started harassing me via text and making threats (similar experience to another lady that left a 1 star review here)...so I contacted the police for our safety. He even lied on the BBB response and said I was trying to discredit his business but that's again not true...when I have all the texts to prove it. He is a very unstable person to work with...he started off fine, but when this wasn't a quick easy buck for him to make, the mask came off. I contacted the company and owner Larry returned my call a short time later. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Communication was great. He was running a little late for our appointment time, and was kind enough to call and give me an update to when he would arrive. Once here, he performed more than any other pest control service I had used in previous lived cities and states. He removed all cobwebs and any other obstacles from outside and inside the house if needed, and also located any entrances critters can get into the house. Then he fixes this issue by filling the outside hole. Next step he sprays outside and inside the house. There is absolutely no smell and the spray is not harmful to humans or pets. My indoor-only cats did not even notice he sprayed inside their domain. He not only sprays the bottom perimeter inside and outside the house, but also the top of the perimeter. The cost was less than other pest companies I called for a quote and Larry performed more work than other companies were offering. Larry knows the pest business. Highly recommend!
