Recently noticed that bugs were biting our legs in our new home and after spraying and fogging the home did not solve the problem found Be There Pest Control on Yelp. The person answering the phone was very knowledgeable in pest infestations and sent out a tech the same day. Jeremy arrived right at the scheduled time and we discussed the biting issues and toured the home. He then proceeded to do a very thorough inspection of the entire home, looked at my glue board bug traps and even went through the recent vacuum contents. After going over everything he indicted it was likely fleas from the prior owner's cat and explained the life cycle of fleas and how eradication will likely take weeks since the eggs and pupae are not responsive to fogging. He indicated he could do a treatment but that we would likely be wasting our money until we had more evidence of what the little bloodsuckers actually are and encouraged me to continue vacuuming, spraying and fogging while laying out more glue boards. He indicated that if the glue boards trapped some critters we should call him immediately and he could be there the same day. I can't recall ever having a service so thorough, straightforward and honest. read more

This company did a great job! They were responsive and quick to get me scheduled for same day service. I woke up the other morning with a spider in my bed and have been seeing more large spiders in my house in general. Enough was enough, and I was willing to pay whatever I needed to for some peace of mind. That being said, I thought the price was very reasonable. Matt was a WONDERFUL representative of the company and went above and beyond to help me with blocking a hole from the outside where mice could be entering the house. He was friendly and informative. They came with the impression that we would get a warranty for 90 days as long as there were no 'entry points' in the house - they 'didn't notice' until the 3rd time that there were suddenly entry points, so the 'warranty no longer applied.' Very interesting timing. He seemed to put out poison, however, we waited over a month and we asked him to come back again, because nothing had changed. We started to feel like he wasn't putting out enough poison for the mice, and generally started to feel like this wasn't a good service. After talking to friends, they told us different advice, which was alarming because we thought we had been working with a professional - but with our friends' advice, we took the matter into our own hands, the mouse was gone in only a few days. We got scammed. I wouldn't use this company and we have been telling all of our friends to look elsewhere, as well. read more

Had a hornet and and problem. We called and Mike got back to us right away and came out the same week. He showed up on time and explained how the hornets and ants work (very knowledgeable) and how he was going to get rid of them. Jeremy was great! His business card reads "Problem Solver" and yes! That's what he is! He even came back to remove used traps. Very thoroughly went around the perimeter of my home and closed off all possible entryways for pests. Great customer service at a very affordable rate. I highly recommend! Be There was there for me when I really needed them. When my wife called frantically because of another mice infestation I got in touch with Be There. Within minutes, Mike had a plan for me to begin implementing using outdoor bait stations and we made an appointment for him to visit our house the following day. Mike came as he said he would and immediately found the entry point the mice were using. He gave me a few suggestions of how to fix it and moved my bait stations I had put out to better locations based on rodent activity he could identify based on his experience.
