I had a great experience with Avery, my account manager. Ike, the technician was fantastic and came a few times last spring & summer (2024), even finding possible access points. But, after Ike and Avery left the company, the service when down. After several communications, with me having to explain so many times, it was determined they could "no longer" supply me with that "service"; there seems to be a lot of their good people leaving, and they are no longer able to provide good customer service. I canceled their service, even though the mice still find their way into the attic. Unfortunately, I can no longer rate this company as high as I would have last year. I hope they find their groove again and build their customer service to the previous high standards.

I called this Abra Kadabra about having someone come out to see what was making noise in my attic…read more On the phone they told me that this would be free if I signed up for their monthly bug treatments, which I said wasn't really interested in as I had another company do this in the past and it didn't work out. Long story short, they have charged me almost $900 for a service I never signed up for. I called them to get this credited back to me and they credited me $436. When I called again, they acted like this was my fault. How can you charge someone for a service that they did not sign up for! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.

My frustrations with Adam's Pest Control started on their website when I tried to submit a request…read morefor service. I typed in all the requested info and hit submit. It came back with "INTERNAL ERROR/500". I went back and retyped it all and tried again. Same error. If you hit the little red envelope in bottom right corner, it says to type your request ---a big white empty space pops up, but I could not get the keyboard to pop up so I could type. At this point, I went to my email to see if, despite that Internal Error/500, maybe I received an email. Nope. I waited for the office to open and talked to an agent. I told her i wanted to request service. She started to take my information. We soon realized my info WAS in the system... so despite the internal error/500, it did go through! She said an email went out to me at 7:07am. I see nothing. So without asking me, she began rattling off so many dollar figures of possible service plans --my head was spinning. Had she asked if I had a pen & paper, I would have been ready. I know it may sound silly, but after EVERY possible scenario of monthly billing, quarterly billing, and annual billing options she said "not including taxes". She must have said it 10 times. I'm like maybe just say at the end say all of these dollar amounts do not include tax rate of x.x%. The prices were the HIGHEST I have ever heard! The email that was sent at 7:07am did finally arrive at 9:24am. So that's my review. I'm sure they would have done a great job at those prices.
