On a Tuesday morning, I texted that we had half a bottle left and got a reply that within 3 business days 6 new bottles would arrive. We ran out of water on Thursday and I texted to confirm delivery will be made. Received a text on Friday that the delivery was confirmed for Saturday morning. So, a little more than 3 days but otherwise happy and I just know now to make my request earlier.

After talking to 4 different companies, I hired AAA Water Systems to install a whole house water…read moresoftener system and RO unit in the kitchen. Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. I highly recommend AAA as well as the system that doesn't require electricity.

My husband and I purchased a business that had a contract with Neptune Water Solutions. However…read morewhen we purchased the business we purchased the assets of the business (the equipment, hardware of the business) we did not purchase any of the debt of the business and any contracts that were in the previous owners name had to be changed into our name because our business was a new corporation and this in order to continue the contract the contract needed to be in the name of our corporation and not the previous owners. All other providers the previous owner contracted understood this and happily opened up contracts with us in our corporation name because like I had mentioned before when we purchased the business we purchased the assets of the business but not any of the debt which included contracts that the owner owed or was in contract with. Neptune Solutions continues to try hold us to the previous owners debt. They say we owe them for charges that we did not make prior to us having ownership of the business. So, we informed them we would not like to continue a contract with them and to please pick up the equipment. They refused to do so!! They sent us to collections, and we informed collections that we purchased the business and this debt was in the former business owners name, and collections agreed with us and promptly closed the collections (especially since the amount was like 500+ dollars). Seeing this Neptune solutions, decided to open up the account again and start charging us again (to have a higher amount to collect on since the 500-+ charge was too small) but get this, THIS TIME THEY WERE CHARGING US FOR SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT THEY DID NOT COME OUT TO SERVICE. Since 2021, we took down their equipment, it doesn't work, and no one has come by. We've asked them to pick it up, and take it with them, and they refuse to do so. The one time someone came out he also refused to take it. It's been sitting unused for 2 years. Color me surprised when we received a new charge for January 2023!!!! And even if they wanted to argue they came on the premises and serviced without us knowing we have cameras and have footage that shows that they have not been to our business in 2 years. So the charges on its face do not have any merit and further go to show the deceptive practices they will employ to get money out of a small business. I am quite surprised I have to take it to these Lengths. We have been trying to get out of this contract for at least 2 years but they refuse despite the contract is not in our corporation name and we've asked nicely to please let us out of the contract. All of the charges they've made and included on the invoice were charges they fraudulently made because we have not used their system since 2021. If you are a small business RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. They use deceptive practices to keep taking money from you. We've emailed and asked nicely for them to take the equipment and let us out of the contract since we did not sign a contract with them and they continue to hold us to this contract even though we did a asset purchase and NOT A STOCK PURCHASE. Please do not do business with them!!! We've tried for 2 years to settle this. But they have not serviced anything or taken their equipment.
