So glad I found this office. Beautiful office and super clean. Easy and fast in and out. I would…read morecome here on my lunch breaks and they would have me in and out quickly. Very accommodating with everything. I started with Hcg and switched to Semaglutide which I loved taking. I also added the extra weekly shots of b12, etc. The ladies in the office are super helpful with ideas of what to do and tips and tricks of diet. The Dr was super friendly and very helpful as well. I came here to lose weight before TTC and lost a total of 20 lbs (even lost a few after my last dose). I'll be back to start back the Semaglutide when I can. Highly recommended.

No problem, right? Then the nurse opens with you need a to give a urine sample. Well I wasn't told that so I went to the bathroom when I woke up. As for the Dr. comes in no more than 10 min. After I said I have had some GI issues he said " there was nothing he could do" not let me write a script to a GI doctor. I will be changing primary care immediately. Update - since this post the manager has reached out and apologized for experience on 4/24/26. That was it, asked if I would reschedule which I informed I would not . 5/6/26 - 2nd call from manager, not about my experience, about my review asking if I'd update and upgrade my review. Told him I would update. So here we are.

The last time I reviewed this establishment was in 2021 where I have it 5 stars- and almost 4 years…read morelater, it remains a 5 star experience. I have tried over a dozen different facial places in and around Austin, and Face to Face remains my favorite. They are a med spa, meaning they offer medical grade procedures and also things like semaglutide and botox and filler, etc. I've found that their products are the best, and the process by which they perform facials is more comprehensive and effective than anywhere else I have gone. Being a member, I get a facial each month with either a microdermabrasion or chemical peel. My chemical peels are formulated custom for me each time I go in to target concerns, and they keep detailed notes on how your skin has evolved and the combinations they use which is so helpful. That brings me to the best part of this med spa- the estheticians! I've been working exclusively with Leslie for a year now, and she is one of the most knowledgeable estheticians I have ever had. Her experience, knowledge depth, care and concern for my skin goals is frankly amazing. She listens to me, tailors my facials to my skin exactly, and really only recommends products I truly need and she knows are effective (which most are, because they carry great brands there!). From the free beverage upon check in (wine included), to the shoulder/arm massage to extractions and products, everything is top notch and my monthly facia is my favorite day of the month!
