When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

Jasey helped me on more than one occasion over the past several months when I needed copies of invoices for my account. Each time I reached out, he responded promptly via email and made the whole process easy. That kind of reliability means more than people realize. Today, TK went out of his way during a situation where I was genuinely stressed and racing against a deadline. When I first explained what I needed, he pointed me to the app where I could access my statement directly -- which I appreciated. But when I explained that the statement was missing some details that I specifically needed, he listened, understood exactly what I was asking for, and took care of it without hesitation. He didn't just send it either -- he called me back to make sure I received it and stayed on the phone while I confirmed it had everything I needed. That's not required. He recognized the urgency and acted on it. I had a lot going on today and these two made one part of it easier. That matters. I also want to extend a general thank you to the entire team at this location -- the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming, and that has not gone unnoticed. My son comes here regularly and always feels welcome, and that kind of environment means a lot to a parent. I hope whoever reads this makes sure Jasey and TK both know they were appreciated -- not just as employees doing their job, but as people who showed up for someone who really needed it.

We had been in the facility for nearly an hour when the manager, Nathan Wilson, approached us while we were standing and told us to move. We complied. He told us to move again--we complied. He asked us to move a third time--we complied again. Apparently, that still wasn't good enough. That is when we were suddenly told that children under 14 were not allowed in the gym. This rule somehow became an issue only after we had already been there for nearly an hour and had complied with three separate requests to move. After telling us about the age restriction, Nathan repeatedly emphasized that he was the manager, that he had the authority, and that we needed to comply or we would be removed from the gym. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational when we had done nothing but comply with his requests. The most disappointing part is that my children missed the opportunity to watch their father compete. That was the entire reason we were there, and that experience cannot be recreated or given back to them. We will not be returning, recommending this location, or patronizing EōS Fitness in the future. An apology after the fact doesn't give my boys back the experience they missed with their father.

She is able to get me to push beyond the "I can't..." mentality to the "I can..." mentality. She makes exercise fun. If I'm not laughing during the workout, I can be assured that I'm not working hard enough. She focuses on what is good for you and demonstrates the exercises she wants you to do, then does them WITH you so that you have a buddy to work with. You can work out in an individual session or in classes with other people and she only works with women. I can't rave about her enough. She's a tough taskmaster, but gives you a high-five and a hug at the end of the workout. You definitely can't go wrong, working with her.

When I started I couldn't do five pushups on my knees, but now I can do 20 pushups on my toes! The sense of accomplishment you feel after finishing an hour workout is incredible. Back in February I had to have emergency surgery and was out of the gym for a few weeks, they randomly called me the week after I had surgery to make sure I was doing okay since they had not seen me in there, they obviously were unaware I had surgery and just wanted to see if I needed anything or when I would be back. I mean do other gyms call you to check on you when they don't see you around? NO!!! So little things like that is what sets them apart for me in today's world. Last week there were 10 people in lane 1 and 6 in lane 11. Clubs take the lanes until 7:30 and the pool closes between 8/830 during the week. Sunday pool hours are until 5:30 because the gym closes at 6! This could be a good facility if they figure out the swim schedule and extend weekend hours. Front desk is apathetic and claim "we cannot so anything about it" because they are owned by the City. Maybe I'll go to Craig Ranch and swim there, it's worth the extra price to not deal with incompetence and apathy
